Im very impressed with Millennium Constructions work on our outdoor living project. They transformed our ideas into a stunning reality. They had a great team of designers and builders who were excellent at their jobs. They showed us 3D designs that helped us visualize our new space with furniture and colors. The builders were punctual, tidy and meticulous. They finished the project ahead of schedule and exceeded our expectations. Our outdoor living space is a dream come true and we are very happy. Millennium is a top-notch company, and we will hire them again for sure.

Eddie and the entire Millennium crew are amazing! They finished on time, stayed within the budget and the finished project was beyond my expectations. When we ran into construction challenges, Eddie always had great suggestions. We had supply chain challenges with materials he always found a great alternative without changing the look we were going for or the quality. Absolutely the best contractor Ive ever worked with BY FAR! I 100% RECOMMEND THEM FOR YOUR JOB. They do quality work and deliver what they promise! I would give them 1,000 stars if I could!

I just moved into my home mid-March this past year and have had many problems since my second day in the house. Your team was the most respectful, professional, reliable -showed up on time every day. Handled all my plants and furniture with the utmost of care as they power washed and stained and sealed my patio. I have other work I want done and I definitely will use you. Our original concrete pool decking was structurally in good shape but was showing its age. We couldnt be happier with the result of the concrete staining performed by Millennium. The pool decking looks great again.

I had the original work done 6 years ago. My HOA painted the Exterior and left paint splatter all over the wall and back patio. I contacted the Company, received a prompt response for power washing, polishing and adding sand where needed. The only reason for not receiving 5 Stars is that no extra sand was left. Hurricane Hilary and Santa Ana winds will leave some deficits in the grout filler . When I contacted them about this there was an extra charge and required I come get it

We hired Millennium Construction to completely transform both our backyard and front yard. We put in a pool, changed hardscapes (driveway and backyard), new landscaping. Millennium provided a complete end-to-end service starting with design through finished product. We had a fantastic experience working with Eddie and the entire Millennium Construction team. The results are stunningly beautiful and they were very professional and easy to work with.

Millennium Construction is superb. Eddie has excellent people working for him, and he himself follows through and delivers on promises. NOT the typical contractor. They put in an artificial lawn for us this past July. The price was good and they did a job, with crews working hard all day, in three days--two other vendors said they could do it in one day, which means they would not have done it nearly as well. They, Millennium put a covering on our deck--essentially a new floor--and also did that extremely well. We highly recommend them. In out view, they are the very best. And, as another reviewer posted, they were here on time and cleaned up everything supremely well.

We had an issue with moisture between our large sliding glass door panes and moisture coming through the stucco above the glass door during heavy rains.The sliding door was not installed by Millennium Construction.Rather than trying to convince or tell me that my only choice was to install a new sliding glass door, as many other companies did, Eddie at Millennium Construction suggested a glass replacement and stucco repair, which saved us about $6K.It looks perfect and several rains later no issues.Working with Millennium was a great experience from start to finish!

They also completed the project within the timeframe and budget specified. We now spend a lot of time in our backyard and have received many compliments on our backyard. Millennium Construction delivered what they promised. It is a one company does all so the project is well coordinated and everything is timed to perfection. I completely tore out my backyard and had ideas but not a concrete idea of what I wanted. The owner and the designer were instrumental in guiding me through the process. What I liked:1. Complete, well done project with no subcontractors required.2. 20 years of experience3. Well coordinated project which started on time every day. The timeline was as they promised.4. Excellent crew---hard working, professional and respectful.5. Eddie responds quickly on all concerns, questions, etc.6. Well established business contacts/suppliers who delivered as promised.7. Final results were Super and I love that Eddie (owner) and Brian (designer) strongly suggested the trifold glass doors that opened from the family room to the backyard. It completely changed the look and feel of my home and now I have doubled the size of livable space.8. If you know what you want done without reservation, you need to be firm but if you need help, their suggestions are invaluable and usually correct---listen to them!9. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again and to refer them. I am very pleased with the final product and enjoy it every day!

After obtaining multiple bids for our front yard remodel, we chose Millennium because of their commitment to their work and the design layout that they proposed. We were thoroughly impressed by each and every crew member and the cleanliness and organization during the extensive front yard remodel. They designed a beautiful large patio and amazing fire pit. Turning our unusable sloped area into an entertainers dream. Their concrete work in itself is one to brag about. Even after the work was completed they continued to check back to ensure that we were happy and fix any items that might need attention to.We would recommend Millennium to anyone wanting an amazing yard remodel with a trustworthy team within budget.Thank you Millennium! We are a showpiece accomplishment thanks to Eddie and his crew.Owner, Eddie Guerrero, prides himself on providing quality work in a timely fashion for a reasonable charge. His crew, from design staff to on-site laborers, are all professional, skilled craftsmen and respectful of the homeowners and their property. They follow a strict timeline that is reviewed daily by all involved, and this is manifested by people showing up when promised, working to the task is completed, and leaving the site cleaned up and ready for the next day. Eddie brings creative design options when requested and is able to stay on time and on budget. Eddie Guerrero & his Millennium Construction crew were fantastic! From the calm professional demeanor of Eddie, to his extremely talented, and trustworthy crew, our dreams of an outside living area become true. Once the project was on track, progress flew by! Back in 2011, our project started in about the 1st week of November, and we really wanted our outdoor living area completed before Christmas Eve, and Millennium pulled if off with a few days to spare! After the holidays, I ask Eddie to basically rip out a patio door & a french door that lead out to the outdoor living area & install two 12foot wide x 8foot tall sliding glass doors. It was quite a feat since both walls were load bearing, but Eddie figured it out, and the job turned out awesome.I would not hesitate to call Eddie to due another job, and I have referred him to our neighbors. In the future, I am thinking of putting in a loft & a master bathroom remodel, and I will call Eddie from Millennium first!

Ive now used Millenium on two separate projects on different residences. The first was a backyard upgrade and the second was a complete and extensive interior re-model. Eddie and his team are exceptional professionals who I would highly recommend. Theyre able to provide strong design ideas based upon their many years of experience. Work is done in a timely and professional manner. We had Millennium Construction rebuilding and re-tiling the patios on our two homes. One of the homes is located on a a slope and the patios all around the house had serious structural damage. Eddie and his crew worked efficiently and proved to do a very good job. My wife Linda and I put our house up for sale earlier this year only to be derailed by a seriously flawed rear and side yard landscaping plan which had not been properly approved by our HOA for the previous owners.The frustration only elevated as I waded through numerous landscaping professionals, that were either too busy, too expensive, too unprofessional, or just too unqualified.Then we found Millenium and Eddie and their crews, their architect, and of course their wonderful plant specialist. Eddie came to our rescue within a day or so of our inquiry. He made a professional presentation we really thought was almost too good to be true.The Millenium Architect had plans drawn and ready ahead of schedule and set forth EXACTLY what we wanted and he had conceptualized at our earlier meeting. HOA approval was a breeze, less than a week, for a process that normally took 4 weeks or more.Eddie preached being on time and on budget, and he DELIVERED on both counts. This despite the fact that his crew was faced with an extraordinarily difficult task of removing many cubic yards of dirt filled with Queen Anne Palm roots that had taken over our entire back yard.The crew arrived on time every day including Saturdays and worked their rears off completing the job always with a smile.In the end, Eddie and Millennium turned our nightmare yard into a beautiful, tranquil, perfectly proportioned thing of beauty, ON TIME and ON BUDGET. We are sure the presentation of the landscaping was a key component in our selling our home in record time and for a record price.We werent the biggest job for Millennium, but probably one of the most challenging, and they delivered everything they promised and more. If you are contemplating a landscaping job in your home, quite simply, you would be crazy not to use Millennium.

We had our entire backyard redone by Millennium a year ago. The service was the very best! They worked on our yard for 10 weeks. The workman were here everyday at 8AM and worked until at least 5PM. There were 3-5 workers everyday and they always made sure that everything was put away and cleaned up before they left. We have been so thrilled and happy with our new patio pavillion, our firepit, koi pond and all the other work that was done in accordance with our plans and any changes were made with no problems. Myself and my husband would recommend Millennium to any of our family or friends without hesitation.

After meeting with 4 different contractors, Eddie at Millennium got the job for more than one reason, ..The main reason was he knew what he was looking at and talking about, No guessing or saying let me look into /check on this that and the other ..2nd He put in writing a start and Completion date...Which further showed his experience and confidence in how he runs his jobs...3rd...He was the best quote of the 4 and did more than he was supposed to without hesitation.. A company should be judged by its consistency of service. It appears that my husband and I experienced that SAME consistency of service by the Millennium Team at all levels during our patio construction project equal to what we had read in these reviews. I agree that this company employs a hard working and clean working team of laborers that are skillful and courteous. We are thrilled with our new patio, fire pit and hot tub. Our landscaping, lighting, and irrigation all turned out as we had dreamed it would. It truly feels magical at night relaxing in our back patio now. With all that being said, a company should also be judged by how it deals with and corrects any errors or snags in the implementation of the job. Millennium gets an A+ for handling the implementation of the corrections and for reassuring us along the way that everything will be done the RIGHT way.

We have had several experiences with contractors, both good and bad. What do I expect from a contractor?-That they respond to your first call soon.-That they have great design ideas.-That they show up when they say they will.-That they give you a fair competitive price.-That they do the work the way they promised.-That they get done on time.-That they clean up afterwords.Eddie and his crew did all this and much more. His workmanship was fantastic; he was easy to work with, and he did everything he said he would. And three years later his work looks just as good as the day it was finished. I just wish I had more for him to do!

Millennium was the only company, I contacted, that was willing to come to my home and give me a free estimate on making the problemsright.
