Mike is a great realtor to work with. I felt like I was working with a friend the whole time during my transaction. I worked with Mike once and I would definitely work with him again. He is very knowledgeable and handled all my questions and concerns promptly. Definately the smoothest purchase Ive ever done!

Mike was the best agent we could have hoped for.. after a pretty rocky start to our first home search with a previous agent and loosing out on our first home by only $5k..we felt we needed to make a change. Mike came in listened to what we we were looking for and explained to us how the previous situation should have been handled. The time came when we found another home and mike was all over it. The moment we let him know we wanted to put an offer in he was on the phone with the selling agent and getting the inside track. His friendly demeanor and his ability to make everyone feel at ease makes the negotiating seem like a breeze.. he was very communicative throughout the process.. when we first started looking at homes i thought an agent is an agent they’re all the same.. but they’re not. you really need one that understands what you want and works tirelessly until you get it.. and that’s mike! We are very grateful for him and enjoying our first home whom many thought would never happen ..cheers to you Mike!

Mike was easily the best realtor Ive ever worked with! Aside from being a consumate professional, Mike was diligent with the task at hand. Even when I changed my needs from two bedroom to one along with a drop in price, his dedication to finding me the right house never waivered. His clients are his priority, big and small, making himself readily available at the drop of a hat. But my favorite thing about Mike is his ability to make the process so easy. His natural calm demeanor and light hearted personality really goes a long way. Feeling comfortable with the person finding you your next home is important and Mikes authenticity gave me the confidence I needed to make that decision. I know I can contact him post transaction and he will be a friend and consult for years to come!

Bye far the most stress free Real Estate experience I’ve ever had ! I’m 3000 miles away and Mike handled everything for me, from start to finish . Always keeping me updated about where we were through the process. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy or sell a home .

We used Mike as our buyers agent in this insane market. He was patient and supportive and never encouraged us to buy anything that wouldn’t make us happy as our forever home. He has excellent diplomacy with other agents and helped us negotiate a very fair deal. We could not have done it without him!
