Millennium Santa Monica is a great place! It’s quiet, safe and pet friendly. I appreciate the help from Jayden and Lola since I moved in. Also, they had events often. Yesterday we had boba tea and it was really good!

I was a long-term resident of Millennium Santa Monica, moving in when the building first opened and have recently moved out after 2 amazing years here.I have much great feedback, primarily relating to all of the current staff so I will break down the feedback below. The Millennium staff is very professional and has never given me any pushback on any requests Ive had and have always helped when Ive needed assistance.Victoria helped me first move in to the building, find the perfect unit, and helped me secured the lease - at the time, they had a resident move in special and she helped me find the perfect unit, even allowing me to internally transfer units after my first year, leaving a lasting impression on me for Millenniums honor without upcharging me for transferring.Jayden has been extremely helpful during my entire time here - Jayden helped me renew my lease after my first year, extending the prorated pricing discounts I received in year 1, which was extremely helpful when deciding to renew my lease compared to other apartments in the past where rents would get increased. Jayden has been professional and was kind enough to allow me flexibility in my leasing terms, an internal unit change, a concession for water damage from the rain storms, and has been absolutely caring in every interaction.John, Lola, Oscar, and the Maintenance team - always quick to fix any issues in the building and most important - great human beings. They always were available to help on any need.At the end of the day, Ive lived in a few luxury buildings and Millennium has been the most professional management team to date. They dont over charge residents, they honor requests, and they do not nickle and dime residents, especially after moving out. I never had a worry about security deposits being unfairly taken, unreasonable rent increases, or ever lacked any confidence in the team here.I have since moved out to a new area as I had to relocate, but I would highly recommend Millennium to any future resident!-Jeff

I have had an extremely positive experience living in this apartment, especially with the service provided by Emma Mendez. Honestly, I thought it was inevitable even if the apartment didnt help me. Lola and Jon are amazing!!! My apartment flooded with all the crazy weather we’ve been getting in LA and both of them did everything in their power to first fix my unit and arrange for me to stay in a guest unit. When my unit flooded again they arranged for me to move to another unit. Lola is probably one of the sweetest people I’ve met and helped reassure me that everything will be okay while presenting me with all my options. All with a giant smile on her face. This building is quiet, amazing, clean and the managers really care about the tenants. They will take care of you. I’m immensely impressed with them through all the things that have occurred here. They work hard to keep this a great place to live.

I’ve been waiting until I have lived in the building for about a month to give a more accurate review, so now I can say that I definitely would recommend Millennium! From the leasing process (shoutout to Lola who went out of her way during this process) to the quality of the unit and the great amenities, I am so glad that I decided to sign here. Some amenities that are not obvious that I really appreciate now - valet trash, a decently empty gym in the mornings, the garage. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking to lease on the west side!

Everything is ok except for the poor building construction. If you have an ignorant and loud neighbor upstairs, you will hear them stumping every day and night. Called leasing office twice but nothing has changed.

First of all, WOW! The grounds are beautiful, and the buildings are gorgeous and extremely secure. The amenities are wonderful (24 hr gym, pool, area for dogs, grills & retail going in downstairs) and the units themselves are flawless. I am in love!! Victoria and Nick in the leasing office are amazing!! So helpful and kind which is hard to find in a property manager! I just have so many nice things to say about Millennium!! If you are considering living here, DO IT!!! You won’t regret it :)

We have lived at this complex for almost nine months and the experience so far has been amazing. The management system here is mature and it really prioritizes the living experience of the tenants. The maintenance team and security team consists of responsible and kind people; and anytime I have an issue or a problem, the leasing office will always offer their help. Once in a while, the apartment holds events of various themes. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay to check Millennium out. The location is quiet, safe, yet close to the beach and downtown area (a shopping heaven for me!)

I would love to show my appreciation for the great team that manage the building. Oscar, Victoria, Jon and the maintenance team. Their understanding and the efforts they put in order to make the residents feel at home and enjoy their experience are way above normal. They always responsive and take care of any issues timely and efficiently. They host amazing events for the community and keep the good vibes. The place is beautiful and welcoming, close to everything, and the neighborhood is perfect for a long stay.

Weve been living here for almost a year and we definitely love the community!People in management are nice, helpful, and efficient. We decided to transfer to a bigger unit and the process was smooth and easy. Maintenance is super efficient any time we need them and the neighbors are always friendly. Bonus: the community events are fantastic, the perfect occasion to get to know everyone in the building.

Walking into the leasing office at Millennium was the best experience. I came in randomly during lunch time and was greeted by Jayden who is absolutely amazing. Long story short, in about 45 minutes I had done a full tour of the gorgeous property, chose an apartment, filled out an application, and got approved. Jayden was incredible and ensured that I got exactly what it is I wanted. The atmosphere at Millennium is refreshing, vibrant and fun. I chose this specific place due to the quiet nature while still being in the heart of Santa Monica. 10/10 experience working with the staff here. Highly recommend getting in touch with Jayden. The staff here is looking out for the customer and our best interests!

Worse management! Worse building!Found rats in the building, management is very rude and disrespectful. They also have a bunch of fake reviews. They can wake you up at any time of the day because they have problems with their fire alarms. It happens every week for hours.

Exceeds expectations...great design- solar energy and for everyone a balcony. Gigantic closets. Bright and nice modern finishes. All the amenities one would want- pool, gym, storage rooms, security 24/7, nice lobby, barbecues everywhere, big organic veggie roof garden, safe parking garage, and fun community events. Nice residents and nice managers. Fun light-industrial artsy area close to markets and cafes. Maintenance team is attentive and does great work. Very tech-y... just do everything on your phone- thermostat, pay rent, lock doors, request maintenance. Very happy here!!

This is a beautiful place in a great location. Wonderful floor plans and appliance packages for a chef and some even come with a wine fridge. Also theres a full size washer and dryer, plus other awesome amenities. Oscar was an amazing tour guide and worked well with us with zero pressure. Always there to answer questions after our visit too. Great place to LIVE!

Nick and Victoria were super helpful! They truly care about your needs and address them properly. I met Nick in person and spend almost half an hour on the phone, and he even took videos of the apts I like and send it to me for reference (I live in East Coast, flew into LA to look for place to stay when moving to LA). I did not get the chance to meet Victoria but we spoke on the phone for 35 mins and she addressed all my questions in a timely manner. The property is amazing, very new, and lots of outdoor spaces as well.

If you enjoy dirty trash rooms and a tiny dirty pool and the smell of stale cigarettes, and children running around and screaming at all hours, this is your place! It started out nice, but they’ve become seriously neglectful with maintenance and even blame tenants rather than keeping the building maintained. Management is very unpleasant and snobby, especially Oscar and Jon Directo (who are the main managers). Also, any new tenants should know: this building also accepts section 8 and houses low income families (management does not disclose this info to new tenants - and while many of the low income families are very nice, tenants who are paying much higher rent should be entitled to know what’s going on around them - your neighbor might be paying $1500 LESS for your exact unit and have 3 people jammed in a studio and can’t afford basic necessities because they lost their job) - I have had my groceries and water bottles stolen from my front door! I can’t even leave my bike outside on the second floor in front of my unit! Not only is management neglectful, I do not feel safe here often times as a young single mother. Very bad lighting in the garage, no cameras what so ever! That’s the problem with all of these out of state companies coming to LA to make a quick buck, they have ZERO INTEGRITY. The place is falling apart within a year, they truly need better contractors and employees. Also they are based in Texas, so they’re essentially tsking advantage of our economy and not paying ANY INCOME TAX for it. Shame on your opportunistic and entitled way of doing business. *more pics coming soon;)*

Please save your time with this place. I would never recommend anyone living here due to a few things . Management needs to be changed, they loose packages all the time, there is always something wrong with my AC in the apartment, the back bedroom never gets cold .Also outlets in the apartment do not work ; I made many attempts to get it fixed nothing has been fixed.Also the upkeep of the so called luxury apartments isnt there, the gym AC has been out for awhile I guess they do not plan on getting it fixed. The gym equipment in the apartment is not cleaned regularly at all . Some stuff doesnt work in the gym.Also some doors that are supposed too automatically shut for entry to the apartment and exit do not shut.

UpdatedWe live here since 2021Today was the worst experience I have ever had.We have a problem with huge and very loud ventilation on the roof. When we moved here it wasn’t here and than they built for the bakery. Noise from the vent if over all norms and it makes crazy high pitched noise, which is dangerous for the people.The management failed many times: they built it, they did not put sounds proof on it, they promised to turn it off at nights and they not doing it either. You can hear it from most of the part in the building.So basically you can’t open the window or go outside on your balcony because you would be exposed to very dangerous noise for you.I am in shock how bad management is.Today we spent 3 hours to ask them to turn it off and NOTHINGJADEN LITERALLY RAN OFF FROM US WHEN WE TOLD HIM THATThis is crazy.Basically management doing nothing with the crazy problem.All the neighbors who exposed to these sounds are putting their health at risk!OldIn general everything is great, we have our problems, but otherwise building is great. Most of the problems here is not management but residents. If someone is smoking or having loud noises those problems can be solved very fast. Management is keeping building clean and fresh; all problems are solved very fast like I said . About poor building construction I would not say it’s bad, you can hear people above you, but it’s not bad, because you can’t hear people in common walls.
