I cannot say enough good things about Gloria and her team at MG Concierge! When my wife and I first decided to go to Napa, we started doing a little research and were completely overwhelmed by all the reservations and decisions to make. We had no idea where to even begin! We found Gloria on Google and contacted her, and everything from then on was such a breeze! I can’t imagine what our experience would have been like without her expertise. We ended up last minute booking a larger, more well known winery for ourselves as our first stop. It was a very pleasant experience, but it could not even compare to the wineries that Gloria booked for us. From the moment we walked into our first “Gloria” winery, we knew we had done the best thing we could by having Gloria make our itinerary! She had booked us at a tiny family owned winery that most people have never even heard of. The wines AND the views were immaculate! Every tasting we went to was such a unique and incredible experience! We couldn’t imagine a better experience after our first tasting, but somehow each winery and experience was equal to or better than the last! We will definitely be using Gloria on our next visit to Napa and we cant wait to see all the new wineries and experiences she has for us!

My trip with my daughters was nothing short of spectacular, every day was meticulously planned! Our hotel was beautiful, Gloria selected only the best wineries to visit, all 8 were amazing. We met awesome people, the views were breathtaking, the hospitality at every vineyard was second to none. Lunch and dinner plans were spot on. Our chauffeur Larry, was absolutely wonderful, he was a wealth of information, he attended to our every whim, what a true gentleman. My experience in Napa was everything I had hoped for. Gloria asked me all the right questions to plan the most fantastic vacation! I will definitely return and can’t wait for her to plan our next adventure. MG concierge was everything we hoped for and more. Initially, our plan was to set up a Napa trip on our own but after way to much advice from family and friends as well as trying to pick the correct wineries through pictures online we were completely overwhelmed and knew we needed help. My wife and I knew exactly what we were looking for but had no way to make it happen until we contacted Mike and Gloria. After a great 15 minute phone call explaining what we pictured, all we could do was trust in their process and wow are we glad we did. A few weeks later our full itinerary was sent to us in a great app that was so nice to have and use. From the moment we got off the plane everything was exactly as planned. The wineries they chose, the timing of which we did certain ones, the driver, the restaurants, everything was perfect. Trust in MG and you won’t regret it! I’ll leave it with this… there are a lot of companies to choose from but when you pull up to a vineyard and the owner comes out to greet you and asks what brought you here? When you mention MG the respect they all have for this company and Mike and Gloria is astonishing. It’s very obvious they have put in the hard work not just for us the customers but also the special relationship they have built with all of the Napa community.

I don’t know where to begin! My friends and I decided to visit Napa spur of the moment. We didn’t have much time to research hotels, wineries, or restaurants. I found MG concierge online. I called and spoke to Mike who was so friendly and helpful. He sent me different options for hotels and he nailed it! He also booked transportation for us. We had the same driver for the entire trip who was amazing! Next I spoke with Gloria, she was so much fun to work with she booked all our winery tasting and tours and made our dinning reservations! The trip was absolutely fabulous everything was perfect and then some. I highly recommend working with these two wonderful people. You will love every minute of it! We were getting a bit overwhelmed planning our Napa trip until we stumbled upon MG Concierge via Google. They took our preferences and planned and booked everything, including transportation. It wasnt just less stress - we got a completely upgraded experience by going with MG. It was obvious in talking with the guides at the wineries that everyone in Napa respects Gloria and will bend over backwards to make her (and her customers) happy. We got private tastings at beautiful properties instead of group tours at touristy vineyards. And all the wine was amazing. Would definitely recommend using MG for your next Napa trip!

Book them!!! We were planning a 5 year anniversary trip to Napa and we’re overwhelmed by the options for places to stay, eat and drink. Which led us to Mike and Gloria’s services. We could not be happier with the trip they helped us plan. From the amount of information they shared before we set plans in stone. To the communication leading up to the trip and the great itinerary they planned. Once we were in Napa everything was exceptional and the services we received was so welcoming at each place. Having MG concierge help to book all of our outings really made a difference and we were treated even more special! I couldn’t recommend them enough. We stayed at the Archer which was exceptional and has a beautiful roof top bar. We had a day trip with a driver who was so knowledgeable and made a great day even better, we went to a few wineries and lunch at Sol Bar (yum). They were so responsive throughout our entire time in Napa which was so helpful! I could go on and on about all the places but they’ll book you a great itinerary based on your wants and needs. Really a few extra dollars for a perfect trip to all the best places and hidden gems is 100% worth it! You won’t regret booking them I promise!

This was our first trip to Napa Valley, and Mike and Gloria made it absolutely perfect! They asked lots of questions about our family and created a wonderful itinerary -- ebikes, wineries, restaurants, an incredible hotel (The Archer) -- and every day was an adventure! I used Mike and Gloria for a surprise trip for my wife 4/10/23 - 4/14-23. The trip was absolutely flawless. I gave Mike some vineyards that I would like to go see and asked that he give a couple suggestions on some he knew of. He sent us to Kelham Vineyards and it made our trip complete. Between the car services, hotel, reservations, and the app he uses, there was not a flaw in our entire trip! I will be using MG Concierge again when we go back and I will recommend everyone to use them!

Thank you Mike and Gloria for your services and helping my husband and I prepare for our trip to Napa Valley. I am so glad I stumbled across MG Concierge while searching for luxury lodging in Napa. Mike was absolutely responsive. Since we had never been to the area, he made our planning the easiest we have ever experienced. Instead of spending hours searching online on what to do while visiting - Mike took care of everything on our behalf - hotel accommodations, restaurant reservations, wine tastings, ideas on things to do in between tastings. I love that he curated our itinerary to our needs. An added bonus is their app which made it super easy to stay on track of our schedule.We were visiting for our 10 year anniversary, and MG Concierge helped make it extra special. All it took was a couple of quick calls for Mike to get to know us and a questionnaire - and then he took care of everything for us. We were even greeted with special surprises at the hotel and restaurants since Mike made sure they knew were were in town for our anniversary.We are completely in love with the region and so glad we used MG Concierge to experience smaller boutique wineries for truly special tastings. Mike and Gloria are amazing at what they do. They are very knowledgeable about the Napa region and set up an excellent itinerary for us. We had a blast and would definitely use their services/recommendations again. They got us into a handful of small vineyards that one couldn’t buy from a store. Exactly what we wanted. Our party of 12 visited some of the most beautiful and exclusive vineyards in all of Napa Valley. They were able to get us into Napas best restaurants and wineries even though we were a large group. Mike did an amazing job setting up our wine trip 3 times due to the pandemic and fires. He ensured we had the best experience at wineries of our choice and his recommendations. When we finally were able to travel, we landed an the ordinances on indoor dining and tours changed. Mike had already rearranged anything that needed to be done to ensure our experience did not suffer. Kevin, our driver, was professional, early, flexible when we lingered at some tastings, always calling the next stop to ensure they new we would be late. Everywhere we went, they knew Gloria and the team! She has built quite the positive name for herself. Not a single thing we did was disappointing. Everything she booked, from the wine tastings, to the restaurants were top notch! I dont think we could have planned out our get away the way she did and in the order she did. We told her we needed some rest days and she built them in perfectly. When it comes to the hotel/resort she gave great recommendations based off our preferred pricing but also taste! If you are going to Napa, there is no way you should not call them! You will be very glad you did! WHEN we go back, they are our first call! Mike was fantastic.Mike planned an amazing itinerary for four people. We got into some very exclusive wine tastings. He had to work all angles to be successful in landing those tastings. We also asked for some unusual and up and coming wine experiences that were hard to find and he delivered as well. Mikes choice of JC as our driver was also top notch. JC was extremely knowledgeable and provided top notch concierge service - even rescuing us early during a power outage.The true mettle of a person is not how they act when things go well, but how they act when things do not.We had one bad wine tasting but Mike was all over it and got it fixed up as best as I could have asked. And when we had some queries on some surprise credit card charges, Mike jumped up and helped us sort it out as well - even they were not his charges. He looked after us and we felt he was in corner for the entire time.Mike showed us doors that we did not existed. If we had not used Mike we would not have had nearly the same world-class experience that we did.In summary, Mikes services exceeded our expectations.

We made a last minute decision to go to Napa to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday - unfortunately for us, right at harvest time. Even if I knew Napa - which I dont - everything was booked. Mike arranged it all for us - a car and driver to take us to 7 private tastings at boutique wineries, a spectacular dinner at a Michelin 3-star restaurant, a private cooking class with a CIA chef, a sunrise hot air balloon ride, a caviar and champagne tasting, and he even managed to get us reservations at sold-out 5-star hotels and fully booked top Napa restaurants for the entire week. The private tastings were extraordinary experiences - many of them with the owner/winemaker, which allowed us to learn the story of the wine from the person who had the passion to create it. Some tastings were even as a guest in the winemakers home. Our driver/guide was an exceptional wealth of inside info about the who, what, where, whens and whys of Napa Valley. All in all, MG Concierge far exceeded our expectations (which were high to begin with).
