This is a great, easy to learn dealer management software. Coming from aerospace, I was new to this program and always comparing my knowledge from the aerospace software to Commander software. This does everything I was used to doing from sales, service, labor guides, and parts. The barcode scanner makes R.O. (s), P.O. (s) and inventory a breeze to go through. We are very pleased with the software.Our accountant uses QuickBooks, so we didnt need to make a huge transition to another software, Commander interfaces with them. That was a relief!As for tech support? Be patient, people want things done NOW. Unfortunately, you arent the only company in the world that needs attention.

Software never did what we needed to do. We wasted countless man hours with there support team. After we showed them that this software would not work like they said it would they would not refund out money. COMPLETE WASTE!!!!!

I FINALLY GOT STEVE ON THE LINE, HE SPENT ABOUT THREE HOURS YESTERDAY TRYING TO GET THE SYSTEM UP AND GOING, AND FUNCTIONING LIKE IT WAS BEFORE THE CRASH. LOST ALL INFORMATION WHEN THE MAIN COMPUTER CRASHEDHAD NO BACKUPS (WHOS FAULT IS THAT) STILL NOT THERE YET. CAUTION IF YOU ARE ON THE EAST COAST DONT EXPECT TO GET A FULL DAYS SERVICE, YOU MAY GET THROUGH SOMETIME AFTER 10.30. MOST OF THE TIME THEY CALL YOU BACK, ALTHOUGH NOT IMMEDIATELY. IN THEIR FAVOR THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF IT JUST TAKES A LITTLE WHILE TO GET THEM ON THE PHONE. THEY NEED ABOUT FOUR MORE TECHS. ON THE JOB.
