2015-03-12 01:20:55Recently my daughters Dell Inspiron was murdered during updates by who we suspect was our cat. Having never had to use a computer repair business before we were nervous about trusting strangers with anything. Finding Micronet Computers was a blessing. I chose their business because they had the most reviews and the most stars overall. Taking a risk we took the laptop in, met the best people, and walked away more than satisfied with the work. They saved her computer, her data, and they have earned a loyal customer. The people are very nice, knowledgeable, and reliable. They have earned our trust and future business, as well as recommendations to everyone to choose Micronet first. We werent disappointed and neither will you be. Thank you to Charles and to your small army of awesome computer specialists!

2013-11-17 04:02:53Honestly, if I could give 10 stars, I would! Issues started on a Tuesday and by Saturday woke up to the blue screen of death. Waited 4 days for Dell to tell me it wasnt covered under warranty. 2 friends recommended this place so I took a chance and found it. Its a really small office with an extremely friendly staff. Took it in on Thursday and it was repaired by Friday afternoon! The most amazing part is that my whole hard drive was destroyed and yet miraculously all of my data was able to be saved! If you need any type of computer repair, take your computer to Charles, he is not only a computer genius, but a really nice guy! Oh and it was a very reasonable fee, too! Highly recommended!!

2020-07-29 05:54:23My moms desktop had a hardware issue that needed to be fixed as soon as possible. I called Micronet, spoke with Sean and went over the issue with him. He told me what hed likely have to do to fix it and gave me an estimate of what it would cost. I was able to drop it off with him, have it fixed, and pick it up in the same day. Sean sent me an e-mail during the repair to confirm what the problem was and that he was able to fix it. Great service from someone that is knowledgeable and friendly. His pricing is also very fair. I would use Micronet again and recommend them to others.

Micronet Computers has the best Customers in the valley.Our customers visit when they have serious computer related issues and need them resolved quickly, their input has helped Micronet Computers develop repair techniques to expedite their repairs.Our clients have used our services for over a dozen years and now their children are using our services for everything from laptop, MAC and PC repairs and upgrades, to data recovery and specialized services like website design, networking on individualized training.You customers out there keep me wanting to comeback daily, take the unusually timed phone calls when you have an emergency, you just make being part of Micronet Computers fun.If youre not a customer yet, check us out and you let me know what we could be doing better. 2010-08-26 19:57:013/25/10-- I spilled water on my computer and knew it was toast, but I brought it to these guys and they were able to save ALL of my files! They did it while I waited and were really awesome and informative about what I should get to replace my computer. They even told me which parts of my old computer were worth saving and could be used for extra storage space. They really helped me a lot! I HIGHLY recommend them and will be returning to them for all of my future computer needs. They are friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced-- Best computer repair shop I have ever encountered!UPDATE-- 8/26/10I took my fiances computer in today because it wasnt booting up (something to do with the drivers, it didnt make any sense to me). Not only did they say fixing it would be no problem, but I can pick it up tonight! Seriously, these guys are awesome, affordable, and I wouldnt trust taking my computer anywhere else!

2013-07-17 18:49:47Took my laptop in with virus issues. Charles was able to find the problems and fix to my satisfaction. He cleaned up the junk that was slowing my computer down. He did a great job and very reasonable in his pricing. I will definitely go back with any future issues. I was so happy to find this company.

2013-11-21 16:44:32I took my CPU in there full of viruses and problems to the point that I did not think it was saveable. They charged $70.00 and this thing is working like new. I also took them my wifes laptop, which had charging issues. We decided to scrap it and they were going to pull the pictures off its hard drive for me.Yesterday I got a call stating they were able to fix it after all. Very honest of them! The laptop appears to be working great so far. I would highly recommend these guys based on my experience.

2013-11-02 20:49:49The first place I went to in Clovis wanted a $60 nonrefundable deposit just for an appointment to look at my computer. Yep, $60 whether they fixed it or not, and they kept the deposit even if I had to cancel my appointment. Good deal for them but not the customer. Then went to Charles. Chatted while he worked on my computer, and an hour later my computer was fixed at less than half the cost of the other places non refundable deposit. Will I go to Charles again....you bet.

2012-08-31 02:11:34If you need any of computer advice or repairs, THIS is the man to go to. I called around and got estimates about diagnosing my dying desktop, and he was by far the most friendly and personable on the phone. When I got to his shop, he greeted me as if we were long lost friends, and by the time I left, I felt as though we were indeed. I have a little bit of working knowledge of computers, and rather than patronize me or try to talk above my head, he was cheerfully impressed that I knew a couple of small things. Although he gave me bad news about my computer, it was very compassionate and straight-forward. I left with a smile because not only did he not charge me a cent for the visit, but he let me burn some important files to disc while I was there and would not accept a tip I tried to push into his hand. The visit to Micronets office was the highlight of my day and I will be spreading to word. Its so refreshing to find a genuine, decent human being behind the name of a Google listing and if all business was run this way, the world would be an fantastic place to live in. Call Charles at Micronet. You will be very glad you did.

2016-07-13 19:50:27I have a really big computer that I use for work. Its actually a gaming computer but its the only one that will keep up with what I do for a living as an Educational Director. Its a Cyberpowerpc that I paid $2500 for and Ive had for about 3 years. A component that is not typical of computers (the Aerocool Touch-2000) started going out and there was a random but incessant beeping. It was driving me crazy. I took my computer to a local place that did a passable job but couldnt make the beeping stop. Well, I took it upon myself to try to make the beeping stop and actually plugged something in to the wrong place on my motherboard. After a horrible pzzt sound and a puff of smoke rose out of my computer and all but two of the 8 cooling fans stopped spinning I was horrified. Had I fried my computer? Would I have to replace it? If so, that was a lot of money. Ugh! Enter Charles. His reviews here were amazing so I thought I would give him a call. He helped get most of my fans going again without any new hardware and actually said that no tower needs 8 fans to keep it cool enough. He also ran a complete diagnostic (which my computer passed with flying colors) and I had my computer back within 24 hours for a general service fee of just $35. Not kidding! New favorite IT guy! Love Charles!! Oh, it doesnt hurt that hes former military. My husband, who is also former military, liked him, too. Well be taking all future computer issues to Charles. Hes awesome!!
