[Part 2, there are two parts in total as the dealers ridiculousness is well over the character limit]Irresponsible Service:Despite returning to your service department, the issues were not adequately addressed. I was provided with a Toyota RAV4 as a loaner vehicle, which is unusual for a Mercedes dealership catering to GLS owners. When I collected my car, it was unwashed, the plastic issue was unresolved, paperwork was missing, and the back left wheel hub was scratched. The service manager, Mr. Rian, was indifferent to these issues, offering no sincere apologies or compensation. The blind spot assist issue also remains unresolved after multiple attempts. I demand a thorough explanation and immediate resolution.Missing Keys:There has been confusion regarding the delivery of the second set of keys. Initially informed they would be delivered later, I later received conflicting information regarding their availability. I request clarification on the official procedure for key delivery and confirmation of when they will be provided.Negligent Management:Despite being advised that Mr. Todd Kazariane could resolve my concerns, I have been unable to reach him despite multiple attempts. His assistant claimed he was in day-long meetings, yet I observed him at the dealership during these times. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable.Persistent Dishonesty:Despite presenting evidence of these issues, Mr. Aaron continues to deny, fabricate excuses, and shift blame. This behavior is deeply concerning and further exacerbates my dissatisfaction.The only individual who has shown responsibility throughout is Jacky Ding, one of my salesperson. However, these issues are beyond his control.

Looking at a EQS 450 SUV, i cut a deal w saleman Adam over text and phone. Went into pickup vehicle working w Edward the finance guy, i was expecting to sign some papers as agreed and get out of there. NOPE.They had me there 2 hours as they try to renegotiate the deal telling me Adam was an idiot as he screwed up the deal and I took advantage of a new salesman. LoL...Amongst the 2 sales guys and the back and forth sales mgr/GM, these guys have no integrity, no respect for customers time, and certainly plays the mold of a car salesman to a T. Given todays internet, tiktok, reviews to keep businesses honest, they just dont give a damn.

Trying to lease car with these guys is a bad idea and a general mistake. They are deceptive and use pressure tactics to get you to sign documents. They run credit before even saying yes to a deal. Create false promises just to get you the sale. Buyers beware. Nobody at this dealership takes responsibility for their behavior and they are all sales reps acting as managers. Customer service is awful as well. The only people I have encountered who are nice are in the service department. Some of the reviews about this dealership here are spot on. I will make sure to use my influence to let everyone I know not to do business with these folks.

Purchased a C300 and was assisted by Denise, a Sales Consultant. One of the better experiences I’ve had with a dealership and staff. She was super insightful and really transparent about the entire process. Didn’t feel pushed or unattended too, and I really appreciated being able to walk away with a deal I felt comfortable with. Lastly, she even offered to drive my rental car back to my home which is about 30mi away. Didn’t expect that level of care or assistance and I sincerely appreciated it. I’d definitely recommend.

I would not recommend entertaining this location as a reputable dealer. Several times I have been provided misleading and contradicting information from its employees. First I went to look at a vehicle that is advertised online as a lease special only to be told by a sales rep that the car was not eligible to be leased. A week later I called the same rep to confirm because the website has not changed, his response was unchanged. So I then decided to call and ask for a manager I was transferred to someone and asked him to confirm he was a manager he said he was. Then I asked if the same car I had previously looked at could be leased, his response was the opposite of the sales rep. I then later found out that this person was not even a manager but just another sales rep. On a separate occasion I was lied to by a normal sales rep who told the same lie about being a manager. There are much better local Mercedes dealers with better customer service.

I would like the whole world to know how I was treated by this dealership specifically the service department. I bought my G wagon brand new in July 2020. My salesman and the Finance department informed me that I had a warranty of 4 years or 50,000 miles whichever comes first on this new vehicle. My warranty is coming to an end in July 2024, so I called and spoke with my service advisor, Chad to schedule a service maintenance. I also informed him that the battery sensor light was on and he said that he would have the technician checked it. To make a long story short, I was told that it needed a new battery, and the worst part was it would not cover under the warranty. Why? Chad told me that the vehicle was not being driven much because it only had 4,000 miles on it. He said that it was my fault, and therefore I was being charged $795.00 for a new battery. I explained to them the situation that I have multiple vehicles and yes I dont drive it much, but I start the engine for a few minutes and drive the G wagon around the block every day. The answer I gave them was not good. I escalated the issue to the service manager, and to my disbelief he was even worse than Chad. I reiterated several times to them that it should be replaced at no charge. They both said no. I suggested if we could meet halfway for the full amount of $795. They came back to me at $500 for my cost. I couldnt even believe that they told me that the dealership was losing a lot of money plus the factory rejected to honor the warranty. They argued with me all along. I was livid and very frustrated. I told them that I purchased this vehicle brand new at this dealership in July 2024, and it is still under warranty until next month. They kept saying that it was my fault that the car was not driven much. I then asked for the name of the CEO, and they refused to provide the info. I ended up calling my brother in San Diego who also drives a Mercedes to help me. He did. He called his local MB here in San Diego. Since I didnt want to take any risks, I had my car towed from La Habra to San Diego. Today, Monday, June 24th, Mercedes Benz Escondido replaced my battery under warranty at no charge with a smile. It only proves one thing that Mercedes Benz of West Covena failed to provide great customer service to me. They were unprofessional, arrogant, belligerent, inconsiderate, rude and incompetent. You never argue with your customers. I told MB of West Covena that they already lost me as a customer and more to follow after this horrible review. Let alone the car is still under warranty. Whether you replaced the battery once or twice as long as it failed the test, then it must be replaced under warranty at no charge. No argument whatsoever. MB of West Covena doesnt even deserve to get a star if I had the option. What a shame!!!

Unprofessional sales managers,take advantage of customers with good credit to maximize their profits. You put your confidence on them and they take advantage of their knowledge . In my experience my sales rep was very accommodating doing everything to close the deal and when I came back within 18 hours to return the car i had just purchased and ask for help to change the deal to a less expensive vehicle They didnt give me credit for my down payment and added 6k of negative equity to my final purchase .lm a repeat customer and never again will purchase at this dealership.

**Warning to Potential Buyers:**I strongly advise caution if youre considering purchasing a car here, especially regarding dealings with the finance manager, Frank Hawili. My experience with him has been extremely negative.Frank is dishonest and unresponsive. As a financial representative, he failed to explain the detailed breakdown of costs. His main objective seemed to be convincing me to buy a warranty from a third company under false pretenses. He touted the warranty as excellent, claiming it could be fully refunded at any time if unused.After paying off my car, I discovered the actual price of the warranty was $8,000. When I asked to cancel it within 30 days, Frank took almost six months to process the cancellation and refund. The first refund check I received was for only $4,000, not the $8,000 I was promised.I tried contacting Frank multiple times over three days, but he ignored my calls and even blocked my number. I had to drive to West Covina to speak with him in person. He claimed the refund was prorated, which made no sense since I cancelled within 30 days. He then told me I needed to speak with the business center for an explanation, but they were unavailable on weekends.This experience has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. If you have a job, be prepared to take time off to handle these issues. Customer service here is non-existent, and Frank even yelled at me, denying he ever said the warranty was fully refundable.Additionally, I believe he discriminated against me because English is not my first language. However, there was no communication issue; my boyfriend was with me the entire time and we both heard the same thing. When I mentioned I understood the concept of proration, Frank claimed he didnt know how to translate it into Chinese, even though I made it clear that I was confused about how the refund was calculated.Overall, my experience here has been the worst, and I feel deceived and threatened into paying more than I should have. Buyer beware!

I wish to address several serious issues:Fraudulent Sales Practices:I was pre-approved by Chase with favorable terms, but contrary to my instructions, your dealership submitted multiple new loan applications without my consent. Mr. Aaron Zhao then presented me with a significantly less favorable loan, falsely claiming changes in Chases terms without disclosing that it was a different application altogether. This deceptive practice inflated the total cost by several thousand dollars. When I questioned Mr. Zhao multiple times about the nature of the loan, he assured me it was the same as the pre-approved one. It was only later, during a Chase phone interview, that I discovered the truth. This conduct is deceptive and violates fair business practices.Vehicle Quality Issues:From the beginning, the vehicle has shown several problems:The blind spot assist functions correctly only 10% of the time, posing a safety risk.There is a plastic cover piece on the rear right side that was improperly assembled, causing flexing and noise.[To be continued in Part 2 as its over the character limit]

Dealing with Mercedes is been the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere… I was trying to cancel my extended warranty on a vehicle I purchased with them after about a week of calling daily, I had to physically drive there to talk to someone in finance . We filled out the paperwork and was told I’d get a email in a couple days to let me know it’s in process … never got that email, so now again been calling daily for about two weeks leaving voice mails just to never get a call back or any type of response. By the looks of it I will have to take a few hours out of my day to drive there again to get a simple answer that could have happened over the phone.

I had a very poor experience with the service department. I had an 8 am appointment and they kept me waiting almost 25 minutes! I was initially greeted by a gruff ungroomed man that said they would be with me in a bit. I waited another 10 minutes and Raymond stated the service tech would be with me shortly. Raymond was very nice and professional. After another 15 minutes I decided to leave. I found the service department area to be very unprofessional, no one was coordinating / greeting the customers coming in and the staff was not present. It was a vast difference on how Penske used to run this dealership or how Fletcher Jones runs a dealership. I decided to leave and go to Fletcher Jones. The GM needs to train the staff better. Penske used to direct customers to the lounge for coffee etc. This is my sixth Mercedes, I was really surprised about the poor level of customer service. People do pay for service, I will take my business to FJ Ontario

Do not trust their advertisements, do not take their offers on their trade ins, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!I have been in the market not really required to buy a new car but have been wanting to upgrade. I currently drive a 2020 Mercedes GLE and it is the car I have had the longest of all my cars. I tend to sell because I get tired of them, new design comes out, etc.This time around I was looking to downsize. Not a requirement but I just moved and the garage/driveway is smaller than what I am accustomed to and Big Bertha Benz is very much BIG.Still enjoying the car (that I bought at a different location) I have checked here and there if the price is worth it or keep my near fully loaded car. Well I saw an ad that was the best thing in this wild market. 0 down, 0 apr, and 0 payments for 45 days. Now the last one is near common for all the cars I have bought but the others not so much.When I showed them the deal that was exclusively for this location, they tried to say it was just for sedans but maybe they can get it for me... the ad and the more details says nothing about it being just sedans.... then they said oh well its one or the other, 0 down OR 0 apr... the problem is I had the ad right there and it says 0 down, 0 apr AND 0 payments for 45 days on certified pre owned cars... he tried to come back saying oh to get the 0 apr you HAVE TO put 20% down I said that is not what the ad says but thats fine it sounds like there is a discrepancy from your ad and what you guys are providing which is false advertisement and illegal I believe. He shot up to speak to his manager and shocker things were sounding like they would work out... then came the buy out of my car. I have taken it around and have had a similar range of offers from 25-30k buyout of my car. ... this location didnt even give me an exact number and just said oh we can give you a couple grand for your car.... The disrespect was enough to not only leave there but warn you all. After this I will be reporting them to the BBB as well as contacting further up. I could have easily just sold my car to one of the dealerships that gave 30k offers and buy here but now I NEVER want to buy from the West Covina Mercedes or Envision Motors. Disgraceful.---Oh on top of that the prices online are cheaper than in person and the agent initially didnt believe that it would be less than and was going to go off what is in store verses online with the same vin and everything.

Horrible customer service. Managers seem to be too busy to deal with any customers so unfortunately I’m here to voice my complaint. Purchased a car recently. Went in to have my license plates installed as the sales woman Zaira said should be no issue. When I arrive they do not have the part needed to install. (Drove more than an hour) She then said she would have the bracket overnight shipped to me. She never put the order in. When calling I’m being transferred around with no manager available to speak to. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother doing business here.

Bought my car here almost a year ago and bought the warranty. Its my third Mercedes and they treated me poorly and was given wrong information. The car is new and should not have problems with it. The engine light went on and I went to tow it to the dealership. They did an inspection and it took three days for for them tell me the problem. It took two weeks to get my car back. Mind you, they gave me a loaner that was old and the AC wasnt working.When I finally got mycar back I was charged me a service I didnt l agree on.I called around other Mercedes location and they quoted me lower and I was going to go to that dearlership ( Anaheim) . I asked for the paper work and they couldnt find it for the service they said I sign off on and They searched and searched and said were going in circles . West Covina Dealership never provided me with the paper work that I was agreeing to the service. ALL MB dealerships always ask to go forward before to to the service . All dealerships I got serviced communicated that I if l agree to the service that would go forward. I never agreeed nor sign paperwork. I was told I would not be able to pick up my car without paying for the service that I never agreed on.!! Was given an excuse that we get 100 cars service all the time and that theres so many paper work. They could find the paperwork and I had NO CHOICE than to pay because they were not going to give my vechicle back!!!! I NEVER AGREED ON THE SERVICE and they did not even price match the other MB who quoted me . aI spoke to the Manager Rian Lu and informed me he couldnt find the paperwork!! . I had no choice than to pay for the Service I did not sign for. Do not go here, from the Sales person who sold me the Mercedes to the Managers. They are not honest with the value that you pay for. Go do your research and do not let them be rude to you and scam you. This is not the Mercedes you want to go to . MB should not be like this . Such a shame and BAS BUSINESS, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE . I drove an extra 50 miles from dealership closest to me because he was so helpful. I had a couple situations pop up and was helped by Todd Kazariane, the GM. October 14, 2022 today I visited Mercedes-Benz West Covina formerly Penske Mercedes-Benz. I had taken my car to my local tire shop when the TPMS warning appeared on the instrument panel. The shop replaced all four sensors. The warning appeared again. I returned to the shop a week later. The shop replaced two of the sensors. The warning light was still on. The shop said the warning light should go off within forty-eight hours. I returned to the shop two days later. I asked for a full refund. The shop refunded me the total amount that I paid. I told the shop that I would return the sensors once the vehicle was returned. I spoke to a couple of independent garages. They all said that I would have to use Genuine Mercedes-Benz parts. The after market parts do not always work.I ordered four sensors from Chris Escobedo in the parts department. Chris was very helpful in locating the correct parts for my vehicle. I always found that Mercedes-Benz of West Covina has a large selection of parts. Competitive pricing and a courtesy staff.After thirteen years the battery in my 2009 E550 stoppped working. I shopped several places for a replacement battery Costco, AAA, auto parts stores a couple other dealers. I eliminated the auto parts stores, Costco, AAA with their pro-rata warranties that may last as long as their warranty. I knew it had to be a Genuine Mercedes-Benz Battery. I compared prices and Mercedes-Benz of West Covina gave me the best price for a new battery. There was no bargaining the price was firm. The salepelson delivered the battery to the trunk of my car verified the part number again before placing the battery in the trunk. When i returned the old battery I received a $37.00 credit from the dealership. The Parts Department is very busy and is well staff to handle the calls and customers in line. The dealership has a large inventory of Mercedes-Benz parts and if it is not in stock they will have it for you in a couple of days.

However, I received notification via text message, rather than a phone call, informing me that the car I was in the process of purchasing had been sold to someone else. We went in the other day to shop for a pre-owned vehicle. We felt bad for not yet able to make a purchase, which we are still hoping to be able to do so very soon. But the sales lady (Ruby Li) took such good care of us with demonstration of absolute professionalism which was paired with a kind heart. She exercised lots of patience towards out very particular conditions. Even the sales manager later on came out to discuss our needs and offered options in a caring attitude with not one ounce of coerce. It took (03) phone calls to MB West Covina Service Dept. today to get an appt. for tomorrow. April did finally make the appt. but then despite me pleading for help & saying if you need to transfer me please do it as a WARM transfer so I dont have to explain myself again, she COLD transferred my call againWhen a tech answered I lost it. I voiced how horrible April was & explained ...THE ISSUE: is each time I call Service they show multiple vehicles & always ask which one I am calling on. I say I only have one (01) but worse I began receiving OPEN RECALL texts about 1-year ago. At the onset of the texts I made an appt. to include repair of the recall. When I picked up the car from the appt. the tech reviewed the service ticket. I asked what about the recall was that not fixed? He said I dont show an open recall, what you received is a blanket text. They come in waves, wait your turn & you will get another text alert when it is your turn for recall repair, call us then & make an appt. for the recall repair.I told the tech today that last week (Tue. June 11) this game of merry go round already occurred it was fixed & did not understand why its happening againLast weeks tech advised it sounded like I was on “a list” w-a previous MB vehicles & said only a certain dept. could update records. I asked if that would resolve things & was assured a resounding YES. I was transferred to the Business Dept. at MB WCOV where a gal removed the previous vehicle(s) from the their list(s). What last weeks tech seemed to have failed to do (so not 100% April) was remove the old vehicles from the SERVICE DEPT RECORD b/c todays tech said he removed the old vehicles from the Service records (+) also texted the Business Dept. to remove anything that may still be on their lists. HOPEFULLY THE ISSUE IS REALLY SOLVEDBusinesses don’t have to have the best product they just need to stand out by providing excellent service & treating people right. Businesses forget that service is the most valuable thing one has control over. Even if your product isn’t the best available at minimum provide outstanding service & it should help balance the scales. Sadly many businesses rely on their product(s) alone to sustain themselves & forget that service mattersAs a business & property owner myself I rather have a vacant position or empty house than fill it w-just any warm body. In the long run, that not only minimizes costs / risks but along the way cause less problems & anxiety. Easy(ier) street. That mantra also applies personally too. Take your time. I want to share my shopping experience at this dealership. I leased a 2023 EQB with a fleet manager Cecilia. We agreed with a monthly base amount but the final monthly amount including tax went way over than I expected. After I took delivery of the vehicle. I then realize how she ended up putting the wrong payment amount of the lease contract. I then filed my complaint with her directly and she continues to argue that she was right and I was wrong. She also said there’s nothing she could do and I can take it up to the GM if I wanted to. So I decided to go the hard way. After several attempts - A lead sales manager named Jason took over the responsibility and fixed my lease contract. Jason fixed the base lease amount to what the initial agreement was and went above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with the final results. He is professional, patient, and knowledgeable of what he do. If you ever had a chance to work your lease or purchase deal with Cecilia. Please make sure you double check all the numbers before you sign so you don’t run into the same issue I had. Again, thanks to Jason who saved my deal of not overly paying for what I agreed on.

Hi, my name is Angelina, and I was scammed by Robert and Ray from the West Covina Mercedes dealership when I bought an A35 AMG there. The original paper showed a total price of $64,271.16 (includes tax and everything). After I bought the car and called Mercedes Financial to pay the car off, the price blew up to $80,001. That was when I realized I was scammed by the salesperson and manager at the dealership, because they showed me a $64,271.16 total price but had me sign a document that had a $73,331.52 price instead - they hid the price change by distracting me with a higher-than-agreed interest rate on the original document, which warranted a reprint of the document with the correct interest rate. Once the new document was generated, they made sure my attention was only on the corrected interest rate and tried to hurry me to sign the new agreement without giving me a change to review everything by saying things like it’s close to midnight (closing time) and that their ride is here waiting.

Fast forward to today, I still do not have this 2nd key. The person who sold us the car has ghosted me (I’ve tried calling and texting). We called the location to ask for an update and the girl who answered said that they will leave a note to both the GM and to the person who sold us the car and said that I should get a call back soon. I bought my first Mercedes-Benz GLC here certified pre-owned, Roberto Quiroz was very helpful and treats me friendly. He promised to fix the small scratches and dents etc., in couple of days.The only issue I faced so far is, The car was not completely detailed when it was delivered which has lot of per hairs on floor mats, cargo, behind seats, storage bin etc., and lot of dirt underneath Cargo Tray. But the service department had my car for a week to fix some scratches, re-paint the bumpers and detail the car completely.To my surprise when I went back after five days to pick up my car, I noticed that the car was detailed to remove pet hairs from floor carpets, storage bins but one of the issue I mentioned to clean underneath cargo tray still left dirty. I was disappointed and came home without car.Roberto Quiroz from Sales team felt really bad for me visiting multiple times and he told me that he takes responsibility to get it done and deliver the car to my home and also reimburse my Uber rides. He is really helpful.I am waiting today to see if the car completely cleaned in and out or do I have to go or call them again.

Hopefully Mr. Manukyan will hear about or read this review regarding Envision of Cerritos and respond to my request for a phone call.Im writing to inform all customers of an unpleasant experience with Envision dealership specifically with the GM Shawn Khan.I want all who read this to know how customers and especially all my military Veterans are treated by this dealership. Im a 100 percent disable Air Force Veteran, served 25 years and to be treated rudely was unprofessional and unacceptable. Your customers should not be disrespect in this manner, especially disable Veterans.Ive been having problems with my air bag light coming on and off for quite a while, dating back when the dealership was own by Penske.Ive since brought it to Envision and i was informed due to the new ownership Envision could not be responsible for work that was done by Penske regarding my airbag. I accepted that and moved forward to have Envision determine the issue, being a safety concern to me i needed this airbag issue resolved.I had a conversation with Shawn, Art and the shop foreman in Arts office, they insisted the Airbag was faulty and required replacing, i didnt agree because the car never showed any codes that the air bag needed to be replace. In the meeting all 3 employees said everything else was replace so it has to be the airbag. I asked them to show me the code that indicates the airbag needed to be replace, they could not show me and to this day they still are not able to show me a code indicating to replace the airbag.In the meeting i stated if i pay to have the airbag replace and the light come back on will you (Envision) reimburse me for a part that was not required, they responded yes.I authorized the replacement of the airbag, i picked up my vehicle a few days later, and guess what the airbag light came back on. I took the car back to the dealership, then then said it required a software update and to bring my extra key so they could complete the software upgrade. I brought the spare key, after a couple of days or so i picked up my vehicle.Guess what, within 3 days the light was back on. I took the car back to Envision this time they completed a total wiring harness replacement, as of now the light have not came back on.When i asked Shawn to show me any paperwork that indicated the airbag required to be replaced, he couldnt do it and would become puzzle. Shawn then call Art to his office to explain. Art couldnt find anything saying to replace the airbag, the paperwork Art showed me said replace the harness.As of date the last install of the entire harness has not failed.I believe if they would of replace the entire wiring harness in the manner as they did this last time the airbag would of been a mute point.I would try to explain my concerns to Shawn, he would cut me off and then double talk in an attempt not to hear my concerns.As far as the treatment from Shawn Khan, he was very rude, which i found this to be very unprofessional as a GM representing the Envision image. Im concern because the airbag is a safety concern, God forbid if i get into an accident and the airbag didnt deploy this is a serious safety concern.I informed Shawn if the light comes back on, i would bring it back. Shawn response was well see, and its up to him if i can get my vehicle service at Envision. Basically denying repairs of a serious safety concern.See attached paperwork provided to me by Art and Shawn, none of the documents call for replacing the airbag, it actually provides the details how to fix the problem: (replace the harness)Envision scam me out of 1,800 dollars by replacing a perfectly good part.Thanks all for reading my review.

Everything is great up to 5/19/2023 when I got out of work and noticed my passenger side front tire was flat all the way to the rim. Not a problem, what can I do it happens no one’s fault. But as I remember when I did a walk around of this vehicle and was shown the trunk I asked about run-flats (OEM from factory) because no spare and was told yes. Now I’m looking at the tires installed on my “CPO” and they are cheep Walmart Lionheart Tires on a square setup. When these need to be staggered. I trusted the Mercedes Brand for luxury and trust. Never thought This would happen at a Mercedes Dealership and not what is considered a “flagship” car. Iv reached out to Mark (Used Car Manager) via email and no response. This needs to be fixed. I am now driving another vehicle while my S560 sits collecting dust until the issue is resolved. Do not go here. There are better Mercedes Dealerships around.

I had an AirTag on my keys for safety, but it mysteriously disappeared after I sent my wife to pick up the car due to work. When I checked, the AirTag was already in Las Vegas, 5 hours away. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH MERCEDES BENZ WEST COVINA!! I had seen that they had a Mercedes CLA with the specs that I wanted, so prior to coming In I had been in contact with Zaira Gutierrez as she was assisting me. I asked Zaira multiple times to please send me videos of the exterior and interior of the car and she never sent any and kept coming up with excuses. I set up an appointment being optimistic, drove 45 mins and when I got to see the car, it had a huge dent on the back and scratches all over the car and of course it made sense why she never wanted to send me any videos of the car because she knew I wouldnt have gone when I saw the dent. She mentioned the car had been detailed and reconditioned to be in its best state and what I saw was the car in its worst state. Zaira was never transparent or honest, and when she called over her Sales Manager Arthur Mkrtchyan all he said was Buy the car and we will fix it, if not there will be others who will buy the car the way it is in the most arrogant way - how ridiculous is that. I will never come back to Mercedes Benz of West Covina as they delivered the Worst Customer Service Ive ever seen at a dealership!! I should have read the reviews before coming in as others have shared their horrible experiences here.

We bought a “Certified 2021” Mercedes in summer of 2023 and had it delivered to Texas, however had to take it immediately to dealer in town because a previous repair (which was disclosed per carfax) wasn’t done properly and shouldn’t have passed their certification to resale. AFTER the contract was done, Abraham told us there is only one key. Then, I was forced to buy (Abraham said it was non-negotiable) the Key Replacement Protection program for the price of $995. Then, he told us to call/visit any BMW dealership and tell them I lost a key to get the second key.I visited the local BMW office (was not sure why I had to do all the work, but I did) and asked for an additional key, which is supposed to be covered by the program we had to buy. However, we were told by the BMW local office that the Key Replacement Program will not give me the second key I need.I called Abraham and he said I have to pay for the second key out of pocket and figure it out myself. I called Abraham for the second time, as I could not belive I wasted almost $1,000 and he lied to me. He answered, realized its me, then hung up.What a nightmare this whole process has been. This dealership provides the worst customer service you can think of - lying & scamming their customers. As customers, we have lots of places where we can buy our cars. I can gurantee, visiting this dealership and dealing with someone like Abraham, you will regret buying a car here.

I purchased my brand new AMG E53 Coup from the West Covina dealership in June of 23, going against all of the warnings from the overwhelming amount of negative reviews and my guy instinct to walk away. Unfortunately this was the last car of ours kind in the US, so if it wanted it this was the only option. They lied to me from start to finish from available interest rates with prefect credit score, as well as telling me that they work with Arizona regarding tax rebates. They also pulled that key nonsense that everyone talks about in the other reviews. They claimed the key thing was for people buying used cars that never had a second key. They also made me pay for some nonsense called Zurich Shield, which the local Mercedes dealership has verified is not installed on my vehicle. It took 3 months and finally threatening to get my lawyer involved for them to miraculously locate my missing key and book that comes with the car. They took EVERYTHING extra that comes with the AMG package before I took ownership, claiming they would get it to me, its been 5 months so I am not hopeful. If they didnt have my dream car I would have never flown to California to deal with these scam artists. Youve been warned.

I hope I could give negative. Mercedes Benz is always the go to car brand for my family, we don’t even consider other car brands. This dealership screwed all our good impression for this car brand. We bought our first Mercedes Benz at Penske (who was here before) and the experience was awesome! We sold this car at this dealership (envision) and We lease a new car from them and it was a nightmare getting the deal. It was a torture talking to the sales person here, they are trying all their tricks on you and you feel like you are forced to make the decision you don’t want. When our lease for the current car is almost up, they reached out to us again in a very suffocating manner. They called you during phone calls and keep calling you after you hang them up. They also try to trick you to go over to talk to them (kidnapped by them in person) so they can sell you, regardless of your plan or schedule. Super inconsiderate of other people’s time. This dealership’s salesman has totally forced us to turn in our car to the other Mercedes Benz dealership (because we never ever want to meet in person with them) and switch to another brand.

This was my first time taking my Mercedes to the West Covina location for service. Bad experience to begin with. I was running late because I didn’t know the service department was across the street from the dealership. I received a text message saying “looks like you’ve missed your appointment would you like to reschedule” I replied back saying I’ll be there within 5 minutes and if it’s okay to still go, I also called the dealership to ask if I was still within the time frame to get my car serviced. The advisor Jorge A. Colin Kuri (20801) replied back with the technicians leave @5pm. Once I arrived there I wasn’t greeted by the advisor, he directly went into my car to check mileage and take a video of my car, it would’ve been nice to know that he was my advisor not until after. I asked if I can get my car washed and he said the machine was broken and then after filing the paperwork and waiting for a few minutes he tells me that the service won’t be done the same day due to their machine being broken. It would’ve been nice and considerate to let me know before driving and waiting that the machine was broken. Don’t waste people’s time. He offered me a loaner vehicle however it was going to be a Toyota or Honda when other dealerships offer you their own courtesy vehicles. Yes it’s nice driving a luxurious car but the service is horrible whentaking your car in for maintenance. It looks like this advisor didn’t like his job or wanted to go home already he looked tired and so over it. If you hate your job don’t work in customer service. This gives Mercedes a bad reputation. First time at this location and didn’t get my car serviced, will never go back there.

If not, he should be out and perhaps will be soon according to many negative feedback about him on this page. Dont ever purchase a used or new car from this location. I purchased a used CLA 250 last yr and since my car has had multiple issues. If you are going to buy from this place make sure to bring a mechanic with you to thoroughly inspect the car before purchasing. Multiple staff people dont care about you as soon as you complete the purchase. They will not respond to your concerns and essentially downgrade them as insignificant. Furthermore, consider getting your car serviced at different location as well because the service advisors will initially talk kindly to you but will not give you any specific feedback regarding your car and then youll end up finding out that your car has multiple issue that needed to be addressed but is now out of the warranty timeline. I will be driving 50-100 miles out of my way to avoid this dealership for servicing or purchasing any other Mercedes and would recommend the same to everyone else also.

I purchased my Smart Car which was manufactured by MBZ in 2019 from West Covina. In April of this year I had an accident which has left me without my car since. I still dont have my car. This is down to MBZ not having the part in stock and it constantly being on back order. I know parts are hard to come by but its been almost 5 months without a car. My car was also still under warranty during the accident and MBZ have NOT offered or will allow me to have a loaner car. I cant afford the high rental prices of cars right now especially when my insurance premium went up in price. Every time I call MBZ they tell me the parts is on back order and cant provide an ETA. I have even asked them to buy the car from me so I can move forward but they dont get back to me and I find it hard to get through to anyone. I have called many times!! I am beyond frustrated now as I loved my car and it was very reliable but MBZ cant even provide the parts to fix such simple things as an interior door trim and side airbag. Its disgusting and I will NEVER buy a Mercedes again.

Since date of purchased our extended warranty plan we purchased was never active and added to the total pay off amount in which we are paying interest on every month. I bought this 2022 Mercedes GLC 43 AMG from out of state, and the finance manager Allen didn’t go over the paperwork at all. When I ask for the registration process, he said he would get back to me. The price they first gave me was not the price listed on the vehicle and the tax rate was not the right one too.I contacted them after my visit and asked for the final price to be the real one and to have it on paper or sent to me via email so that I can review it. This started a year ago, I had my 2010 350GLK air conditioning system compressor replaced at MBZ outside shop, they informed me that if anything stoped working during the warrantee period that I had to take it to the dealer, a few months later the replaced compressor went out, so I took it to the dealer they waved the $200.00 dollar service fee after they inspected it because the first replaced compressor went bad, after a few months, I had to take it back a second time, this time they said they were going to charge me $750.00 just to check the system, and that did not include any cost for the second compressor being replaced (still Under Warrantee) so there would be even more cost incurred to fix and or replace the second bad compressor or anything that has happened to the air system, I find this to be truly unfair and a bit of an unethical business practice, this is just my opinion, as for me I would never recommend that anyone have there vehicles worked on by them, they dont seem to care about the customer or warranted work, they just want to make a buck anyway they can. P/S Im out $2000.00 and I still have no air conditioning in my car. Ive taken my car to two reputable MBZ shops and both confirm that it was the compressor and MBZ west Covina will not accept another diagnosis accept their own. I have purchased 2 vehicles from envision motors and I will never buy another vehicle from them. so very disapointed.

The GM Todd is the definition of a sleezy, rude, used car salesmen. I did 2 lease deals at this very dealership 3 years ago with the previous GM Darren and he was a class act. Nothing bad to say about him, but whoever owns Envision group may want to consider who he or she has running the place. Numbers were up due to covid here and not due to the staff. I would not be surprised if the GM is gone in 3 years time he was rude and insulting during price negations. He made his own staff feel uncomfortable and he is unprofessional. I’ve had the same issue three times with my convertible tops on three cars of the same model and the service department didn’t listen to my experience to solve the issue permanently! It’s under warranty now but their department won’t fix a visibly damaged component of the top. In the past it was Laguna Niguel with my 2008 and 2013, and the service department kicked the can down the road only to agree to fix it when the car went out of warranty. West Covina is no different!On top of this, they had my car for several weeks making me think they were replacing the parts. When I picked it up I found out they only tightened a strap which doesn’t solve the visible crack issue in the convertible tops plastic parts. And I even sent them a detailed email on why simply tightening won’t solve the cracked part. It makes it worse.

I unfortunately bought a vehicle through Allen, who after selling me my vehicle, stopped responding to my calls or texts. Reception gives you the run around and does not answer your questions, transfers you to the wrong person, and gives attitude. Management is even worse, because they have the power to make it right, make you feel important and a buyer, and treat you right; instead they shrug you off, proceed to give poor service, try to continue to sell you for product you dont need. I Lost a Key To 2016 Smart, I had To Tow The Car To west Covina Mercedes, George Kakish Ask Me To Authorize For Diagnostic, And He Told Me Will Coast you About $2900.00 For programing a new key and other parts needed, How Ever After 3 Months The Car Never Got a new Key, He Called And Ask For Additional $4500.00.And He Said, He Can Not Even Guaranty This Will Work. To Get The Car started, I had To pay $2500.00 To Get The Car Back and tow it back. Please See Attached Invoice

ROBERT Q. Sold me car with a split in the driver seat and was patched at the time of purchase. Got home later that day and noticed it. Ask if they can fix it. He told to bring there. I dropped the car off waited for hrs so I called to see what’s going. He told me that can’t fix it! Which makes no sense and he had me wait for hrs for disappointment!

DON’T BUY FROM DENISE. Horrible communication and bad business practice. Nearly got scammed and told that LAST MINUTE I was going to have a “market adjustment” of $15,000 on a car I was buying. What a joke. Take your business to another dealership.

Too bad there is no zero rating, worst experience ever, very unprofessional, simply go to other MB dealers, they wasted my time, I am excellent buyer. what a waste. they are not honest about the price, false promises, first they asked for 10 k over sticker, then $20 k over sticker, I went there despite the fact that I already saw their many bad reviews, but just because they have the car I want, no body else does just by chance, they took advantage and kept manipulating and changing the deal once they knew I really want that car and I can pay for it, horrible dishonest management, I will report this horrible experience to Mercedes Benz headquarter .

Salesperson does make a big difference. I talked to few other guys from this dealership. I purchased my EQS450 from Sally just because her great customer service. She is very straight forward with all the price and nogotiating process
