Ive been a State Farm subscriber for 64 years -- and Mimi Lam has been my knowledgeable and patient agent for many of those years. Mimi has been right there when I need help insuring my auto and also my home. When choosing an updated plan, she always provides me with best options well suited to my needs -- and my budget. The few times Ive needed to make a claim, Mimi always explains my choices clearly, helps me wade through paperwork, and she leaves me feeling comfortable with the results. We have been Mimis clients since 1997. And even though we moved to another county in 2012 we kept her as our agent because she has taken such good care of us through the years. She has always been responsive to our needs. She always does a thorough job of reviewing our policy with us as often as we request it and finds the most cost effective policy changes as our needs have changed. We have always felt like Mimi is on our side. State Farm proved to be fair and reliable when we had to make a major claim for our house in 2017. Were very happy with the peace of mind State Farm has provided and the great service Mimi has given us.

Mimi and her staff are very experienced, professional, and friendly. They respond quickly via phone and email. When setting up each of our insurance policies, Mimi explained the options well, offered useful information, and made great suggestions without being pushy at all.When I had to file a claim, both the State Farm claims department and Mimis office were all helpful with the entire process. Mimi Lam has been our State Farm agent for well over a decade. We have both home and auto insurances with them. Mimi and her staffs are always very responsive with our requests and questions. Fortunately we have not had any claims for many years, but I was rear-ended once several years ago when I was stopped at a traffic light. It was clearly the other partys fault. Mimi and State Farm handled it very well. Otherwise, there were a few times we changed cars, and Mini and team processed those smoothly. I can highly recommend Mimi.

I have had my car insurance with Statefarm for over two years. I have also insured with Geico and Progressive before. However, Statefarm has been a nightmare. The insurance branch in Mountain View is also a terrible branch. They never get any of my work done on time. I always have to wait for days. This is the last straw. I will never do insurance with Statefarm again. Due to the bad attitude of this branch in Mountain View and their constant delays, I do not recommend this company to anyone. Regards.

I have had her as my agent for 8 years and have everything I own, that can or should be insured, insured with her, including my life. I have had plenty of solicitations to transfer insurance to different companies for better rates on premium but this is how I see it. You pay for what you get. When you get into that accident or when your house has flooded, you will feel the difference of having gone with a cheaper insurance company who doesnt pull through with the customer service you need in your time of need or provide the coverage they sold you on, versus paying maybe a little more for the security to know you have a great agent assisting you with your claims. State Farm is like the Nordstrom of insurance companies because of great agents like Mimi! (I normally dont leave reviews unless I really feel compelled to share a good find!)

Mimis office has been great for the 1+ year that weve used their services. They helped us save about $900 when we insured our new car, and they even knocked 5% off our renters insurance for bundling that, too. Every time Ive been there, the staff has been extremely courteous and thorough when answering questions and providing help.Something I really loved was during my first visit. I had the pleasure of working directly with Mimi. She brought me to her office to show me specifically the additional benefits that came with our renters insurance-- it was related to events had not crossed my mind but could definitely happen. So thankful for that.Last, when we recently added a new car to our family, we consolidated our insurances with Mimis office. The staff was great.
