Its been a good place to find what I bling but I do have 1 complaint an that is they never seem to be stocked on any rinestones to select, and its always the same 1 size n no other ss Stones. They need to be professional about carrying enough stock.

I normally love Michaels. However, today I had a curbside order to pick up. My app wouldnt work in the parking lot to notify them that I was there, so I called the store. I tried 10 times, no answer. I would have gone in but I have mobility issues and didnt bring my walker with a seat (my mistake), Luckily, a young woman came out and I asked her if they were really busy. She said, not really. I explained my situation and this kind young woman went in and picked up my order. There are wonderful, generous people out there and Im thankful. However, I hope they will take the time to answer their phone in the future.

I like this place because its convenient and I can get all my art supplies, they always have a sale going on. Theres not many workers they seem short handed often, maybe about 5 or 6 workers In The whole store. But they have the best deals on the paint canvas right now and the acrylic paints. A great worker that helped me was Giselle, and another worker I didnt know her name .

They have a good selection of craft supplies. I found a frame that was on sale for 50% off. I wanted to buy mylar tape with a chrome finish but they only had gold. Help was a little hard to find, but the clerk was very knowledgeable about their inventory.

The people were great. Wonderful service and try really tried their best to help each person. Many things were not in stock. The line at the check out was REALLY long ( like 40 people at least) and I ended up leaving my full cart without purchasing anything because it wasnt worth it to me to stand in line that long.

They have the most beneficial Rewards system out there.. you earn cash vouchers that are basicallytreatedlike cash here. Theyve actually paid me cashback after one purchase.. its 3% back on everything you buy or 6% if you meet a certain dollar amount within a timeframe. Most useful Rewards if you shop here a lot. Also, very speedy self checkout and easy returns with Rewards membership. Staff is also very on to of things rotating new stock constantly, even during this busy holiday shopping season.

Went in today to find florals for a wreath. I was shocked at how little of a selection they had. Couldnt find anything I needed. Sorry but no longer competes with hobby lobby. Very disappointed.

Michaels has no class! It feels like a discount warehouse! I personally dont care to shop here anymore. Hobby lobby looks great and smells great on a regular basis, and the displays look pretty all the time! Michaels has a lot to learn from Hobby lobby! Years ago, Michaels was mistreating managers so my friend Steve who worked for Michaels as a manager was forced to quit! The hours were to long, but when he managed the store it always looked great and it smelled great as well! I miss the store looking good.I only stopped by because I was at Barnes and Noble and I wondered if the store had improved. There was a lot of mech leftover this Christmas.

Great selection. My personal experience was with 1 outstanding employee, Lisa from the framing department. Upon my visit to the store, I was unable to find what I was looking for to complete my self framing project. I decided to ask a professional in the framing department, who better to ask...I could see she was alone and busy in the back with a project and decided to simply just ask her anyways. Low and behold, she greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond exceeding my expectations, allowing me to finish my project even better than I could have imagined!! Thank you so much!

Typical contemporary Michaels store. Big, cavernous, impersonal, but theyll have what you need. Understaffed like a ghost town, so you better be able to figure it out if you have a question. Readily available 20% coupons available online you should use. Low key religious music playing in the background gives it a bit of a cult feel.

This place is great, I went in for picture frames for various different things and they had everything I need with great deals on top of it all. And I really want to give a huge shoutout to Phillip in the frame department, his friendliness and helpfulness was absolutely fantastic and his customer service was totally amazing!! Its one of my go to craft stores. Sign up for their rewards program, it is so worth it. I can find myself here at least a few times a month. For supplies or decor, they also have great deals on custom framing. I also have done their purchase online and pickup in-store, its a huge time saver for working parents on a time crunch. Weve tried the hosted free kids events, and its always fun for my kiddo to interact with other kids while crafting.

Im giving this 2 stars because I like what they have, but their customer service is THE WORST! DONT TRUST YOUR WEB ORDERS TO BE COMPLETE WHEN YOU PICK UP.I live 45 minutes from the closest store. I live rurally, so everything is a drive. HOWEVER - I placed two orders for embroidery floss, 60 different colors. I received emails about which colors were not available (7 total), and a confirmation the rest was ready for pick up. Drove down to pick up. I got one bag, with just a few. I told the CS Rep there had to be more. She was only looking by my name and didnt ask for order numbers. She came back with another bag. I ASSUMED two orders, two bags. When I got home, I reconciled what I ordered to what I got and found there was over half missing. Called the store, the Rep said, you have two more bags here, do you want to pick them up? I told him I lived a long way. He said I understand, Do you want to pick them up or return to stock?. Thats It! No effort at all to help. I called back to talk to the manager. I got a similar response from him. I asked him to mail them to me since it was 45 min one way. He said couldnt do it. I asked to be credited with a gift card value to compensate for my time and gas. He said he couldnt do that either. Then said do you want to pick them up or should I cancel this?. WHAT THE HECK??? This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Im from Canada and usually its a treat to hit up Michaels in the USA for the stuff we dont get back home. Apart from the Fourth of July party supplies...really theres nothing special. Even price comparing a couple items and its the same cost in Canada too. They didnt have the mason jar solar light lids I was looking for (that ARE in store in Canada but horribly disorganized) and nothing else jumped out at me. The store is clean and well organized here, but just another one in the chain. I was impressed when I did have to ask a staff member for help that they were friendly and directed me to where I needed to go, but with a good description and general direction so that they could stay focused on their task too.

The store is large yet also clean. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. The woman working the register was especially sweet and went out of her way to make sure that I got the best discount for the things I bought. She was amazing! I really enjoy coming to this location.

Easily found everything we were looking for. Single line at checkout that always seems terribly long. When multiple cashiers are working it moves quickly, but often there are not enough cashiers and lines are long and slow.

Its ok, nothing like hobby lobby, I was wondering about the place and I couldnt find one employee until I went to the bathroom which was a nightmare, the employee was in the picture area but not available to me 🤣, just like you would expect if you need help, no one to assist you, I probably wont go back unless I was definitely desperate for something and someone told me the had what I was looking for definitely. The store was clean, just not the bathroom which should be at all times, but womens restrooms seem to stay nasty 🤢 and women are to blame!!!!! I dont know why that is?? How are women so disgusting???? But the business is responsible for keeping the womens restroom clean. So again not my cup of tea.

I like this Michaels, its a bigger store and they have a pretty good selection. Marking down 2 stars because they are always out of 40% of their product and the store is usually pretty trashed. Today it was decently clean compared to many other visits, but very little selection of colors of glitter, as usual. There were signs up direct you to buy the products online. I dont buy online because they are usually out of half the products I want there too so its not worth it to pay shipping for 1 or 2 items. Other areas of the store also looked like they were low and out of stock.

Had everything I needed plus other great craft ideas. Staff members were very helpful in finding an item I couldnt locate. Only thing I wasnt happy about was the coupon situation. It seemed none of my coupons were good for one reason or another. Everything seemed to be exempt for different varying reasons. Not a huge deal, cashier was still very nice.

Disappointed with One Technical issue regarding Online order in-store pick up. Order was not completely fulfilled due to inventory issue out of stock. After receiving confirmation notification all items ready for pick up.Fortunately the management Kyle was able to quickly assist to remedy the issue. Michaels had exactly what we were looking for; in this case, spray paints. They have a good cross section of brands and hard to find colors, including glow-in-the-dark. As an aside, they are also the first and only place I have where I have been able to purchase gingerbread flavored Twizzlers.

Had an issue at checkout when a few items didnt ring up accurately it took a few moments to get a manager to assist as my cashier was new however everyone was very apologetic and very friendly when fixing the issue due an incorrect signage that was left out. Big thanks to my cashier who not only complemented my shirt but as I mentioned is very new, handled the situation like a pro.

This store is usually great but I went about a week ago ( today is 10/24 ) and all their fall and Halloween stuff was gone! They said they werent getting anything else in this year. What kind of ish is that? October was maybe half way over and your out of stock and arent going to stock anymore this year. What about people who get paid in the middle of the month? Theyre just screwed? That really bothered me but they did have a sweet Christmas section already. :)

They have a variety of things here from plants to prints. I usually go to the art section I draw myself and pick things up from time to time. Great place for kids stuff as well you can purchase dye for clothing, which I didnt remember there before. Great atmosphere, employees are great. Stroll through, you may find something you like. Great for some hobbyists.

The store looked well maintained. Only thing I didnt like was there was a guy that looked like he was a manager standing by the entrance door talking down to one of the employees, raising his voice. I dont care what that employee did wrong, but its not right to stand there for that amount of time talking down to someone in front of everyone.

They have a large selection of all different craft and hobby materials. The staff is helpful but the guys more so that the gals. I have found on quite a few occasions the guys will help you find your item. The gals usually just point in the general direction then walk away. Customer service was wonderful however there was very few employees in the store one at the cash register and then I think one where they do the framing and the manager was trying to do her best running all over the store and even cashiering very disappointed with the store . As far as I was concerned the manager cashier and the one in back of the framing was doing the best they could. Michaels if they plan to stay in business needs to hire some employees. The line for the cashiering was probably about 10 people waiting.

Once upon a time I couldnt leave Michaels without spending at least fifty dollars. Not so with curbside. I set out to buy one three-dollar item and it took two days and incredible amounts of aggrevation. I got two emails from Michaels before the one confirming my order was ready; the first included a phone number to call for questions. I wanted to know how long I might need to wait since I really need this item and I was not previously familiar with the curbside pickup process. The number is simply a recording stating that all customer service is being done by live chat from the website. When I went to the website and clicked on chat, I was greeted by a robot. My question was not answered. Got confirmation my order was ready half an hour after the store closed. Went in the second day to retrieve my purchase. Waited in the line of cars going down the parking lot, then turned to be curbside when I was the third customer in line. The two associates serving everyone were both inside the store when I did this, and when they came out, one yelled at me that I needed to go to the end of the line, because apparently she assumed I had cut in line and not that I had been waiting the same as every other person there. I also didnt realize I was supposed to have called when I arrived at the store, which really seems like an excessive number of steps. First I have to order the item. Then I have to wait for the email, then I have to show up at the store, and THEN I have to call?? While I was waiting curbside Lady #2 gestured rudely at me for me to inch up, thrusting her palm forward several times, apparently to let other customers in alongside the curb behind me. Then Lady #1 brought me my purchase and just tossed it at me without saying anything like it was whatever. I felt so disrespected and dismissed. I will never buy from Michaels again.

The best thing about Michaels is one stop shopping. Sure I can find items cheaper elsewhere but not everything in one place. Glue dots are sold very few places but they work great. Michaels carries them and even has a selection.

Not happy a bunch of flowers were thrown into 75%off bin and when I went to price some they were full price, I spoke to the sales representative and showed her, but she said a customer must of put them there. Unlike the craft store located in the shopping center directly behind this store, all registers were open. The employees answered all my questions in regards to a project. Prices dont seem to be adequately displayed, updated or even given when scanned at the machines in-isle sometimes. Ive had security follow me around after a loud, obvious call over the speaker for no reason. Although not approached beyond having their LP (loss prevention) people standing next to me for a while, the attitude of the check-out staff gave me more than enough reason to be offended.As far as stock, there isnt any complaints if you can determine their prices or dont care what youre spending which almost has to be the case at a place like this.

Placed an order to pick up at the Redlands store. The couple things I selected started they were available and in stock. Received a confirmation email stating my order was in the process and I would receive another email when it was ready for pick up. Couple hours later received a email stating it was ready for pick up, not even 10 minutes later I am getting a call from the store. She stated that my order was being canceled because they dont have the items in stock and they should on Thursday so I can redo my order then. I explained to her I just received an email stating it was ready and when I placed the order the items said they were in stock. She was very rude with her attitude by the way. And told me that they were in stock didnt matter what the email said even though it said the items were ready for pick up. And that it shouldnt matter anyways because I was getting my money refunded. I asked her they even sent a ready for pick up email and she told me to forget about the email, because she was telling me I was getting my money back. I had to call the corporate number to let them know it was ridiculous how this all played out. The lady from corporate was very nice and helped me out but it shouldnt have happened anyways.

They had a sale on ribbon the day I went. I was very happy with the selection. I buy papercraft items and always seem to walk away spending a bit more than I had planned 😁. I like that I can pull up coupons on my phone when I check out. The lines can tend to be long for checkout, but the checkers are always really nice. Between Michaels and Joanns, Michaels is my favorite.

Friendly staff. You have to have a mask on. A bit low on items but you can still find pretty much what youre looking for. I went for yarn so I was a bit bummed out theres not much to choose from, but from what was available was on clearance so I was happy with that.

We got an email that our order is ready for pick up. We went to curbside pick up to get and the lady name Cathy told us its not ready. We told her that they sent an email that its ready but we cant get a good connection. She told ask to leave cause its not ready, as soon as I full up we got the good connection and download the email. Turn around and told her that we have the email and she want us to go back all the way at the back and wait another 20 mins. This is the last time Ill do a transaction with this company.

I think I showed up on a restock day or something. The whole store was a mess. Boxes in every aisle and nothing on the shelves. No way to get what I needed to get from them. Walked out empty handed. They could also use more sanitizer stations. They have one when you enter and one when you exit.

My experience is hit and miss while shopping. There are definitely some great workers there but at times seem short staffed. Then in late May, I booked a party there (yes, they do birthdays in the craft room!) and again I was a little anxious about how it would go bc my experience booking wasnt very smooth but the day of was amazing. We were assigned an employee named Omar. Wow, Omar made my kids birthday party a success! He was professional, great with kids, talented, helpful, personable and overall wonderful to work with. He truly exceeded my expectations!! Please ask for him when booking a party or for any help you might need in the store as he truly is talented!

This is one of the bigger Michaels Ive been to and the selection definitely justifies the extra space. Im a baker and the Michaels by me has a couple aisles devoted to the craft, but this location has a huge selection of items Ive never seen. The reason for 4 stars is that the layout of the store didnt make much sense and figuring out how to get to the register was a bit tricky at first.

Signs by all the yarn saying buy 2 get 1 free, of equal or lesser value. By ALL of the yarn. Checker honored 1st set, 2nd set was all the same..different color.. but checker said no. Guessing they didnt get every color into system. I even brought her a posted sign but she wouldnt honor it. Retailers need to teach employees what truth in advertising means. This is your typical craft store. Its hard to get an employees attention and it seems like customers are left on their own to find what theyre looking for. As Im typically sent here to pick up specific things, its harder for me to find them as Im unfamiliar with the store and the lack of staff makes it more difficult. There always seems to be just one staff working the register which makes it more difficulty to leave once you have found what youre looking for. Plus Ive heard people have gotten their cars broken into while shopping at the store.

The store is always fully stocked.. the sales people do not walk up to you ask if you need any help every time I go in I have to find them.. it doesnt matter what time of season its always the same .. Love Michaels for picking up crafts for the kids. I have been to quite a few of them and while there are stores that are less organized and cleaner. The worse aspect of this particular store is that all, YES ALL of the employees I have had to interact with are very rude. They all seem to hate the job or the store ? not sure what the issue is here but not one of them was helpful, no one showed even the slightest hint of courtesy or professionalism. Jeez even crappy Walmart has a guy that greets you and says have a nice day when you leave. These ladies all just glare and god forbid you need to return anything.

I had the Best! Customer Service from Lee Ann. A Michaels employee in Redlands. She not only knew everything there is to know about framing my broken 35× 24 picture that had falling off of my wall. But she had patients and an Awesome personality. She took the time to answer all of my and my husbands questions and gave accurate measurements. Then found us the perfect frame to replace our old one and an additional 11×16 frame for another picture we wanted framed as well. I Definitely recommend Everyone to shop at Michaels and hopefully see Lee Ann the Awesome sales associate. Shes the Best! :-D

I am a many times customer at this Michaels. I have NEVER found employees to be rude or short with the customers. I also shop the one in Rancho Cucamonga, and both are about equal in merchandise and service.
