I have a small real estate business with just two computers and often have a need for computer tech assistance. It is comforting to know that Tom is just a phone call away. He is always prompt to respond to my calls and takes care of issues quickly. I am not to tech savvy and Tom make it so even I can understand. Ive recently used Toms services for my business, and also have referred him to a good friend of mine. Both experiences have worked out very well. Though his background is high-tech, he explained the problem and solution in terms I could understand. The feedback I got from my friend was very good as well.
