Michaels is a place where you can get just about anything to decorate your home or office for seasonal or just every day living. They have a big selection of hobby supplies and home. Decor. The structure-is really big. Stocked with a lot of merchandise you may need .The service is courteous and friendly. They have great customer service. The manager was very helpful.We purchased a few items for seasonal. Great prices 50% off and more.. there’s a huge parking lot. Plenty of parking the handicap stalls are close to the front entrance.

There was a cashier here who was on drugs, put in the checkout section to assist people. She had purple stained hands. She started hugging our items it was the strangest reaction from a cashier I have seen. We told the manager. There was two managers but Kim was more helpful. I think she did have a talk with her. Im not sure what happened after that. I was in shock.

The cashiers were really rude. I asked where I could find a clear piece of acrylic. The one guy said, Clear paper? I said, No, acrylic, clear plastic. And, then he looks over at the other cashier and start snickering. And then he looks at me and says, We dont sell that. What Michaels doesnt sell clear acrylic? Seriously? Micheals always has every craft item you can imagine. I went in and got tissue paper to make big flowers, cellophane to wrap my raffle buckets and bags for candy to be wrapped in for the San Dimas Chamber of Commerce Wine Walk that was held Oct. 2nd. I sponsored a Dia de los Muertos themed booth at the Wine Walk. It turned out perfect.

This. Is. The worst store I have ever been to. These people are so rude they literally followed and harassed my wife and I for absolutely no reason within 5 mins of walking through the doors, We had 3 items in our basket but. When someone is just following and watching you, .... it made us lose all interest in spending money at this business.

I had an online order they werent clear where it was. They have what I am looking for but maybe because of covid they dont show anymore where items are located just say general area. I got my order and the cashier was nice. They have covid rules which I did encounter a line but the line took five minutes once in It was spaced out and I didnt encounter people until I got in line to check out.

DO *NOT *DROP YOUR UPS Package Here.I dropped a package off October 5th, 2023 and they lost it. I couldnt file a claim with UPS because they were never in position of it. Every time I tracked the package it always said it was there. Several managers went to *look* for it but could never find it. I described the employee who helped me so they can follow up with her since she didnt follow whatever procedure for UPS packages. Apparently, that wasnt done either. I was told to call in their customer service line. When I did, their call centers are overseas and couldnt comprehend to issue I was having. They ended up hanging up on me.When I started to call the store more often, I wasnt given any answers or solutions. I left repeated messages with managers for upper management with no return/follow up phone calls.November 13th, 6 weeks later, my package was found and manager Larissa called me to give me the option to pick it up. When I asked what happened no one could tell me how this happened. So its clear theres still no communication between staff and management.On November 14th, when I went to pick up the-never-shipped-package, I asked for a manager. Manager Christopher was absolutely no help. Didnt even know what was going on nor seem compassionate about the experience I was going through. He stated he knew nothing about the situation. Said he was new. I asked him how long hed been there and he stated 3 weeks. I asked him whats the process for employees to get messages to managers. Said they were supposed to give it to them right away. I asked him how did this happen, he couldnt answer. I asked him whats the procedure for collecting UPS packages. He couldnt answer. Every question I asked him, he couldnt answer and started to deflect for me to call 1800Michaels. How are they supposed to help over the phone on a different hemisphere what your store procedures are? I told him they werent even aware of accepting UPS packages. He was completely useless from a customer standpoint. He stated he he was responsible for the new look of the store and how the shelves are fully stocked. It came off tone-deaf and insensitive since that wasnt the matter at hand.I asked him if he knew who dealt with BBB complaints. He had no clue.As a Michaels card holder, a Seller on their Maker Place, a frequent shopper online and in-store, and custom framing, its beyond frustrating to shop there. And theyre the closet location. I never thought I would be treated this way for this long. Then theyre hiring ineffective managers who lack customer serve skills (Chris). What a shame.At this time, my phone calls and BBB complaint is still unanswered.

Lauren is the best thing happening at this Michael’s. I have had the pleasure of witnessing her upbeat and friendly personality several times. Having her at the register is genius because it helps you forget about how you were either ignored or treated rudely by the other employees. This store is always my last resort because of the staff. The 5 stars are for Lauren, ONLY.

Last time I checked she couldve just said isle 91. I had to literally get in line to ask where acrylic paint was and be told to go to isle 91.

I love Michaels for crafts for children, for home décor and projects as gifts for family and friends. I am sad to see that customers leave their Starbucks and other fast food restaurant trash/cups in the aisles. I usually limit my purchases to what is on sale as some full price items can be pricey, but its still a favorite go to store for projects.

Really busy! If youre picking up an order forget finding parking on the designated pick up spots. I checked in when I got there for curbside and I waited 10 minutes, refreshed the page and said unavailable that I had to pick up in store. I go get in line and call to see if I have to make line, put me in hold for another 5 minutes and never got back to me, I saw a lady just go up to ask for her order so I ended up doing the same. My curbside pick up turned into well over 30 minutes to get my order.

This store is awesome. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with your questions and for what your looking for.The inside of the store is really clean and in good condition. Parking is good and close to the store.This store sits in a strip mall with a lot of other stores you are probably going to shop at. There are also a lot of places to choose from if you get hungry.I would definitely recommend this place for everyone to shop at and to come to to help you with your crafting, sewing projects, birthday party, wedding party.They have a lot of storage containers and boxes on sale every day and a lot of other items on sale.The atmosphere here is good, every person I ran into was friendly and will to help you with finding items for your crafting project. The music in the store is cool. I always hear a song i love on the overhead radio.I am always at Michales stores looking for items for the craft projects I am doing for someone or for my self. I always find things I can use once i start a new project.I love this store and they have made a customer for life and I definitely going to recommend this place to all my friends who to craft as much as I love to craft.

Went to buy tie dye kits for my granddaughter. They had a wonderful kit with at least 24 colors...i forgot the actual count of the colors, I think I a. Close. The kit also came with gloves,Rubber bands, and plastic table cloth and of course instructions. The process was easy to do and everyone had fun doing it.The employees were friendly and took the time to show me where they were.Of course we were all wearing masks including employees. This store is notMY home store but is close to my gra daughters home. I will return to that store whenever I am In the area.

This is a very small location. Average for cleanliness. Cashiers are rude, not helpful, and clearly there just killing time collecting a paycheck. We were in line, a long one at that. There were two registers open. When it was our turn to pay, the cashier walked away, mind you there was a line behind me. When I finally got up to other cashier, I told her I wanted to use my teacher discount. She looked at my school badge like it was a fake ID then proceeded to question me why there wasnt a school year on it. This ID is about 6 months old and looks exactly like me. She refused the discount, and continued to ring me up. The entire time she was complaining about the mat she was standing on and other things that she shouldnt be saying in front of customers.

This Dennys was very good. They greeted everyone that came through the door. I thought that this was exceptional - compared to must other Dennys Ive been to. I sat at the counter - so the wait was no time. The food was not quick - but it wasnt slow at all. One of the few Dennys that had TVs to watch while you wait and eat. Lol Highly recommend if your in the area.

I walked the entire store for the items my wife sent be for or help to find it. Came across a lot of people at the picture frame area waiting for help for a long time. I get all my paint stuff here and canvas are fail priced. They have tunes of opposition for what ever you want to dabble in or give something new a try and it is cheap enough to give it a try without worrying about spending a ton to get started. Even have things for decorating. It is definitely worth checking out if you are artsy.

They have reorganized the store to be more like a big JoAnn Fabric, its OK. The checkout is a little slow, but they have a good variety of supplies from which to choose. Sadly, they discontinued carrying Swarovski crystal elements because of theft.

All their chalk boards (which is what I went there for) are written and scribbled on, and it was hard to erase them and make them look nice, so I wouldnt buy those there again. I went in 2 minutes before closing to buy 2 skeins of yarn, so I knew EXACTLY what I wanted. Both of their entrance doors were unlocked and opened. Then I was told that they were already closed! I will take my business to the Rancho Cucamonga or Eastvale stores or Jo-Anns (even though the same yarn is $1 more per skein as they treat customers nicely as if were family)! I just had the best custom framing experience with Zephra! The art I brought in was on a tricky medium, and was uncentered on that medium. But she knew just the trick to frame it safely and to center it. Im really happy with Michales. I was worried when AB closed that we wouldnt have a place to go for affordable framing, but we look forward to doing business here again! I love this store. This place is a crafters paradise. I always use coupons here and they accept their competitors coupons also (JoAnns & Hobby Lobby), they used to accept ACMoore but I believe they went out of business (AC Moore that is, not Michaels). Michaels is a publically traded company at less than $8.50 per share. Great variety of items and generally good customer service. I like Michaels for several reasons. They do match the competitions coupon however often times theyre 20-40% more than hobby lobby. They will price match but they wont do both. Do some research on hobby lobby and Michaels for pricing on items thru both carry.
