One of the best-run and respectable auto repair shops in the valley, probably eastern LA county. They are decent and honest, dont tell too many people! I like that they are close-by, yet Id be willing to drive miles to get my wheels serviced with Martin and the staff.

If you have a BMW or Mercedes and you dont want to pay what dealers charge but want good auto macanics this is the place to go reasonably priced and about as fast as you can get 😉

The Toyota dealership basically tried to scam me by saying that they couldnt find a cause for my AC not kicking on and that they would first try to replace the compressor for $1,000 but if that didnt fix the issue then it would be more. Mind you this was in the middle of summer. I stated I would take my car to an independent shop and I brought it to Michaels. They performed a full leak down test with UV dye and once they knew it wasnt leaking they filled it up with freon and just like that my AC was blowing ice cold again and for a very reasonable price. Im very very satisfied with their service and they have gained my trust.

Have been going to Michaels for many years as well as many of my family members. Martin continues to provide the same excellent service as when Michael owned it. Martin is honest and trustworthy, he provides fair and reasonable prices for car repairs.

I have been coming here for almost 10 years. I stumbled upon this place through the original owner who always donated to local military fund raisers. The owner has since passed. Martin worked there and now he owns it with his wife and children.I have a 2003 vehicle and I do my best to take care of her. I have always trusted Martin with Lucy. He has NEVER added work that didnt need to be done or overcharge for. If more than one thing needs to be done, he tells me what order to do them in to help me stay on budget.My car is 19 years old and she is still going strong because of Martin and his crew. They do honest work in a timely manner and always with such kindness. Martin is always happy to see you again and speaks to everyone with above average respect. Its clear that he appreciate your business and for these reasons, as long as I own a car - Michaels Auto Repair will forever be my mechanic.Id like to add that its nice to see his family involved in the business. His daughters help drive customers to and from work and his wife oversees the office. It makes my day seeing her 3 adorable Yorkie puppies at the shop - they bring a smile to my face because I miss mine so much.

Taken all my vehicles here for work. Always do a good job and quick to work on your vehicle.UPDATE: My tailgate was picked off of my truck and no body shops gave me quotes for the install of a new one. Martin said he could handle it and he did for a very good price.UPDATE: Did a head and valve job on my 2.7 tacoma after it started dying out around 240k. The job was done quickly and the truck runs better than ever.

Martin was AMAZING!! I brought my minivan in (because it was open on a Saturday) and he shared with me that my car is still under warranty and to take it to the dealer. He is trustworthy and honest. Thank you Martin!!!

Martin is awesome!! I had to have my car serviced for Rack & pinion replacement. I shopped around at least 4 different auto shops, and Martins quote came in the lowest. Not only is the pricing reasonable and with in my budget, quality work is outstanding! Im very grateful for his honesty. He explained what work had to be done, why it should be fixed, showed me the old parts after he fixed the car. No one else would do that. This proves he takes pride in his work and knows the importance of safety on the road for everyone. Recently I was going on a trip and the pressure on my tires were low. I went in to Mikes auto, Martin quickly checked the air pressure. Without me asking, he checked the oil, water and other liquids. He went the extra to make sure my car was safe to be on the road. His family is sweet and very hospitable, thank you!! Ive recommended friends and family and all have been to Mikes auto and left happy. They too have recommended others. Thank you Martin!! Keep up the honesty, great customer service and professionalism.

I purchased a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 from a local car dealer and Martin over at Michaels Auto Repair not only did he review the truck for me from bumper to bumper but also saved the life of my truck in so many ways. I have never been able to say with confidence that I completely trust a mechanic not only with any of my vehicles but with my family, friends and co-workers as well.
