I have never been able to wrap my head around how to do Quick Books with my business, Blast From The Past (mom and pop collectible toy store), since we buy collections (Ive started and failed a few times in the past). But then Suzette Van Sleeuwen invited me to a free seminar at Milam, Knecht & Warner (MKW) to show business owners like me how beneficial using Quick Books Online (QBO) can be to a business owner -- even a small business owner like me. I was impressed by all the information I could easily get in their ready-made reports (Im not an accountant or a bookkeeper, and Ive pulled my hair out trying to create these reports by hand when they are needed), and I really liked the at-a-glance dashboard information. This will help me keep my husband up to speed much faster and easier. I was still skeptical about adapting it to the quirks of my business, but Suzette put me at ease and told me how I could start from where Im at today and use the same categories I use already. She keeps working with me to keep me from getting frustrated when Im not sure what to do. I am already amazed at how QBO has been able to grab my information from my bank accounts and credit card accounts and enter it for me! Thats already a time saver! Thanks Suzette and MKW!!!

I had a bill that I never got sent to me back 2017 and finally figured out what been mess up my credit 🙃 😅 😐 😒. MKW was able to problems solve and help me figure out how to go about it . Simple and easy and Stress free. So I can get back on track. They on top of it.
