Staff are always friendly. Cashiers try and give us discounts when available! They have new self checkout stations that are easy to use and no long lines. Everything is usually kept very organized and clean when possible! Only thing that needs some work on being kept clean is the bathrooms, other than that it’s very nice.

Hardly any sales representative on the floor to assist customers. One very nice and helpful person from Frames asked if we needed assistance, that was after 30 minutes of wandering around. Wish I knew her name, but she was very pleasant and helpful.

Clean store & helpful staff. Recommend logging onto their wifi to view online coupons or to make calls/video calls to spouse/friends, at least for my phone service, because I get zero reception in that store. I wish theyd do something about that... other than that, great place!

Great place for every holiday. The thing about thins store is you can leisurely strollAbout the store to find everything you need. They offer classes, framing and a fast variety of art supplies. In addition to having fair prices they also offer in app coupons that can give you a nice discount. You can also find new and modern home decor.

Upon arrival they have an employee sitting outside the store in a pointless screen little podium to enforce the mask policy, which denial of entry for no mask is in fact against the law. (Punishable by fines and lawsuits!)The actual law not mandates and policies. Once I said I have an exemption for my mask I was not harassed or turned away this time. The store inside was clean and mostly stocked. They only allow 60 people in at 1 time, which is confusing, because albertsons can have 300 and this store is 3 times the size?? The cashier (She had yellow hair, sorry for lack of name) was super friendly and professional. Proces there are a bit higher than hobby lobby. Everything you could need from silk flowers, paints and supplies, framing for pictures, beads, baking and decorating supplies for marvelous professional looking treats. Also yarn, threads and crafts (individual and kits) for every level of experience from kids, beginners all the way to professionals.

Horrible customer service especially from Jaime the superstar in charge. A return shouldnt take more than a few minutes but somehow it took 10 minutes with only 2 check stands open on a busy Sat. I had to call while waiting in line then be called an A-hole by her once she hung up not knowing my wife was standing right there.

You guys need a manager who is on these workers etiquette towards customers... everytime I come here its an issue. The last time, I was speaking to a cashier about something in general, I notice the other cashier checking someone out but staring very rudely. This time you have a worker at the checkout line, as I myself am paying attention to the lady in front of me so I can go next, direct me on when to go..? I stated I know Im watching... but Ms. Im going to talk to you like a kid and go back and forth with me, stated, that her job is to tell me when I can go. Funny how I didnt hear her say a word to the other 5 or 6 customers that were ahead of me. I believe the cashier that was being rude initially the last time, had a big silly grin on her face. Do better. Leave the attitude and weirdness toward certain customers at home.

Tons of options for ribbon, prices were good. The lines were ridiculous though. The line went all the way to the back of the store. There was only 2 registers open, which took about 15 to 20 minutes to get through. Went at about 930am.

Called ahead of time and they checked to make sure the items I wanted were in stock. I got aisle numbers went into store got my items short wait for cashier, but no problem.03-12-2022 very disappointed today. Not much of a selection. I checked the web site before going and it said it had what i needed in stock, needless to say, there was not any of what i needed. The yarn department is a mess. Different yarns in wrong places, not enough quantity to make much. It appears they may do away with Red Heart yarns since there was very little to choose from. I love red heart yarn, but had to get other brand since there was not enough of any color to make what i was working on.O5-24-2022 wow....very disappointed today walking into this particular Michaels. I was greeted by a gentleman who was fixing a couple shelves up by entryway. The store was a mess.....when i got to yarn department....yarn on floor, skeins pulled out, empty shelving, 1-3 skein in a bin (some not even the same color or brand). This is very disappointing since it is very close to my home. I travel to San Diego, Oceanside, San Marcos, Julian, Torrance, Chino Hills, Los Angeles, Inglewood, Hawthorne.....and believe me i have been in Michaels in these areas and not one is as bad as this one. I was so discusted that i left. They did not have Red Heart Super Saver Yarn - Black in any of the racks.....and i could not find anyone to ask for assistance. I will avoid this Michaels from now on and drive to Temecula to Michaels or Joanns.

Used to love Michaels, but my recent visit was less than par. When you have something on a shelf that says its a $1, I would expect to pay $1. Well, I just left Michaels and noticed the price charged for the items I purchased was $1.50 each.I went back in and spoke to the first available cashier to let them know that the price rang up differently and i even showed them the picture. The lady said well that price tag is for everything above where the tag is, and not below. I said ok, I see... however, someone should probably put a price tag on the shelf where the items are, stating $1.50 for the hand soap because the way it is right now, it is very misleading.She gave me a smirky look and said we label our shelves every day and sometimes kids pull them off, or they may fall off during the daySo instead of being nice and saying something like sorry about that, well get it taken care of as soon as we can. It was more like sir, we could care less what about what you have to say. Now please move along.Dont get me wrong. Im not upset over a couple of dollars. A few bucks is not going to hurt, but I do not believe customer service skills as such will keep customers like me shopping at your store if this is how they are going to treat the customer (like me) that shop there.

I’ve always loved coming here for my art supplies. Recently the store has converted to a mostly cashier free POS. It has created a very stale and unfriendly environment. It’s hard to find workers on the floor now. It’s just not the same with more automated practices. I still come here for my supplies but it does feel extremely off now.

Love their inventory at this location. My home location did not carry some items that I did find here, strange enough it happens with some franchises. Very clean and organized. There wasnt greenery scattered on the floors... everything was in its place. Would like to revisit on the occasion.☆☆☆☆☆Noticed more than once that the Management walks the floor and sees to customers/employees as well as cleaning, great Management teamwork!

Rude cashier! I am a senior and I walk with a cane. I stopped in to buy to buy a crochet hook and yarn needles. I walk up to the only available register (with only 2 items it is quicker and easier to go to a cashier then your self help system) and am told I only take cash. You can check yourself out over there. Fortunately my daughter was with me to help me as I rarely use a computer. I told the cashier who was watching my every move like I was about to steal something that I am sorry I bothered her. I will never go back to that store again!!! Thank goodness JOANNS is an equal distance from my daughters house.

With the exception of the manager, the employees that are here are rude as h e l l . I come here maybe once a month as it pertains to business but I’ll definitely find another location. Asked an associate where the acrylic blanks were located and because she didn’t know what an acrylic blank was she became condescending and rude. I told her she had a sh it ty disposition and reported her to the manager. He helped me find what I was looking for. When I went to check out the code wasn’t popping up. She was helping an all white line of customers being bubbly and responsive as if her attitude magically went away and of course she watched me struggle with entering the sku myself. If you don’t like black women just say that and stand on it. The micro aggressive foolishness isn’t professional but it’s nothing less than whatI expect from Menifee. Black women do yourself a favor and find spaces that don’t dismiss you and treat you disrespectfully then smile in white womens faces and put their best foot forward with customer services. Nasty and rude.

You cant just walk in and get something and walk out. Theres too much to look. If your a creative person stay away, youll get lost in there. The only bummer is the time it takes to cash out. The registers are slow. They have installed two self check systems. Not sure if they speed things up or not

My daughter loves this place. She gets all her drawing, wood burning, knitting stuff and more. I think their prices are good and its organized well. The checkout lines move fast and the staff is friendly. Would definitely check it out if you are a crafty person.

I was looking for sand for over an hour. I walked every aisle multiple times. I was hoping to find a staff but no ones around. At checkout, I asked the cashier. This was the best experience at a retail store I’ve had in a while and I will definitely be shopping here again. Really love the breadth and variety of frames available. Sad to see that AaronBrothers is no longer a standalone business but glad that the service still lives in with Michaels.I had needed the right frame to display comic books. The wide selection of 11 x 14 frames perfectly fits two modern comic books side-by-side. Sales are frequent. Staff were super helpful. Now I know!

Came here looking for fabric, cork board roll, and fabric scissors. This location does not sell fabric but I found the other two items. Walking through Michaels got me very excited about arts and crafts and diy projects. Will be coming back again! Very clean, organized, and friendly staff. This location is also in a huge shopping plaza so lots of places you can go to as well. Easy parking, and can get busy. Great location with lots of things nearby.

I have been in this store 2 times. The store is beautiful and clean however the staff has not been friendly either time. A smile and a how are you at check out goes a long ways. Regardless of how busy you are, employees should always be kind to their customers. Saddest part I believe the lady that helped me was a manager. She was the only one without a name tag on her shirt.

I could absolutely live in this store! I go in there several times a week and I could spend hours walking around in it each time, NO joke! I have bought many items in there including, a drafting table, easel, craft storage items, paints, washi tape and many other items. Is a Michaels. Very standard location. Shelves are nearly stocked and displays look nice too. Clearance section is a little helter skelter, but thats clearance section of any store. The associates at the framing department are super helpful, and are always willing to help. Only downside is that lines can get pretty long at this location, so be prepared to wait if its busy.

Very sad about the customer service. My mom went to pick up a framing order for me since I have a new baby and can’t leave the house. She had a couple of questions regarding the price since they seemed to have really raised their framing prices since May (when we literally had another framing order). She was met with rudness and disrespect when picking up my order. The lady was even irritated that she was there to pick up my order “before we were called” even though we were given a date on the receipt to pick up, and not told about getting any phone call. I know covid is stressful for everyone but kindness can go a long way!

Very friendly service. Found what I was looking for a flower basket for a wedding. Left my tablet in the shopping cart. I get half way home and I realize I dont have my tablet. I called the store and spoke to the manager and she said no one turned it in, so I turned around went back there to check the carts and talk to the manager and still nothing. She asked me if I wanted to leave my name and phone # and I said yes. I was so bummed because that tablet is my everything. I pulled out of the driveway and the manager called me to let me know she found it in the shopping cart and mind you I already looked. Thank you Sweetie for finding my tablet. So thankful

Lack of assistance was aggravating because I went from one end of the store to the other trying to find some details for a wedding. There was a total black of employees at the checkout stands we waited in line for at least 10 minutes to check out. Also I really felt their prices were way too high however Im under time constraints which do not allow me the ability to shop around. I dont think I would be going back to Michaels for a very very very long time.

To no fault of the employee this Michael’s has been hit hard by the pandemic. In a good way for them sales must be great, but literally empty shelves all over the place. The employees were great trying to help me find what I needed. I would call ahead or look elsewhere. Don’t come last minute if you need something. Of course this is my experience they did say shipments come often so you may need to time it up. With a pandemic and so many home it makes it hard.

Also it can be dirty inside some days. I love coming here. JJ is my absolute fav cashier. She offers good and educated conversation as shes taking care of transactions at the cashier desk (or at least when I shop there). Other cashiers an floor employees are also great.When asking about where some plastic headbands were I asked one of the female employees who was restocking products, and she quickly knew where they were as she instantly guided me through the aisles.

I am really surprised this store is still open. My wife & went in & asked a associate for gold metallic spray paint, she pointed & said ile #9 knowing that they had the spray paint locked up & never showed up to assist us with unlocking the paint cabinet. We waited around and my wife went looking for someone to assist us to no avail.We need a Hobby Lobby closer to Menifee & maybe this Michaels will either help their customers or close up as many have.

Oh my God I hate Michaels. Hate it. Cause it has everything my wife and daughters want. This location is clean and the staff is very friendly. Weve had interaction with the manager of the store as well and she couldnt have been more helpful. They have everything you need to craft or cricut to your hearts content. They have little free crafts on weekends that children can do which is awesome. My wife has been able to get a colored shirt whenever we need it for an event for cheap. They let you use coupons galore and things are usually discounted anyway. This isnt place I like to shop but it is great for Crafters. I would recommend standing outside people watching while your significant other takes another mortgage out on the house to create memories.

It’s really concerning when store employees do NOT enforce the health and safety regulations that are currently in place. The employee Cass, I believe was her name, while she was managing capacity at the front door on 11/15/20 around 4:45pm, allowed two females to enter the store without masks despite the fact that there were numerous signs stating the masks were required for both employees and customers. I understand people want to shop and businesses want to make money but this is a pandemic and there are regulations in place for a reason. This incident was very concerning. The only thing that made it any better is once the two women were inside another male employee noticed they were not wearing masks and walked over and provided them with disposable ones. That initial employee at the door who let them in needs to be address and corrected. I’ve been there so many times before and the shopping experience had been great until today. I’ve got to say I’m still hurt for the way I was treated. I had to get some costume frames and I went to the costume frame desk and waited since the associate was busy with a customer, I waited for over 10 minutes there in front of her with my 3 kids and she never even looked at me once or acknowledged me standing in front her with 3 kids, she basically ignored me. A few minutes later an other customer stand right next to me and within 10 seconds she asked if she needed costumed frames and said she’ll be with her in a few minutes. I obviously upset pointed out the situation and she got the audacity to tell me “I’m sorry I didn’t see you there, do you need something?”. How on earth did she not notice 4 people infront of her but she did notice the person next to me. Her and I made eye to eye contact at one point so I figured all I had to do was wait for my turn, turns out she claimed to not noticed me? I felt discriminated, insulted and offended and I’ll never go back to that specific store. A different representative approached me noticing the situation and tried to help “Terese is her name”, I highly appreciate her help it made me a little better. I left the store offended and empty handed. Never going back

A young lady who was near by came and offered to help me which she did.
