I came in this afternoon to pickup parts to build my own desktop for the first time. One of the employees asked to assist me and helped pickup all the parts while ensuring that I would get the best deals. It was such a fun experience and it quite literally is tech heaven. I recently visited Micro Center for the first time and I must say, I really wish there was one closer to me in Vegas. The 245-mile drive was a bit of a trek, but it was definitely worth it.The layout of the store was good, although it did take me a bit to figure out where everything was. The staff was super helpful though, which made the shopping experience much easier.In terms of pricing, I found that Amazon had slightly lower prices on some items, but considering the convenience and helpfulness of the staff at Micro Center, I didnt mind paying a little extra.Overall, I had a positive experience at Micro Center and would definitely recommend it to others, even if it does require a bit of a drive.

Soooo many people in line to check out and only 2 registers open. But...my sweet techie engineer boy loves it here. Its like Radioshack for the Young Sheldons of today. The workers were nice, just not sure why the manager in a suit and tie couldnt jump on a register. Our cashier said hes never seen it so busy.I guess people are really getting into 3D printers and build your own robots!

The service was fantastic. It was a holiday weekend sale so the store was really busy but perfectly staffed so lines moved quickly. I was greeted right away and the representative, Ricardo, was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. I never felt rushed. What might have been a stressful day was made easy. Everyone I had contact with was professional and helpful.

You don’t judge new customers for the actions of others. Today I found out that my brother was at Micro Center. Very interested in finding out about the drones that they had in stock since I was nearby. I popped by and started asking a few questions about the drones, the customer service was definitely fair, but after asking to see the drones that were priced low due to being used and open box, the tone of the conversation went completely different. They started that they needed to bring the drone over to a certain counter to be able to prevent the risk of someone stealing it, I didn’t have that much of a problem with that, but then everybody started huddling around and, as we were walking to the counter to inspect the product, one of the employees was even saying, bringing up the response time of police and making the whole situation really awkward. The whole time they did not treat us as potential buyers but hinting at the fact that people steal and this type of product Needs to be under lock and key and surveillance very heavily. I find the whole experience ironic considering that over 80% of the products that they have all over the store are over $500 in value you would not buy a used iPhone or Samsung without properly inspecting it first most phones cost upwards of $700 and I don’t feel like they would’ve handled it the same. Overall, I’m very disappointed because the prices were actually fair. Had we been given a different experience? I’m certain that we would’ve followed through with the purchase. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this store.

It is easy to find someone to help you out; however, many of the sales reps seem to be newbies and not at all knowledgeable about the sections that they are in charge of. They do not read, do not know their actual store policies, and constantly give misinformation to customers. It is clear that they need to be better trained.

After the remodel this place went down hill. Honestly ran by buffoons nowEven if you come in for a quick build list it still will take you 45 minutes to exit this place.The reps are awesome but the individuals above them cripple their performance.Newegg only from now on. Micro Center is a good place for computers, hardware, software and accessories. It’s also an all purpose electronics supplies store!It’s somewhat like a continuation of the former Radio Shack and Fry’s Electronics type of stores. Now perhaps like a combination of a bit of Orvac Electronics and Best Buy.It’s a regular store for ready to use electronics, as well as plug and play additions.It’s also geared and staffed for the do-it-yourselfers, with a variety of supplies to work it out. Some of the staff may be more specialized as per a particular interest, as I asked randomly of those who were walking the aisles, only to be referred to another on more than one occasion.Membership registrants receive discount coupons and a possible upgrade SSD for free!I went in for specific drive components, tho ended up like a kid in a candy store!

Went her to get my wife an iPad. We had looked at Costco and Sam’s club, but the employees are not very technical. One even apologized and suggested we go to a store that has technical support people.The young man that helped us, Sebastian, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He suggested an iPad Air that was on sale. The price was about the same as the warehouse stores but the information he provided made this a bargain.

Lovely place. If you live near here, it should be your first choice for computer-related products or inquiries. Very helpful and knowledgeable employees, and the products are sold at very competitive prices. In addition, they offer a price matching service, even after your purchase. Ive been a loyal customer for years and have always been satisfied with my purchases. However, my recent experience with a factory-refurbished LG TV was disappointing. After the effort of transporting and setting it up, I discovered significant burn-ins and several dead pixels. Additionally, the serial number on the TV was scratched out and did not match the one on the box, suggesting it might have been swapped with a heavily used model. This unit clearly should not have passed any manufacturers inspection.While Id like to assume that this was the work of a dishonest customer rather than store negligence, I believe the store should enhance its quality control processes to prevent such issues. On a positive note, the customer service team was professional and promptly issued a refund.Despite their helpfulness, I was left disheartened by the oversight in product quality and ethics.

Really cool place for tech hardware and other related hobbies. I went with a couple friends and its already quite fun to just walk around and look at all the things on display, you really just cant get that experience with online shopping.I purchased a headset from here but it had issues when I got it home, I read their return policy disallowing headphones unless defective, so I was certainly hesitant to see what would happen. Nevertheless, next day I went back, went through the checkout line, and they accepted it with pretty much no hassle or issues at all and I even simply used some of the money from it to immediately purchase a different headset instead and that one worked great. Awesome store, definitely will come back when the drive makes sense, really the only downside of the store is that theres not many around, so the drive is quite a bit haha.

Sadly would be giving this a higher rating if not for the poor communication and customer service. I drove an hour to get my pc upgraded, having to drive back and forth three times during the process only to not have any of the drivers installed when I finally got it back. Because the website is not specifically directed to one location, I was tossed around by multiple people only to not get any answer or compensation for the time wasted. TLDR: Hardware repair was ok. No direct contact to store/management. Business promises 100% satisfaction guaranteed that Ive yet to have fulfilled in almost a month.

The store itself is fantastic. I have no complaints in the store or the people that worked there except for the tech service people I signed in and they were just looking at me like I’m stupid and completely ignored me I wanted my computer fixed and I waited over 20 minutes like an idiot there One person being served on there was four empty windows, and nobody there to help me it wasn’t like they were busy. They just weren’t in the mood to help anybody. That is not how you treat customers that need their stuff to be fixed. I’m very disappointed in your tech service and it better be fixed before other customers leave complaints like I do

My Husband put some stuff on hold the day before for me to come back and purchase with the Micro Center credit card. The associate checking me out would not take no for an answer when he asked me if I wanted a warranty. No means no. How many times do I have to say it? I definitely do not recommend going to Micro Center. You can’t even call a Number to talk to a manager if you have a complaint. I tried to fill out the survey, but it said that my survey was already in use. Not even sure what that means. Anyways, unless you want to be completely harassed, I would not go to this location.

Overall had a decent experience here. But I also spent a lot of money here so idk if that effected the treatment I got. Ty Peter, the dude is awesome. Built my custom water cooling loops and got my build to me within a few months. My only complaint would be that I had to bring my pc back cuz the storage disks weren’t initialized and reading in disk management. But they compensated me for having to drive the pc back :) - overall tho super happy with the build - TY Peter!

This place can be very frustrating to shop. They have a bunch of people on the floor that will hand you stickers to take credit for helping you find something. That part is ok, annoying at times when 3 different people approach you at different times to hand you stickers. The checkout here is where they lack urgency. You have so many people on the floor a line to check out that is 30 people deep and 4 cashiers and check stands available makes no sense. This is at 7:30pm on Saturday.

Its like Willy Wonkas factory except computer parts instead of candy. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and eager to help. I bought my 3070 machine from them a few years ago and theyve done a great job fixing and upgrading it when needed. Compared to other stores they are like a 30 minute drive from my house but that drive is WELL WORTH the hassle with the quality of parts and services offered.The only thing I dislike is the weird switchback line when exiting the store. It can be awkward if youre just trying to leave with a repair and you have to move past people who are buying but I totally get why that is as it makes theft significantly harder.

Im mainly shop in the STEM/MAKER category so I cant speak too much to computers and other tech, but my experiences here have always been positive. Its essentially an improved modern day Frys Electronics, if anybody here remembers them.The people working in the 3D printer area all know their stuff and we can shoot the S*&^% about 3D printers all day long. I love when they have filament sales. Returns have been relatively painless the few times I needed to.It gets super busy on the weekends, so weekday mornings are best. Im sure it can get frustrating to get help during busy times since there are only so many employees to more than 100 customers that can be in the store at a time.Highly recommend a visit!

I came to get my computer fixed due to slow reason when running games. They told me that the reason for it was because the virus that I had and told me that they would remove it to get it fix with quote, “this should be the main reason why it’s running slow”. I get the computer back hoping that the problem is fixed like I asked to. Turns out it wasnt fixed and it’s like nothing has changed after paying $80 for it to get fixed. I went back to the store with intentions to use the warrenty that came with the diagnosis. Manger told me that the messages told me weren’t relevant to what I was trying to fix and then told me that they would clear the whole thing with a charge of a 100 dollars. If the employee told me that the main reason was from the virus and turned out it wasn’t, how am I supposed to know what I’m paying for. It’s confusing to me how the manager didn’t see my problem but who knows, I’m just a random customer either way.

I really like coming here to buy computer parts and equipment, its definitely my go to whenever I have needs thats either work-related or just for personal projects, as they got a pretty nice selection.The issue I have with this place is that the staff there can be very pushy and really rude. I had one incident with a employee where they were giving me a hard time because I wanted to buy a specific SSD for a work-related expense and they were being very condescending about it.Just a note to management, please tell your staff to lay off on forcing their opinions on the customers. Nobody wants to buy or should be forced into buying something they dont want and the kids here should respect that unless theyre asked for their insight on things. I just think its a huge turn off when I get lectured about something I didnt ask an opinion on.But nevertheless, Ill keep coming here to shop because I do like Microcenter. I dont think its a huge deal breaker but I hope somewhere down the road, the staff will be a little more understanding since not everyone who comes here is trying to build a souped up gaming PC.

The experience is phenomenal--trust me on this one. I was around here during my vacation, and I remembered there should be one Micro Center within 1 hour of drive from my hotel, so I decided to go there.The first noticeable thing especially if you have never been to one is how gigantic this place is for just primarily computer parts and other tech items. This is nerd haven for sure. Unlike Best Buy, this place has a wide, and I mean it, variety of items starting from CPU, CPU cooler, memory, motherboard, and even peripherals. You can build a very customized PC (including custom water cooling tubing) from zero to ready-to-use here.The staff are excellent, take it from someone who has never been this impressed before. They are friendly, polite, and not appearing as condescending in any way. To top the cherry off, you do not have to pretend to know your stuff about PC so the staff wont screw you over by trying to upsell you stuff you dont need. In fact, you are more than welcomed to ask them questions about stuff even if you, at the time of asking, have zero intention to purchase it.I was looking for a motherboard to upgrade for my prebuilt PC. While I wont say I know every nook and cranny of PC motherboard, I do know a lot about them. I pretended to know things just barely there to be able to tell the staff the brand and the model and that I only knew about B, H and Z series for Intel. The staff walked me through giving her opinion as well as trying to let me know about how each chipset is tiered against each other. When she saw me somewhat conflicted, she did not take the chance to try and persuade me making a purchase, rather she told me to take my time and do some research first on the Internet.Another staff that I encountered was when I was looking for a headphone. I explained to them that I had zero intention to buy the headphone right away, and it was only for personal information before I decided anything. He was absolutely fine with it, and directed me to a staff he knew as a headphone expert of some sort. He took his time to figure out which headphone he personally recommended, and even going as far as telling me to get a non-USB thingy one since that would deduct the otherwise exact same item price by about $30.Oh, I ended up buying a G502 Hero and a Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut for when I upgrade my motherboard.

Micro Center is great for your computer and electronic needs. I noticed that the employees are very helpful and was asked multiple times by different workers if I needed help in each section of the store. They seemed to be quite knowledgeable in their area when I was looking at laptops and also keyboards.The store has a great selection and is great if you want to see and have direct hands-on experience with the product as opposed to online shopping.They seem to have competitive pricing, and the store is organized and clean. It just reminds me of a cleaner version of the old Frys electronics of the past, which I used to enjoy browsing around.The store usually has many shoppers, so there is usually a line for the checkout, but it moves fairly quickly so the wait wasnt long.

I love mechanical keyboards, and MicroCenter has a great selection of customizable keyboards for people who love the clickity click of a nice tactile keyboard. These guys are great. I bought a Lenovo laptop from Amazon and something broke after several months and Lenovo wouldnt fix it and refused to honor the warranty or admit they made any mistakes diagnosing it. Long story short, I build a PC and totally messed up somewhere along the build. My RAM and motherboard’s ram slot were broken because of my negligence lol.Brought my PC to the tech help, explained my situation and within 4 days I had a working PC. The technician who handled my case was transparent and stayed in touch throughout the repair.The prices are a bit steep, but totally worth the professional service imo. In the end, I learned that I’ll just pay Micro Center to assemble any future upgrades because it ended up costing me more in the long run. At 2:25 PM this Monday afternoon I arrived at Micro Center. When I checked in at the “Tech Bar” I was #7. It’s now 4:20 PM and I’m #3. I went to the Micro Center, Tustin CA location. I told the salesman I needed a desktop computer with CD drive. He showed me a Dell Inspirion model and said it was one of the few left with CD drive. I also told him I needed a monitor with a webcam. He showed me a monitor and said it had an integrated webcam. I purchased these items. This computer died after one hour of use so I never had a chance to try the CD drive. The store replaced the computer. After hooking up the second computer I tried to open the CD drive cover but could not. I called the Micro Center tech help line. The technician tried for close to one hour to get my CD drive going via remote control. He surmised that my computer had no CD drive capability. He also informed me that the monitor had no integrated webcam. He then stated he would contact the store manager and that they would contact me within 24 hours. Now after two days Ive heard nothing.Bottom line: Buy your computer products at your neighborhood computer store or repair shop even if you have to pay much more. The service, individual help, and location will be worth it. Going to Micro Center is like traveling to an expo. There are lots of products to see but it not worth all your time. Also, at the Micro Center, you have to sign into a cue for tech service which may take hours to get to you.

I love love love love Micro Center, but my last visit was so awkward and its my fault. Im new to PC and building as Ive had a Mac most of my life! I wanted to try something new so Micro Center was the perfect place.I bought a G472 which is a prebuilt computer and I thought the price was right. I wanted to buy it new, but it was out of stock, so I bought it open box. I was a little nervous as the workers at MC suggested NOT to buy open box. I ended up returning the G472 due to being nervous about it being an open box.I ended up buying the B940 which is another prebuilt computer with the 4080 GPU as a separate purchase. The 4080 GPU didnt fit the B940 that well. It was a very tight fit, so I ended up returning everything again for a 2nd time. I dont know why I didnt just keep the B940 in the first place.I went back to MC a third time and bought the B940 open box which I thought was an amazing deal! Ended up being the same one I had just returned. This time I bought the 4070 Ti separately and it seems really good. Ive been having issues with the CPU overheating and the computer turns off automatically. Been reading online that the 13900K needs a bigger AIO cooler. I struggled for an hour trying to turn it on. Im not sure if I should try it for a few days and if it keeps happening exchange or return for a different model, but Im thinking Ill be banned.My last visit was very awkward and I could Micro Centers point of view. I returned 2 computers within the same week, but on my third visit the 3 workers that assisted me kept mentioning the computers I had returned and joking about it. When I was ready to buy, one of the workers took a long time to arrive and told me he had just spoken to Ricardo and said that I had returned a 4080 and a 4090. I did buy the 4080, but not a 4090. Mentioned that I could be banned for returning many items. If Im buying an expensive item, I want to be completely sure Im happy with it. Specially if Im coming from a Mac. When I walked out of the store, I noticed someone took a picture of me. Made me wonder if the picture was taken to add me to the banned list. lolSo yes, I love Micro Center. Its Black Friday all day and everyday at Microcenter except the huge crowd is well behaved. I went to shop for a computer case. There was a long line wrapping around the building. Took me over half an hour to get inside the building. Once inside, they have everything I was looking for and then some. I didnt get a chance to look around the store. Everything is organized and well maintained. They have everything in stock. I spent more time waiting in line than actually shopping. You wait in a long line at front check-out too. The line moved along quickly. The store location is in Tustin (Orange County.) This is the only store located in California. Wish they had more store locations here!

My first impressions at this Microcenter were positive, as I observe that the times I would actually shop was when it isn’t busy. But as for my overall experience, it’s terrible because of a single instance that they had a bad day. The measures they took were absolutely unprofessional. The communication between consumers and their employees(managers and associates) is inexcusably flawed. On a particular day, in the midst of the famous Ryzen and Nivida launch, they had many customers a couple of hours before opening. Without explicitly advertising that they had no stock, and a bug false website ad, they had them wait until another hour without reason to find out the truth.It has been three months, that they had this issue, but they refuse to learn from the mistakes except vent upon their customers by unprofessionally handling huge launch days. They would use the heavy scarce demand to hide their flaws.For most consumers waiting in line; they would be happy to have received the product they so desired: not thinking there is a problem with Microcenter’s association.Microcenter does not realize there is a problem until they are notably confronted with authorities about health safety issues. They find workarounds that are indeed lately implemented, which confuse the hell out of customers.And the reason why I would base this experience as one star is because of a personal quarrel. I would argue, they are the best when the store is not busy or empty, but they are absolutely worst in general just because in nature, their service is just as bad.Take my heed with consideration. Overall great tech store. But watch out for mislabeled items. They dont honor the mistakes they made. I thought I got a good deal on some Razer Keyboards, turns out they were mislabeled and I had to pay a higher price. I should have returned everything I bought out of principle.

He helped me build a brand new computer (havent built one in years) but he didnt make me feel any bit like I was uninformed or lacked all the right information, in fact, Ricardo helped me choose the majority of parts and even made sure that I had everything I would need to build my computer over the weekend! Decided to go with a Hero XI, I9, Vengeance Ram, H100 CPU Cooler, Lian Li case, and an EVGA 2080 Super Card. Best money I ever spent to future proof. I owe it all to him. Excellent customer service, I can say for sure that if I ever stop in, I will always look for him first.

This place is awful. Reminds me of shopping in a 3rd-world country. The shelves and isles are filthy. There’s pallets of stock obstructing walkways. It’s like Fry’s but trashier somehow, which is very hard to imagine.The only reason I justify driving here is the price, but that was even an issue. You have to proactively check that they give you the $20 cpu/mobo combo discount or else they won’t do anything for you. I spent almost $700 on components and they omitted the $20 discount.The open-box program is a scam. They sold me a motherboard that’s going to fail, at best, or be a fire hazard, at worst. I got done building my pc, then noticed liquid metal on the AM4 backplate, so I looked around the components and found liquid metal UNDER a component.I contacted them in the morning via their text chat and they said they could exchange via mail, then the manager emailed me back 9 hours later saying he “just” got the email and he couldn’t do an exchange.Now I’m stuck with junk and to swap it out I have to brave the junk-yard store. This place is not worth the hassle. Just get it from Newegg and call it a day.Their credit card is through Wells Fargo, so if you’re trying to avoid working with Wells F., skip getting their credit card too.

Very good customer service. I made a custom built pc. Daniel and Brain were so helpful and patient. When I was paying for it for some reason my card declined. I had to wait an hour to have it sorted out and Brian was very patient and understanding. I really like the workers there and they have pretty good prices. Make sure to come on the weekdays!

I was hoping for bigger discounts too, but the 3 things I went in for were the same price as the seller online or higher (example: Bamboo Lab Carbon X1 $1299 on the Bamboo Labs website, at Micro Center it was $1399, a HTC Vive Pro 2 is $1399 through HTCs website, and $1399 at Micro center). ADDITIONALLY, their employees work on commission...and there are SO MANY EMPLOYEES!!!! Now you may say Why is more employees so bad? Consider this, if there are 5 employees per shopper (no joke, that fwlt like the ratio), and they all work on commission, that means that 5+ employees are CONSTANTLY asking if you need something. And theyre all super friendly, dont get me wrong...but they are setting up their workers for failure...and for them to get credit they have to put their employee sticker on the product....just sad. There are roving gangs of employees scouring the halls for customers to help. Probably wont go back.

Drove all the way down there because according to their website they had two of the item I desperately needed in stock. Get there, hunt for half an hour and find one. The seal is broken I notice and tell the salesman. This wont work for me if its been registered I say. Return it he said, no restocking fee. Ill take a chance I said and headed to the checkout line. While waiting I decided to open the box to see if the batteries are still there. I open it up, remove the instructions and Low and behold, the box was empty. They didnt want to seek out the other unit they apparently had in stock so they shrugged said sorry and sent me back to battle traffic on the 5. First and last impression.

I really like Micro Center. They are basically the only real electronic store left and they have a great selection of computer parts for prices that are almost always the lowest.They recently remodeled inside and it looks very nice. For the most part the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. They often have sales on Apple products and are cheaper than basically all other places. Highly recommend.

The best place to go for electronics and computers. Microcenter is everything Frys wishes it could have been. Extremely knowledgeable staff that have all been very helpful. I took my PC in and after a week they had it working as good as new. Luckily the wait was only a week, the person helping me told me it could take up to 4 weeks when they get really busy.

I live a good hour or so from this store and was in the market for a new build. I compared my build on Micro Centers site with other popular Pc component sites. Micro Center had the lowest prices, everything I needed, and a very helpful staff that quickly helped me find the components I picked out on the site. In and out the store within an hour very satisfied. Well worth the drive and hope to be back some for some future upgrades.

These guys have been nothing but the best ever since my first visit last year. My first time in the door was to buy RAM for my laptop and instead of trying to upsell me the team member helping me tried to talk me out of getting the 64GB I absolutely did not need for my laptop and explained why it would be overkill and overspending.Every visit since then has always been great and every time I am helped by team members who are knowledgeable and try to help in any way they can. Regardless of if Im getting cable management supplies for work or if I need fittings for a custom water cooled laptop, these guys are always on top of it and ready to help.

Made 3 orders for instore pick up. Got emails for ready to pick pick up. When I showed up, 2 orders weren’t ready, then later said they sold out. 1 order came badly damaged. Spent 2 hours driving hoping to some good deal but ended up to be waste of time and gas and had to deal with clueless staffs. They are selling open-box and returned item as a brand new so PLEASE make sure you do quick inspection on item seals and warping if you order online and you pick up later your items at the cashier. It was my first experience with Micro Center today. I ordered online a couple of days ago and pickup my item today. I reserved multiple items. When I picked up, I found my brand new RAM memory case was unsealed and opened. So I asked for replacement and they did it. However, I was surprised when I got back home because I found, AGAIN, my Motherboard case has no seal on it and accessories were stay mixed together unwrapped. Definitely it was opened before and I also notice manual inside of box had sign of use. So Please Please double check your item seal before you pay!!!

Im greatly surprised that you can receive emergency help with your computer here.We didnt have an appointment; we just had a computer that was buzzing loudly and shutting down during certain games (like Baldurs Gate 3). Additionally, it was overheating to 100°.The staff was impressive; they managed to find some free time and fix the issue. The diagnostic check only costs $40, which is very affordable. They replaced the thermal paste for us, recommended some changes, and even managed to rearrange the fans.In just 40 minutes, despite the crowd, our problem was completely resolved.Overall, Im really impressed with this store. Its quite rare to find a place where computer components like graphics cards, fans, motherboards, and so on, are openly available on the shelves.

First experience I would have given a 4 star-- John Melendez in sales, Sergio and Alex in tech were fantastic in helping me put together two dream PC machines.The missing star came into play with the BYO PC Tech support transition. So many people recommended I order a custom built computer through microcenter. Their prices seem great, they have a lot of options, and its only an hour drive to go pick it up. When you order on the website, it says same day build. This is not true. After you order, apparently it takes a week to process and complete the build. Which is fine, thats still faster than anywhere else and for a $3,000 computer, thats a fast turnaround.I ordered on Friday and I got an email that my order had been cancelled due to lack of stock the following Thursday. When I asked if there was anything I could do to guarantee my parts were in stock when they went to actually process the order, I was told there wasnt anything. Apparently they also dont call you when this happens to see if theres a replacement part thats suitable, they just completely cancel your order with ZERO communication. I assume the only way to make sure would be to go into the store, grab all the parts, and physically bring it over to the build counter. Then wait a week for them to build it. If the store wasnt an hour drive away, I think this would be fine. But as is, Ive decided to order somewhere else instead.Overall, if they had any kind of communication, I think my experience would have been much better. And if youre buying in store, youll probably have a great experience. But I would never recommend having a computer built here.

Price fluctuations are too bad at this store that if you are following them closely you will see how much you are being ripped off though they will let you think that you are getting a good deal when they put items on “sale”. A wise buyer would see the trend of how low they can go and mark that price. Take screenshots of their prices. It never stays and is usually never back unless that item is not selling. Seeing this makes me lose the interest to buy at this store. The only good time to buy at this store is to let the demand simmer down and let the items get older to get a good price otherwise you are simply giving them a motivation to keep prices high. Google is always your friend to check the best prices.

Edit number 2:4 years later and this place has not skipped a beat even through Covid. There are times even today where the line is wrapped around the store coming up on two times. The staff are always plentiful and pretty dang knowledgeable about the things that I have to ask, and I have worked in IT for over 15 years! They give you occasional sass but only if you throw it in their direction to be honest, ha ha. But they work really well with you and have really good opinions when it comes to third-party and brand directing. They are paid on commission however they don’t try to be incredibly pushy, which is a really great way to be playful about your purchase. They want you to buy it, but you are there in order to educate yourself in order to buy it. So have fun! Five out of five stars once again guys keep it up!Edit: once again these guys get 5/5 stars! the sales manager Ariou, helped me immensely in getting the best deal i could. He alone is the reason i will keep coming back.
