Method3 offers exactly what I need. A whole person approach that has helped me lose weight, work on fitness and feel more in balance in my body and mind. I am just completing the Thrive35 program and I am happy to report that I ate plenty of food all day and lost weight. The recipes and support from Sue Davis are fantastic. The personal trainers and group fitness classes are great, every class is different and challenges my body and mind. Personal training sessions are helping me focus and evaluate progress toward my goals. Two thumbs up for Method3.

I’ve been a long time partner at Method3 but, more recently, I have been doing personal training sessions with Coach Mira. I cannot put to words how much Mira has helped me through a significant health challenge in my life. I was able to keep up with my workouts during the challenging time with her knowledge and expertise in fitness and personal training. Mira crafted unique workouts during each training session to keep my motivation up and build my strength back. She is utterly amazing and was a huge part of my recovery!! I can’t thank her enough for all that she’s done for me. Method3 is an amazing gym and they always make you feel like one of the ‘family’. I’m so grateful to have a gym like Method3 in my life.

Im new here and recently joined using their personal trainer program. They are a smaller gym that allows them to really focus on their clientele and offer many different options, giving you a choice on the type of workout you prefer, group or personal. They also offer nutritional guidance to fully embrace a healthier lifestyle.As I continue to work with my personal trainer, Hollis, I feel confident that I will be able to regain the muscle mass Ive lost over the past few years safely. Hes direct and clear with his instructions and always encouraging. Im definitely looking forward to the journey.

Every trainer works with you on a personal level to help you get the most out of your workouts. They dont push you past your own limitations, they encourage you to work at the intensity of your choosing. I like that the demographic ranges from the young and spry to the older adults.

When I started with Method 3, I was coming off a shoulder injury and I was a bit apprehensive about attending group fitness and personal training. Needless to say all the staff have been awesome and accomodating! The biggest difference for me is my wonderful trainer Mira Albert-Bullis.Her knowledge,guidance and expertise has made the biggest impact. Miras caring spirit,enthusiasm,positiveness and bright smile create an environment that encourages me to work harder towards my goals. I feel so fortunate to have her train with me and I look forward to our weekly sessions!

As a first-timer in the gym, I was initially hesitant and didn’t know what to expect in my classes. However, my coaches, Makayla and Stephanie, have been exceptionally understanding, encouraging, and supportive. They design every class to be challenging and fun. I never thought i would be one to look forward to being in the gym but they have been so welcoming and patient with me. I would highly recommend Method3 Fitness to anyone looking to make progress on their physical and mental well being journey.

I’ve been training at Method3 for more than a month by now. Highly recommend if you are searching a fitness center with group workout sessions and personal trainers to achieve your fitness goals. Coach Alan is awesome— friendly, professional, and patient, he designs engaging workout programs to help me achieve my goals, ensuring I have the correct form and working all my muscle groups safely. Method3 is a great place to workout. Its not a normal gym. The personal training, group classes, nutritional guidance, community support is amazing. You dont need to be in shape to start at Method3. The Coaches know how to train you to gain flexibility, strength and confidence. I especially enjoy Alan Yu Gettin Loose 2 class. This class focuses on gaining flexibility, stretching and getting stronger. Its a great way to ease into full workouts. You wont go wrong with Method3. Its a special place for all body types and people that want to improve themselves.

I love Method3s basic philosophies: getting stronger for your every-day life, working with whatever you bring to each session (like an injury or limitation, even a preference), and creating community to keep you motivated. My personal trainer is fantastic, and I look forward to getting to a place where I can join a class also!
