2024-06-16 03:35:11I came in this afternoon to pickup parts to build my own desktop for the first time. One of the employees asked to assist me and helped pickup all the parts while ensuring that I would get the best deals. It was such a fun experience and it quite literally is tech heaven. Thank you to that employee, I didn’t get your name but you were awesome!

2024-06-03 12:45:43I recently visited Micro Center for the first time and I must say, I really wish there was one closer to me in Vegas. The 245-mile drive was a bit of a trek, but it was definitely worth it.The layout of the store was good, although it did take me a bit to figure out where everything was. The staff was super helpful though, which made the shopping experience much easier. In terms of pricing, I found that Amazon had slightly lower prices on some items, but considering the convenience and helpfulness of the staff at Micro Center, I didnt mind paying a little extra.Overall, I had a positive experience at Micro Center and would definitely recommend it to others, even if it does require a bit of a drive.

2024-05-30 04:32:15Soooo many people in line to check out and only 2 registers open. But...my sweet techie engineer boy loves it here. Its like Radioshack for the Young Sheldons of today. The workers were nice, just not sure why the manager in a suit and tie couldnt jump on a register. Our cashier said hes never seen it so busy.I guess people are really getting into 3D printers and build your own robots!

2024-05-25 22:09:21The service was fantastic. It was a holiday weekend sale so the store was really busy but perfectly staffed so lines moved quickly. I was greeted right away and the representative, Ricardo, was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. I never felt rushed. What might have been a stressful day was made easy. Everyone I had contact with was professional and helpful.

2024-05-31 04:09:39You don’t judge new customers for the actions of others. Today I found out that my brother was at Micro Center. Very interested in finding out about the drones that they had in stock since I was nearby. I popped by and started asking a few questions about the drones, the customer service was definitely fair, but after asking to see the drones that were priced low due to being used and open box, the tone of the conversation went completely different. They started that they needed to bring the drone over to a certain counter to be able to prevent the risk of someone stealing it, I didn’t have that much of a problem with that, but then everybody started huddling around and, as we were walking to the counter to inspect the product, one of the employees was even saying, bringing up the response time of police and making the whole situation really awkward. The whole time they did not treat us as potential buyers but hinting at the fact that people steal and this type of product Needs to be under lock and key and surveillance very heavily. I find the whole experience ironic considering that over 80% of the products that they have all over the store are over $500 in value you would not buy a used iPhone or Samsung without properly inspecting it first most phones cost upwards of $700 and I don’t feel like they would’ve handled it the same. Overall, I’m very disappointed because the prices were actually fair. Had we been given a different experience? I’m certain that we would’ve followed through with the purchase. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this store.

2023-07-15 05:11:29Stepping back into the Micro Center in Tustin after a 15-year hiatus is like being thrust into a futuristic wonderland. The transformation is substantial; a veritable computer mega-store teeming with technological marvels. If its tech-related, odds are, theyve got it.On my visit, I was on the hunt for a niche solution to connect an external hard drive to my iPhone. This required some expertise and specific adapters. The staff here were nothing short of exceptional, displaying an impressive level of knowledge and guiding me smoothly through the process. The fusion of service and expertise is palpable here. The physical scale of the store is considerable and it lives up to its size with a dazzling array of computer-related products. From top-line Macs and PCs to the nitty-gritty components for those who love to build their own machines, its truly a tech enthusiasts paradise.Whats even more remarkable is the cadre of staff members who evidently know their onions. Theyre not just glorified salespeople, they are more like tech consultants, well-versed and ready to engage with all your queries. Its a real boon in a world increasingly reliant on technology.Bear in mind, this isnt a fly-by visit kind of store. Theres just so much to discover, youll naturally want to explore. Its not a reflection on their service speed, more so on the sheer wealth of products. In terms of pricing, they stack up well against other retailers. Some items bear standard price tags, but there are also plenty of attractive deals and sales. Plus, individual computer components are competitively priced.Customer service goes beyond the counter here. While soaking in the tech wonderland, I was approached multiple times by proactive staff members. This attentive service, while simple, is increasingly rare in retail and adds to the positive experience. The store also earns major points for its inventory of older technology. Theyve managed to strike a balance between cutting-edge and near-obsolete. If theres a hard-to-find item thats a couple of years old, chances are youll find it here. All things considered, Micro Center in Tustin is an epicenter for tech enthusiasts. Whether youre after something very specific or seeking uncommon computer components, this store is a goldmine. It blends expertise, service, and a treasure trove of tech under one roof, making it an unrivaled shopping destination.
