Michael is the consummate professional and very dialed into the West Hollywood property market. We needed a 30 day escrow to be able to fund our new purchase. We put our condo on the market mid Dec, the worst time to list a home. They delivered us delightful buyers who paid full ask and purchased some of our furnishings and garden plants in addition. We more than doubled our investment in 13 years and have Michael & Daniel to thank for that!

We were referred to Michael Collins by a good friend to help my brother sell his duplex, which he had lived in with his wife for over 40 years. Michael is a talented realtor and well liked in the real estate community; he was always respected and graciously welcomed at all home viewings we attended together. August 2008Michael was a great asset to me in selling the condo. He provided me with a thorough evaluation of the market, was realistic in setting my expectations, and was quick to act on price changes in the market. Michael just handled the sale of my property and the purchase of my new property in West Los Angeles and he made the process on both properties run very smoothly.
