2024-06-21 03:06:48[Part 2, there are two parts in total as the dealers ridiculousness is well over the character limit]Irresponsible Service:Despite returning to your service department, the issues were not adequately addressed. I was provided with a Toyota RAV4 as a loaner vehicle, which is unusual for a Mercedes dealership catering to GLS owners. When I collected my car, it was unwashed, the plastic issue was unresolved, paperwork was missing, and the back left wheel hub was scratched. The service manager, Mr. Rian, was indifferent to these issues, offering no sincere apologies or compensation. The blind spot assist issue also remains unresolved after multiple attempts. I demand a thorough explanation and immediate resolution.Missing Keys:There has been confusion regarding the delivery of the second set of keys. Initially informed they would be delivered later, I later received conflicting information regarding their availability. I request clarification on the official procedure for key delivery and confirmation of when they will be provided.Negligent Management:Despite being advised that Mr. Todd Kazariane could resolve my concerns, I have been unable to reach him despite multiple attempts. His assistant claimed he was in day-long meetings, yet I observed him at the dealership during these times. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable.Persistent Dishonesty:Despite presenting evidence of these issues, Mr. Aaron continues to deny, fabricate excuses, and shift blame. This behavior is deeply concerning and further exacerbates my dissatisfaction.The only individual who has shown responsibility throughout is Jacky Ding, one of my salesperson. However, these issues are beyond his control.

2024-04-02 05:56:19Looking at a EQS 450 SUV, i cut a deal w saleman Adam over text and phone. Went into pickup vehicle working w Edward the finance guy, i was expecting to sign some papers as agreed and get out of there. NOPE.They had me there 2 hours as they try to renegotiate the deal telling me Adam was an idiot as he screwed up the deal and I took advantage of a new salesman. LoL...Amongst the 2 sales guys and the back and forth sales mgr/GM, these guys have no integrity, no respect for customers time, and certainly plays the mold of a car salesman to a T. Given todays internet, tiktok, reviews to keep businesses honest, they just dont give a damn.

2024-05-27 01:01:40We went to 2 different car lots and couldn’t get a deal. Came to Mercedes Benz in West Covina and the experience I had was the best. Stress free and Abraham Kolandjian is the man. Great customer service and the team all around help to make this happen. Thank you Mercedes Benz West Covina. I’ll be back for sure!!

2024-06-25 01:37:07Trying to lease car with these guys is a bad idea and a general mistake. They are deceptive and use pressure tactics to get you to sign documents. They run credit before even saying yes to a deal. Create false promises just to get you the sale. Buyers beware. Nobody at this dealership takes responsibility for their behavior and they are all sales reps acting as managers. Customer service is awful as well. The only people I have encountered who are nice are in the service department. Some of the reviews about this dealership here are spot on. I will make sure to use my influence to let everyone I know not to do business with these folks.

2024-06-09 11:10:25Purchased a C300 and was assisted by Denise, a Sales Consultant. One of the better experiences I’ve had with a dealership and staff. She was super insightful and really transparent about the entire process. Didn’t feel pushed or unattended too, and I really appreciated being able to walk away with a deal I felt comfortable with. Lastly, she even offered to drive my rental car back to my home which is about 30mi away. Didn’t expect that level of care or assistance and I sincerely appreciated it. I’d definitely recommend.

2024-06-11 01:46:03I would not recommend entertaining this location as a reputable dealer. Several times I have been provided misleading and contradicting information from its employees. First I went to look at a vehicle that is advertised online as a lease special only to be told by a sales rep that the car was not eligible to be leased. A week later I called the same rep to confirm because the website has not changed, his response was unchanged. So I then decided to call and ask for a manager I was transferred to someone and asked him to confirm he was a manager he said he was. Then I asked if the same car I had previously looked at could be leased, his response was the opposite of the sales rep. I then later found out that this person was not even a manager but just another sales rep. On a separate occasion I was lied to by a normal sales rep who told the same lie about being a manager. There are much better local Mercedes dealers with better customer service.
