My water heater broke and I was in need of a new water heater ASAP! I called Mid Valley Rooter Service in the late afternoon and they replaced my hot water heater same day. Eugene came over promptly, and it only took him a few minutes to troubleshoot the leak under my kitchen sink. Very professional and extremely reasonable. But the most important part of this transaction included honesty. There is no substitute for that. Mid Valley Rooter Services is now our to go plumbing services for not just small jobs for the big ones, and we have one or two of those coming up. Thank you guys. We appreciate you.

I highly recommend Mid Valley Rooter Services to anyone who needs work on their sewer lines or septic system. Johanthan Fernandez was a pleasure to work with. My shower/tub was backing up and flooding whenever I would flush my toilet. We called for help with fixing this, the guy came out and worked on it for 12 hours and was trying to sell us a whole new sewer line and didnt even look at the toilet and sink until after he wanted to dig and install a new clean out drain since he said his snake couldnt go that far from the alley to the potential location of blockage. But why couldnt we come in or check from the toilet and or tub. Not even 30 days later we are having the SAME issue happen. Avoid this business like the plague.

Absolutely the BEST service I’ve received in awhile!!….they came within an hour notice to fix my clogged shower drain left within 20mins. I’ve NEVER seen my shower drain work as fast as when they were done with it!!! The price was even better than what I thought it was going to cost!! Well worth it…Thank soo much! This company is absolutely the best! Every single thing about this company was impressive. I had an emergency with a major leak on my second floor bathroom. I am so glad I called this company when my hot water heater went out. Jonathan was so explanatory and did an excellent job setting me up with a new one. Let me share his wisdom...if you want a hot water heater to last, make sure there is a sediment trap and get yearly maintenance done on it. Let me just also say he was very generous on the price of the unit. Cant beat it. And a warranty with labor and parts. He even said they would show us how to do maintenance on it. Jonathan does top notch excellent work and really came through for us in our time of financial hardship. We appreciate it more than I can express. He has reasonable diagnostic charges and reasonable by the hour charges too just in case we have other plumbing needs. Will be using his company again and again! I highly recommend!!!!

Called on a Sunday and they were the only ones who offered to come out same day. They knew we really needed their help. They fixed the plumbing problem and suggested we install a clean out. When Jonathan came to install it after digging in the heat, he discovered we had one deep in the ground. Now the way things go these days he could of easily told us he installed one and charged the regular price, but he informed us there was already one and worked on it to make it accessible above ground and decreased the price. He was honest and worked hard to finish the same day. I greatly appreciated everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Im truly blessed to have found them.

Some of the best people! Jonathon and Alex were both great and installed our water heater incredibly fast.I extra appreciated that they helped by trying to fix it before replacing our water heater. Which they did! And were very nice when I wanted to hold off on the replacement.I am also a military wife and often get nervous Ill be ripped off without my husband, but Mid Valley Rooter did their entire best, great work, great price and very prompt, amazing experience. There were pipes on the bottom of my house leaking. A lot of the other plumbers in the area did not want to show up because there was water on the bottom. These guys have no problem going under taking care of the leak. They showed up the same day and fix the issue. No problem. Highly recommend.

These guys are the epitome of going above and beyond. We had an unfortunate incident the first day they were here and our roommate collapsed of a heart attack, blocking the front door with our phones still inside the house. These superheroes let us use a phone to call 911, squeezed inside the door, moved him and then proceeded to give chest compressions until the paramedics arrived. I truly cant thank them enough and I dont know what we would have done without them. They are absolutely amazing guys and we appreciate them more than words can say.Our roommate unfortunately did not make it, but we will be customers for life just based on this experience alone.The work they did was also incredible, and they were very thorough in attempting to prevent new leaks from arising. They worked 12 hours one day to try to get as much done as possible, and were so respectful of our property and courteous and professional in every interaction. Everything is running great now, and we will use them for all future projects. Highly recommend these guys, and would give more stars if I could.

Extremely happy with this service! I had started a load of laundry on a Saturday, and it flooded our whole laundry, room pantry, and into the kitchen! I did a Google search for a plumber and called the first one I saw with five stars. Jonathan and his guys were not able to make it out the same day, but he did help us over the phone by telling us about the outdoor clean out in the wall! We released it and were able to continue using our sink/water until they were able to come look at it on Monday. We could have taken his phone advice and not scheduled with him at all, so i was very thankful he was so up front and willing to help with no payment at first. His guy came out monday, took care of both clean outs and cleared the pipes.. even checked out the pipes for our toilets, which werent even a problem at the moment! Highly recommend them!

My mom had a leak under her kitchen sink that had caused flooding in the kitchen and home.The shutoff valves and drain pipes under the sink were extremely old (probably the original) and were stuck/frozen. Nothing that was tried could stop the leak.Called Mid Valley Rooter Services in the late evening and Jonathan answered right away. He was extremely patient and professional on the phone as I explained the leaking issue and situation in our home.The service call was made for early the next morning. Once Jonathan arrived and could assess what was needed he started working promptly. He worked quickly and was able to stop the water leaking, and replaced needed pipes and valves.I very much appreciate the help provided by Jonathan and recommend Mid Valley Rooter Services! Again, it was a huge relief to have someone professional and patient to come out to service/repair in a timely manner.

I found Mid Valley rooter online and was impressed with their customer reviews, so I called them. I was concerned with what I thought was a potential sinkhole developing in my backyard. I told them that I had been told that my property may have had a septic tank previously, so he said hed contact City Hall to see if that was the case. Being that it was late Friday before Labor Day weekend, he had to wait till Tuesday to contact City Hall. City Hall said that my property had never had septic. All the houses in my track were originally run with sewer lines.Jonathan came out to survey my property to determine what the problem might be with why my property seemed to be sinking, (and I had a hole that was about 18 in deep) which contributed as to why I thought there might be a sinkhole. They ran a camera, and determined that there was some gaps in the sewer pipes that probably contributed to the erosion of the underground dirt that would cause the concaving and trouble that I was having in my backyard. They checked to see that my sewer cleanout line was working properly, & determined they would excavate the area in my backyard and do backfill to where the erosion was happening.The next day when Jonathan and Leo were digging up the backyard to prep for the backfill, they found that my property had indeed previously had a septic tank, so that explained some of the concaving in my yard. They excavated the area, and back filled with sand and more dirt to make it more solid and stable in that area to minimize anymore erosion from rain or sprinklers or whatnot.In doing the initial assessment of my sewage line, Jonathan determined they would need to do work out by the street where the sewer drainage lead to. They ended up having to adjust some of the piping in the front yard, near the street, because they were out of alignment, we got that repaired as well.Jonathan needed to get a permit from City Hall to do the excavating and repairs, so when he got the permit he also put in a request for inspection for the next day, he had requested to be the last one in the day so that would give him time to do the repairs. He said generally, theyre not that responsive in coming out so soon, but since it was a potential hazard, and having that 5 ft hole near the street, they were very responsive and showed up shortly after they finished. They were able to get approved and signed off on, and closed up the holes (front yard and backyard)cleaned up all of their debris, hosed down the driveway and sidewalk. Aside from the obvious evidence of having had the yard excavated, you wouldnt know they had been there.Jonathan and Leo were both friendly, courteous, and professional at all times, andthe price was much more affordable than I was dreading.I gave Jonathan and Leo a five-star review, but if it was possible I would have gladly doubled that **********Thank you very much Mid Valley rooter

Called because our waste drains were clogged. Jonathan was able to help us clear the clog. We also needed to find our second septic lid and he was able to do that. He was able to start the next day, by breaking the concrete above the lid and putting in a riser. He did great work, very professional and was able to get everything completed the same day. I cant recommend Mid Valley Plumbing enough! You can believe all the awesome reviews people left about this company!I called them when my septic system backed up and Jonathan came out right away. Checked it out and told me what the problem was and got to work on it the next day. It turned out to be a bigger job than he thought. I had roots from an old tree growing in my drain pipe! Johnathan had to dog it out by hand! Poor guy worked 8:00am to dark to get it all done, then when he left my house he was going to another plumbing job he had scheduled that day! What I appreciate about Jonathan was that he took the time to show and explain to me what he dug up and found before he fixed and covered it back up. Did I mention that Jonathan is the owner of this company and he did all the work himself ! I will definitely call them again if I have any more plumbing issues. Phenomenal service once again. I called Jonathan on Thursday afternoon and he came out the next day. Gave me an hour heads up that they were on the way. Juan showed up and knocked out my shower faucet repair/ installation, also a toilet installation and finished in about 2 and a half hours. Bought my house without properly researching issues that may arise and within two weeks discovered that the main sewer line was deteriorated beyond repair. I did some minor repairs with another company that did not work and ended up paying a bunch of money for nothing. Fed up I started doing research and calling around for quotes for proper repair. One of them came from MidValley. Jonathan was the only one who mentioned permits and did not offer me the “easy fix” of line pull knowing full well the damage I had was beyond a simple re-lining of the existing sewer pipe. He came in with a plan and estimate that was well below his competitors and offered the best chance for avoiding potential drainage problems in the future. After settling on a price and terms he came in and had my entire sewer line replaced and inspected in two days. I monitored the entire job and am confident I will be free of issues for my remaining time at this house and beyond.

Recently, I needed plumbing help——my kitchen faucet was broken, and the angle stop, the line into my faucet, and the dishwasher supply line were all leaking. After getting two estimates that I couldn’t afford, I called Mid Valley Rooter Services and scheduled that same day with Jonathan. He gave me a free estimate, a fair price, and told me I could lower the cost by buying the faucet myself.I went to Home Depot and found a mid priced faucet that was still more than I could pay. I asked the woman helping me if I could have the sale price of a similar model that was only online, and she gave me $30 off! That likely wouldn’t have happened if I hadn’t bought it myself. I met Jonathan back at my house where he fixed the issues and installed my new faucet. Now, my sink is in good, working order, with a one year guarantee!Jonathan is a positive person with good vibes. My husband and I woke up one freezing morning and noticed our pipe had busted outside of our house. Honestly, Mid Valley Rooter Services was not the first pick as I was going down the line on Google. However, the reason I chose Mid Valley Rooter Services was because Jonathan went above and beyond to assist us in turning off our water (1st time dealing with a busted water pipe AND yeah, we didn’t know where our main water shut-off valve was) first and foremost. I have been using this company for the past 4 years, they have been so good to us. I remember the first time we used them we were in a stressful situation with the plumbing being backed up and we needed a plumber right away, we called two companies but they couldn’t make it out to us when we needed them. So I called Mid-valley plumbing and they came out right away and got the job done. Johnathon and Juan did jobs like renewed rustic water pipings, installed a walk-in shower, installed straps to our water heater and hooked up the plumbing lines to the city. We were very appreciative of all the work they did for us. Another thing that was good about them was, Johnathon would sit down explain everything to us if we had any questions, he is very patient. We recently purchased an older home and had issues with our water heater leaking. We had already had another plumbing company come out a month ago and all they did was replace a valve. We had the same problem only a couple weeks later but it has gotten worse. We called a DIFFERENT company to take a look at it and they said it needed to be replaced but wanted to charge us an arm and a leg just to replace the tank itself. So my husband called Mid Valley Rooter and Jonathan was able to make it to our house within a couple of days. He not only replaced the water heater but replaced some of the piping that the previous owner had put in himself that wasnt up to code (which we already knew some of it wasnt). I had a main line sewer damaged to my home and had called around to a few plumbers, Jonathan literally came that same afternoon to check it out and run a camera down my sewer line and identified the same issue a previous plumber had identified however, Jonathan called me and asked if I would give him permission to dig 5 FT to the source of the issue. Of course I said yes, Jonathan repaired 40 FT main line sewer line in about a full day and a half, the following day, he started with a trenchless method but unfortunately I had a large tree roots which didn’t allow the process further than half the yard so him and his team literally digged by hand to finish the job. If not the job would have been complete in one day. Jonathan explained the process step by step and took photos of everything. Extremely impressed by their professionalism and prompt response. Jonathan is my new plumber and will refer all my family and friends to. Will update in a year on how things are going but my house has zero issues due to the new line now. I called them initially to repair a slab leak, but it ends up that the particular leak was already repaired before by someone else. Instead of taking a gamble to repair a pipe that was already repaired before, I decided to totally re-pipe the house through the walls and attic. Jonathan was extremely helpful through the whole process and he and his team were extremely professional and efficient. They used quality parts and didnt try to come up with anything to get extra money out of me and in fact gave me a discount.
