After one tow truck came, put on a spare that was flat, then recommended we drive to the gas station close by on the flat tire because he didn’t have equipment to put air in a flat tire😒 Miguel called and arrived all within 20 min and fixed our spare tire issue easily and quickly. Miguel was amazing our car was not turning over to start . He tried just about every thing he could nothing worked and instead of leaving us there or telling us that its not a battery issue. He stuck it out and trouble shooted the situation and finally he got us out of a dangerous situation. There was a gentleman threatening us while we were stranded. I locked my keys in the trunk of a Mercedes 250 C Class with no spare key! Panicking I found MFC Roadside on Google. I called and he said he could help and be there in 35 minutes. Perfect because I had plans with friends made a month ago for lunch/movie. Miguel showed up on time. He tried was able to get the car open but not the trunk. He tried several things that didn’t work. Nit giving up, he found a small skim opening in the back seat. Unbelievably, he was able to retrieve my keys close enough to press the unlock with a pen! He truly pulled off a McGuyver stunt🥰 I had to give him a hug for not giving up and having to have my car towed to Mercedes. Thank you Miguel!!!
