We switched to Michael Carey (Farmers) when our prior policy sky rocketed due to our 2 teenage drivers. He made our teen drivers affordable! He has saved us a lot of money on an umbrella policy covering our home and automobiles. We have been with him 14 years and have had great, personalized customer service. When our needs change he quickly returns calls and puts together a new policy without any complaints. Then he follows up with an email to keep us fully informed. Michael also still trys to save us money when ever possible. We really appreciate his courteous nature and great work ethics.

I received a non renewal notice on my homeowners policy. After inspection by the insurance company it was determined we didnt meet their underwriting guidelines. Living in a wildfire area without a fire hydrant within 1000 feet. I called many Farmers agents who gladly took my information but never followed up with me. I called and got the run around! I was frantic! My insurance was going to lapse. I reached out to Michael Carey and told him my situation or frustration at this point. Michael was eager and professional. When my husband and I decided to move from southern California to Cool California I was very alarmed how difficult is was to get fire/homeowners insurance. I contacted several insurance agents who had no success finding us an affordable quote. Michael was very persistent and found us a great policy that was affordable. When the insurance companys inspector indicated that a tree limb was threatening our roof and demanded we fix it Michael came out and personally took pictures of the roof to ensure the underwriting of our policy. Words cannot express how grateful we are!!! We are very pleased with our policy and cost.

In 2012 my husband opened an automotive repair shop in Rocklin, Ca. Needing insurance we started calling around. We talked to many different agents but we didn’t feel confident with any of them, until we talked to Mr. Carey. Mr. Michael Carey was able to answer all of our questions. He explained everything in our policy and answered all of our questions. If I have any questions he makes sure that I understand his answers 100% before hanging up the phone. Mike has been great to work with. I spent 20+ years with a different agent, and met him once. Mike came out to my home, reviewed my policies, figured out my insurance was all wrong and put me on the right track.
