I received excellent customer service from Peter. I was upset when I called him and he calmed me down by reassuring me he would be able to fix everything for me. He did and even made me laugh by the endif our call. I appreciate his personal attention to me and my issue.

Windows Security is a free part of Windows Microsoft and appears to be doing the job. I have had many other Anti-virus programs that I have paid for and have had issues. It just may be there is no issues with Windows Security because it is from the same people who developed Windows.i call this number to help and get the issue resloved peter was polite, thank you for everyting

They have no real customer service to talk to. Only automated software. 👎All this says to me is that there customers are not important to them. If you have a problem with your product you purchased from them and you need help, you are SOL! 👎👎

There is no Microsoft support at the location indicated on Google Maps!!! Nor anywhere else, apparently. It seems the only way to access Microsoft support is online or by phone. The bad rating is for Google maps, not for Microsoft or the unfortunate store at that location, which gets bothered by people sent there looking for Microsoft support by Google Maps.
