For several years, Mills Jewelry in Camarillo has transformed my beautiful 44 years old wedding ring into a glorious “silver” ring by successfully applying rhodium plating to every crevice of the ring so that it looks as if it was originally a platinum ring. This has been a great option for me because I have changed my preferences to silver and platinum through the years. But, I didn’t want to change my ring, nor DNA’s buying a new platinum ring been in my budget. Mill’s rhodium technique fulfills my needs. Through the years of caring for my ring, this jeweler has also done a wonderful job of cleaning and repairing any broken parts. I am very happy with their work and friendliness, and recommend their service.

Great people, they are not like most pawn shops who only care about making the most benefit possible. I was facing changes in my life so I needed to get rid of a lot of my items, I ended up selling some stuffs so I did a lot of research on where to sell them. Then selling at pawn shop was the fastest way to go, I went to many different places to check on the offer. The boss at Mills(I can’t remember his name, I’m terrible with names) is a very kind man, he really surprised me with his honesty and kindness which I never expected to see from anyone in this kind of business, most of them think you go to sell or pawn stuff at pawn shop because you are desperately in need of money so they try to take advantage of that at it’s best. I mean, at Mills they still try to make benefits from their business, that’s how they make a living, but at least they do it in a honorable way and have hearts. Kudos to these people!!! I strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a great pawn shop that’s trustworthy.

WOW! This was my first time selling jewelry from my familys estate. After reading the reviews I knew this was the place I wanted to be. Youre immediately put at ease upon walking in. I wanted to share my experience with Mills Jewelry & Loan. I brought Danny and Haley two rings and a bracelet that I had not been able to wear because other Jewelers had told me the rings could not be sized or fixed. One of the rings was so worn out that the center diamond was lost. Danny had all three pieces fixed and gave me a great deal on a replacement diamond for one of the pieces. Got all three back in a week and they were absolutely beautiful. They looked brand new. These pieces were precious for me as they belonged to my father. They did a great job in a friendly no pressure environment and at a great price. I would highly recommend Danny and Haley to anyone out there.

A GEM!!! I can not believe I found my DREAM RING. Came in not expect to find anything as we were not from around the area but I CAN NOT believe how incredible the staff was and how helpful they ALL were. Danny was incredibly knowledgeable and most importantly TRUTHFUL! He Told me what was lab made and what was earth made and was very patient too. Went to mills Jewelers and loan to buy silver bullion and they had items in hand! Great pricing per the spot price. I got 10oz bars, Cheaper than trying to buy online. Got home and put it on the scale, weight checked out. In hopes silver will raise in price Im happy with my investment! Danny was super friendly and honest. I had a great experience at Mills. I had an entirely new setting made for my wedding ring. Danny was upfront about the pros and cons of making a new setting vs fixing the old one, the price, and how long it would take. The finished product is amazing and I couldnt be happier! It was delivered on time and the final cost came in lower than the estimate. I also brought in a lot of different kinds of broken jewelry and all of it was fixed very quickly and for the right price. I will definitely be returning to Mills in the future. The store has a lot of really interesting and beautiful handbags and pieces of jewelry I havent seen anywhere else.

I went in to Mills Jewelers a few weeks ago to sell my engagement ring. I am currently going through a divorce and desperately needed money. After examining the ring, the kind gentleman behind the counter informed me that my ring was worth far less than what I was expecting. I was devastated and began to cry, but told him I’d take whatever he could give me. While filling out the paperwork, he took notice of the pearl ring I wear in my right hand and that the pearl itself was old and damaged. He offered to fix it for me free of charge. I had my wife’s cracked gold wedding ring repaired (purchased decades ago from a jeweler in San Diego), with fair warning that soldering repairs might not be as good as original. I was given a very low estimated cost. The ring Danny returned to me looks better than when originally purchased. It fits perfectly and is solid as the original. He charged no more than the original low estimate. I walked out more pleasantly satisfied than could have expected. Don’t just take my word for it; go visit Danny!

Danny- is very honest with his clients. I have a friend who has difficulty walking and he would always be polite and be helpful to her whenever we came in. Since he takes different pieces and creates his own design jewelry, my friend would ask for his advice on ideas of what she was thinking of making with her own jewelry and he would give his honest answer . My engagement ring broke and a diamond of another ring came out. I took both rings in to get fixed, he said they could fix the one missing a diamond, but it will soon come out again because the metal inside the ring broke. With the engagement ring, he said it will not look exactly the same, but they’ll get it as close as possible. They did a wonderful job!
