Michael and his team did an outstanding job to sell our property at Hillbrook Place. He took the challenge that we had busy travel and work schedules and adapted their selling process to make it easy for sellers like us. He went beyond his work to take care of market situation, understand the competitive landscape and provided good advise to us as sellers. Michael and his team were very professional in executing their task. Michael has great contacts and networks who were able to get stuff done like storage needs, getting home inspection done quickly and provided sound advise to both the sellers and the buyers. We would highly recommend Michael and his team to be your profession realtor team.

We met Michael a few years back, we reached out to him as we were contemplating selling our bay area home. From the first phone conversation and then in person meeting we knew he was our man! We decided to hold off on selling our home at that time. Fast forward to June 2021, we were ready to place our home on the market. We had no hesitation as to who we wanted to work with, we reached out to Michael and do not regret it! Michael and his team took care of everything. My favorite part about working with Michael is his honesty and transparency. You are kept in the loop and decision making at all times, plus Michael was always a phone call away, at any time. Communication and transparency were key for us as we live out of state. Our home was on the market less than a week, we got an offer way over asking price and closed within 30 days. I don’t think the process of selling our home could have gone any smoother. Michael and his team are fantastic, I would recommend Michael to anyone!

After interviewing three different realtors I selected Michael and his team. From the very beginning Michael was responsive, following up with us after a couple of weeks even though we were in the state of we want to move but were not sure when. He made suggestions of updating certain features in our house and they were spot on. Keeping in touch with us for a few months and surprising him when we spontaneously bought another house (thankfully wed taken his suggestions and already made the improvements), he and his team swooped in, did their magic with staging and marketing and we had multiple offers in less than a week. Hes a strong negotiator, teaching us that the highest offer isnt always the best offer. The entire process of marketing, negotiating, and closing couldnt have been smoother. And on top of it, hes a really nice person. Id use Michael and his team again in a heartbeat.

Last spring, we found our dream home in our favorite neighborhood, but in an impossibly hot market. Having worked with Michael before, I knew he was our best shot, as he knows this market very well and is an excellent negotiator. He told us exactly what we needed to do to get it, and with our blessing, he put the offer together for us.Eighteen offers came in on the house, and ours took it! We were ecstatic.Then we had to sell our old place, which can be an extremely stressful process. Michael and Erika did an amazing job handling inspections, minor repairs, staging and showing our house, 3D tour, the works. We used Michael Swift and his team for our home sale and purchase. We had a tight window since we needed to sell our place and purchase a new place with the proceeds. Michael got us top dollar for the sale and worked overtime to get us into our new home within our rent back period. From the very beginning he was very forthcoming with his insight on the current market. There was no exaggerations nor false promises. We first met Michael when we went to see a home that he was listing. We immediately noticed his knowledge for the industry and that prompted us to use him to find a new home. Michael helped us find a property in a very good neighborhood and at a good price. Since it was a short sale he got us a sellers approval quickly and then worked with the bank to expedite this process and give us a final approval with our original bid, which was really nice. Something to highlight from Michael and his team, no matter when we reached out to them, they were available on weekends, holidays, vacation and gave us critical updates and called, texted or emailed us, whenever he felt we needed to know something. So, communication on Michaels team is phenomenal. If you are currently listing your house or want to find a new home, we highly recommend them. They are the best option. Like many we decided to move out of California to a different state. We were looking to move fast, we were closing on a house in Colorado while simultaneously trying to sell our house in California. We have three kids and two dogs, and this is during a pandemic. To say we were nervous and feeling overwhelmed is an understatement. Luckily I got a recommendation from our Banker to speak with the Swift Team, Michael and his team were tremendous. From the start they put us at ease with a very detailed plan of what we needed to accomplish. They organized the following for us.Window Cleaners.Gardener.Carpet Cleaners.Home Cleaners.Painters.Michael is also part of Keller Williams, which was the same Realtor company we were using on the Colorado side. He liaised frequently with our Buying agent and kept her up to date as we progressed along. His team, especially Erika, was phenomenal. Honestly we couldnt have pulled this off without her help.The Swift Team has a very well put together formula for selling, a fantastic team that takes away most of the work for you. Michael Swift is a fantastic realtor. He is incredibly knowledgeable about Bay Area properties, pricing, laws, and everything in between. The home-buying process can be a stressful one, but I felt much more at ease with Michael leading me through the process. He is a true professional, and is always available to field your questions and concerns. Michael really pushed through the sale of my recent home purchase, and we completed the purchase in under 2 months- and this was through the busy Christmas holidays! It really shows you how it is impossible for one person to have the time and expertise in all areas to do an effective job. Each person on his team has clear concise jobs creating an effective stress free experience while maximizing the most possible money out of your home. Michael is absolutely GREAT to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He genuinely cares about his clients as well as the community and neighborhood he does business in. Not only is Michael a walking encyclopaedia of real estate but he has a keen eye for architecture, design and aesthetics and provides expert council if asked. He listed my home on a Friday and we were on contract on Tuesday at $370k above asking price. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. We purchased our first home with his team 3 years ago, sold that home with him last year and he helped us into the home we are in today. Every move he told us to make was correct. We got over asking on our house, I was scared it wouldnt appraise for that price, he told me not to worry and that he would make sure it did....and he was correct! Same thing went for the new house we bought, we had to go over asking to get the home but I was nervous for the appraisal. Swift told us the exact number to offer and it ended up being what it appraised for. He knows his numbers and he gets the job done. We first came into contact with Michael Swift and his team January 6, 2014, after an online inquiry, in anticipation of an across the country move from the East Coast.Little did we know, we would arrive with a family medical emergency, which would halt our plans, and our lives. Michael Swift remained connected with us in a most sincere, genuine, and authentic way, while respecting our need to stop our search.Michael would occasionally call expressing human concern over what we were experiencing; a seriously ill and hospitalized child who would take time to heal. His calls were familial, and with parent-to-parent empathy; never was there any pressure or discussion of business.
