Yes 100%. Yes go here. I had a really nice set of high-end components for a PC computer I picked up at micro center and after putting the basics together I just didnt want to have to deal with all the cabling and the basic windows load and fixing the bios if it needed it. 100 bucks and everything was done pro level in a matter of hours on the same day on a weekend. Lucky lucky. Go here and support this awesome neighborhood retail establishment. This is who you should support. Ask for Mo. Youll be totally satisfied!

The Micro-Computer Center has been my go to place for computer repairs for twenty five years; Ive been there so many times that they know me on a first name basis. Staff has the software tools to facilitate the recovery of operating systems ranging from the archaic WinXP thru Win7, Win10, and newer. In addition, staff is quite willing to attempt repairing physically damaged lap-top hardware. Finally... the pricing for their services is very competitive if you can wait a few days to get your machine fixed.

Mohammad and his staff are extremely talented. I have been going to them for all my repairs for over 15 years. They have never let me down. Recently I thought I could replace my fan in my Alienware computer. I took apart my computer, and I realized that it was way too complex. After I started unscrewing the motherboard and broke something. I took it into Micro Computer and we realized I needed to replace the battery before it went bad and replace the other fan. I felt relieved that they could take over the repair because it was way over my head. Awesome team. Trust your computers and devices here.

I bought a motherboard/cpu/ram combo while they were having a sale. After purchasing and driving all the way back to San Diego, and building the computer, turns out the motherboard was incompatible with the RAM they were selling as part of their package. After driving all the way back just to pay them to fix a problem their incompatible ram caused, they refused to do anything as far as a ram swap out or anything. Said theyd email, they didnt. Said theyd call. They didnt. Do NOT recommend shopping here if you wish for any level of support after you buy your product.

I’ve been using Mo & his team for over twenty years. We had a small millinery business in West LA with several computers & some computers at home, desktops & laptops. It goes without saying how very important it is to have the computers running without problems in business. Over the years Micro Computer has fixed anything and everything that went wrong. They have repaired a bad hard drive where they had to recover data, power supplies, bad cards & fans, repaired bugs & viruses where they cleaned the hard drive (repeatedly), and most recently a laptop with a defective card that had a bad card & wouldn’t communicate with the wifi. Whether it was a hardware issue or a software issue, they fixed it. The technical service is great. The prices are always fair. Most important (at least to me), you’re dealing with a local small business, with integrity & people that are going to be there next week and next year. Mo, thank you for the incredible service over the years!

I recently bought a new computer from Mo; he is an amazing professional. He and his team are not only technically competent, but they have a high level of integrity and are always willing to explain and communicate what they need to do to support my needs. His diagnosis of a problem is often spot on, however when situations arose that made him adjust his approach to my issues, he was never hesitated to regroup and create an optimal solution for me. I have purchased numerous computers from Mr. Noori and have always had him take care of them along he way. His service is stupendous, and his prices are excellent. There is great value in his service. I will continue to have Mo and his team support my computer needs and I strongly recommend to others to put their trust in him.

We are in a one-month family trip in the United States and I work from home and took the computer with me. On the trip, the computer decided not to work, and the first store I found near our hotel was Moes.He smiled and assured us that the computer will be ready before our next destination ready. And so it was!We arrived 3 days later and the computer was ready. Only that I arrived when the store was already closed, ( totally my fault).I called Moe and he came straight from his house on a friday evening and specifically open the store and brought me the computer. Quick and expert service at an excellent cost. I brought my desktop in after shipping across country, and Noori was able to identify the issues quickly. He brought in a technician to fix issues with the circuitry on my motherboard, and then offered to fully replace my PSU after it failed the test.He also was able to upgrade my PSU when I asked if it was a possibility at a relatively small extra charge. Excellent, fast customer service and very reasonable pricing. I brought my PC in on a Saturday and they were able to do a diagnostic on the spot. They tested various components to isolate the problem to a dead motherboard. The owner walked through the problem with me and also offered me advice on how to explain my issue in order to get a replacement from the original retailer at no cost. I brought my PC in the next Monday and they were able to replace and build the PC all within the same day. I will definitely be coming back here in the future if I have any issues.

This dude was awesome! It took about 3 hours for him to fix my computer. I picked it up the next day because I had an appointment when he was done but he was willing to leave the store open for me!!He was fast, professional, and most importantly it was so cheap! This place was referred to me by another repair shop that had a 2 week wait. My HPs wifi stopped working. I assumed it was a hardware problem, maybe motherboard (ugh). Took it to Mo Noori, who is a friendly, relaxed guy, within a minute he said No, it recognizes available wifi connections so its not hardware (which would have made him a lot more money). He ran 4 successive scans of anti-spyware -- my HD was so clogged it took 3 hours to finally find everything -- ultimately cleaned out 2,000 garbage files, and charged me $79, which I think is very fair. I highly recommend Mo.

SCAMMERSBrought new pc to fix the throttling problem, two hours after I came to grab the pc back and payed the man at the desk for work. He said that he updated something and everything should work fine when I buy myself graphics card, that processor throttles because it has integrated graphic card etc. when I got home I had a feeling that he did absolutely nothing but took money from me, so I called other company “flow pc” the guy on the phone immediately said that I should just update my bios, which I did and all the problems were immediately solved! The guy didn’t take a cent from me for the advice, and this micro computer center “specialists” will ensure you that you will get professional help which you can rely on, and then just take your money and talk you away. He literally didn’t do anything and didn’t update anything, he even installed fans wrong way lol, that made it even worse, but he took my money, and will take yours!Updating the bios is the most basic thing that you should do to the new pc, and these scammers didn’t even know that! I asked them to return the money (96$) he said yes, but he flew away for a vacation and just ignored me when I asked to hurry up with the refund.

I came to MCC with a broken LCD screen on my MacBookPro, and had been given quotes from other companies saying it would take them 3 WEEKS! I built a PC and I had a problem with the CPU overheating. I went to best buy and it would have been $200 for them to diagnose the problem.... I almost never do reviews positive or negative but I feel this business must be spotlighted. My laptop decided to stop charging after 1 year of hard pandemic era use. Thinking it was the power adapter, I went to 4 big box outfits with little success. By random luck, I found MCC through a google search and decided to chance it. Noori at MCC was friendly and accommodating. He fixed the laptop in 24 hours and even stayed past his closing time so that I could get it back that day. It wasnt the power adapter and the repair fee was incredibly reasonable. He understood how reliant I was on my laptop for work during COVID. They have my business in the future. Handy local electronics place seemingly dealing mostly with repairs, though various hardware peripherals and some software is available. I too a laptop battery to have it replaced (not keen on opening my laptop in the way I am my desktop PC) and it was done just over a day for $45 (not a great deal.) Was told that labor to do an iPad screen replacement was $69 (on top of $135 for the materials). But generally friendly staff. Masks required and social distancing passively enforced.

As I didnt know how to fix my old computer, I was prepared to buy a new one when Micro Computers assured me the computer was still in good, running condition and that it just needed some simple maintenance work, etc. They were very helpful in explaining what needed to be done, very timely in getting the work done, and very reasonable in charging for the work done. A definite recommend to anyone with computer issues.

Run away! Horrible service. I left a laptop to have a broken power button fixed. The next day they told me they had to replace a very expensive part. I agreed paying almost a third the price of a new laptop since there was nothing else to do. The following day they told me the laptop was ready for pick up. To my surprise a day after I got the laptop back the power button broken again showing they not only did not replaced the part but did not say anything or offered a discount on the service. Once the laptop was finally fixed and the part replaced they charged additional for the part they said they would replace in the first place. Go anywhere else.

In search of a GPU the guy tried to up sell me a 3070 for 60% above Msrp or a 3080 for 40% above Msrp. I respect he has a business to take care of but he began yelling at me for trying to negotiate the price down. I need a GPU for school so I told him I would pay cash if he would take the price down. Again yelling he said he would lose money because of credit and the shipping cost showing me a receipt that read $2000 for a 3080. I’m at the store with cash in hand offering to pay above msrp, no shipping or credit cost, but I was not going to pay 60% more than the product is worth. Very aggressive and upsetting interaction that did not need to be.

Horrible place. Total scam. Stay away when possible. **Believe me. I have a PhD degree in computer science. I am pretty sure those guys know nothing. They are just a joke in computer repair!!! **I left my printer there. Before I sent my printer there, I asked them if they can fix my printer. They said they can. It is important, since if the printer cannot be fixed, I will just buy some other brand and model. I bought the printer for $99. So if the fix cost is more than 40-50, it is not worth it. They told me that they will evaluate the fix. If it is a simple fix, they charge only $30.A day later, they told me the printer was fixed, and I need to bring the ink to test it. For me, I don[t want to buy any new ink. Because if the printer cannot be fixed, I would rather buy a new one instead of spending more money on the ink. They told me that I dont need to worry, since they have fixed it. When I spent almost $60 for new inks and went to the place, apparently they didnt fix it at all. They just use the clean printer head option in the menu and thought they fixed it.Finally, since the ink I bought cannot be returned. I had to threw the old printer away and bought new printer the same model.

It has been over 10 years I have been patronizing this neighborhood store for repairs, upgrades, service and advice on technology and they help me get up the learning curve on the latest and greatest in the industry. Its like a family business, not a lot of turnover and they remember my name and my machines and if there is a problem with anything they swap it right out and get me back to work immediately. Most importantly, they have a virtual price guarantee for long-standing customers like me in that I have never paid more than I would at BestBuy or anywhere else for service or hardware upgrades.

As a computer science/engineering student, it’s really scary to rely on someone else to work on your computer, however, they really know their stuff and I had no problems 👍 They’re also very friendly and provide service at a good price.

Very honest service. I came in to replace my laptop’s keyboard, and they told me I didn’t need to do it since it’d cost a lot. It turned out there was a cheaper and better way to solve the issue with the keys!!!

Okay its a little sketch when you go into a computer store and theyre selling software that now support windows 3.1 that should have been the first red flag. They didnt have the parts I needed but they charge me in arm and a leg for 2 molex to sata power adapters and 4 says data cables that came straight out of a motherboard box thatll coming to a nice just shy of $60 what a freaking rip. also I think the guy was an idiot because he had to explain the cable to the boss to figure out what it was to find the price on it and you got to love when the guy says its a white end to two black ends and its got different colored wires coming out of it connecting them thats a great description of molex to dual-sata power.
