This company is posing as Amazon trying to scam customers into paying for subscription service to access their Prime. They actually go around posing as different companies telling customers they need to pay extra subscription fees to access a service they already paid. Pretty disgusting stuff. They really need to be charged with fraud. My family and I have started criminal charges against them.

I love the work of their technicians. They even call you back after the days to check if you have any issue regarding the work they have already done. I like the feedback they collect from customers about previous service. I was called at least twice in three weeks if i have any problem relating to the previous work which they will provide ta no cost again. I only subscribed to their bronze package $100

FRAUD company and SCAMMERS! Reported to the BBB and FTC. A man named Alex decided to charge me for a subscription for Arlo camera firmware subscription for $150 along with asking me to call him back in 3 months direct to pay for $99 cloud storage. He made it clear to me he was an Arlo employee and he absolutely was NOT. Arlo does NOT charge for a firmware subscription.

Terrible. I paid for an Amazon prime membership through them a month ago and Amazon has no record. They ripped me off. and I cant get my money back or set me up with Amazon nowThey wont answer my E mails. Stay clear

I was told they was a alro tech.. All i needed was a extra camera add to my system. Countless hours on the phone countless days waiting with call backs... Spent 5 days waiting on call backs calls keep saying updates... Update that take over 5 days for a camera system( arlo system camera).. Price was $249.. The hours time waiting i could had bought a new system very fast talking... Never gotten solved still didnt get my extra camera connected.... Beware....

Technicians are very Knowledgeable and they have solved my Issue in time . I really Appreciate them for helping me out with my cameras. Buying Subscription from them is worth it.

A big scam, I have spoken to Arlo and these people are breaking so many laws . They are scammers to the max.

Because we live in world that is full of scams and fraud I was very confused if the $350 I paid was legitimate. I still dont know for sure but Im out $350
