Mickey did an amazing job at securing a great deal for my first home purchase!I switched from a big name glamorous famous agency & agent. The difference in service was world’s apart!Mickey was proactive & patient during the home search. Never pushy and was honest in identifying the value I’d get from each home.the short contingency period we had, every inspections were scheduled & done at fast speed!His negotiation skills even got me extra seller credits during closing!!His knowledge in renovations & remodeling was complimentary skill that became helpful during the house searching process.I’ll definitely use him again and highly recommend you guys do too!!

Mickey did a wonderful job finding our Encino home a few months back. He found exactly what my husband and I wanted. It was also great for our latest addition to the family, Joey! Mickey negotiated the price down so much that the sellers were mad but gave in. Then got us credits on top of it. He is a master negotiator and cares about his clients.

Mickey Cohen was my realtor. He was outstanding. He was very quick about sending listings to me. He always followed-up on the listings for review and followed -through on everything he promised to do. His personality was always wonderful and he works well under pressure. Unfortunately, his good nature was put to the test as he patiently dealt with my ever-changing requirements; dealing with me was no picnic. Mickey has a bright future as a realtor. He has that old school customer is always right mentality that is rarely present in business, anymore.

Mickey sold my house for $70,000 over the asking price! Ive known Mickey for several years now. When I decided to sell my home, I spoke with Mickey right away, even though I know many other brokers. He’s an exceptional marketer and negotiator. Mickey was able to sell my house from just one “2 hour brokers’ open”. We used Mickey Cohen to sell our Beverly Hills home and he was fantastic. Before choosing a Realtor, I conducted a lot of research to see who the best choice would be based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort) and how they promote their listings. Rodeo Realty and Mickey stood out as the best Beverly Hills has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Mickey and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Mickey made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors dont (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken. What was most impressive was his explanation of how he would market our home online. He’s an expert in online marketing. Not only did he advertise our house everywhere online, but he also found a way to bring up our home in the search results so potential buyers would see our home first. When we saw our listing, we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Mickey got us 13 offers for our home! Our house went under contract 8 days after we put it on the market. We accepted, and Mickey walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldnt have been a more pleasant experience. Ive recommended Mickey Cohen to everyone I know. Hes a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it wont always be this easy to sell your home, but I think youd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.
