I went to Mercedes Benz of Walnut creek to get an estimate for my new windshield replacement sometime the end of May, beginning of . Upon my arrival, there was a place available to park which was vacant, there was a cement block which will let you know to stop, mind you there is a tree just beyond in front. I then pulled up and noticed that my front bumper was hitting the cement block and then pull back scraping my front bumper, this was due to the tree roots growing under and raising the cement block which is no noticeable until you are out and looking. I am always very careful as my car had no scratches or scrapes as I take very good care of all my cars. I wanted to bring this to the attention to the dealership at this incident as this dealership Is a luxury brand and our cars are very expensive. I proceeded to speak to a gentlemen, giving me the estimate and the Service manager about what happened to my car, they both went out to the site in which this took place, I expressed you can tell this has happened many time, service manager stated they have a construction crew on site working and they would have them fix this situation. I said that would be great, I will be going on vacation and when I get back, I will setup a time to have my windshield replaced and see what you can do about the scrapes on my front bumper. No problem was the reply. The following week, I went in before my leaving on vaca, paid for the new windshield and setup an appointment to have it replace. They gave me a date 6/18/24 for replacement, on 6/17/24 I called in to see if it would be possible to bring my care in and get a loner a day early as I work at 6 am, spoke to Alex who made me feel as he was doing me a huge favor (exception) making me feel belittled to get a loner earlier, ugh! As long as I got there before 4 pm that day. I then got into the dealership around 2pm and was teamed up with AJ, who I have never worked with before to have my windshield replacement. I also expressed my concern, what I was told in my previous visits to how MBofWC, should be able to correct my bumper while having the work done to my car, his statement was I doubt if there is anything we can do, I expressed this was not what I was told to me prior visits. He was not very supportive and I just felt non important as a customer. I feel once you purchase your car the compassion is gone. The next day 6/18/24 I received a text of some concerns of repairs for my car where needed which were not. I replied back giving them a no response to the repairs of something other than my front bumper, and no mention of it. I then ask AJ about the bumper and his reply was you can buy some touchup paint and fix it yourself. I stated you want me to buy this when it was your establishment that was the reason for this, they will not install the touchup per his reply as well. AJ also stated I could reach out to my insurance as they were not responsible for the damage. I expressed I this will go to BBB, Yelp and MB Corporate, I will also go to The Bureau of Automotive Repair. It is very sad that the customer service and compassion for others due to the companies lack of responsibility. The total cost of my windshield was about $1500 mind you and a scraped bumper, that was the extra bonus that I did not ask for.

I recently got a GLC Coupe from Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek with Danny Baptista. I highly recommend working with Danny if you’re interested in finding a Mercedes that suits you. He’s very transparent, honest, and forward about all details. He ensures and prioritizes that you’re satisfied with your purchase over anything. I’ve been to multiple Mercedes Benz dealerships throughout the North and South Bay, and without a doubt, Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek had the best service on multiple occasions. I’m from the South Bay and would travel to Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek again just to work with Danny Baptista. My mom was with me when I got my car and she’s already planning on getting her next car with him soon.

Please do not purchase a vehicle from them. At least one other person on here is having similar issues as me. I purchased a brand new car in 2022. Right off the bat, I was having technical issues; screen going back, loud noises, & connection issues. I have had to leave my car in the shop multiple times for days at a time. It has been a huge inconvenience. The safety of their customers does not exist! I recommend you all file a complaint to the BBB & call corporate and advocate for yourselves.

I had such a great experience buying my first car! I talked with Angel on the phone and it really helped me gauge where I wanted to go and look at cars. Everyone there was super friendly, especially Bao who guided me through the process as a first timer! He was super friendly and had such a positive attitude. If you are a student in college looking for help with buying a car talk with Bao, he really took his time and made the experience less stressful! I super grateful to have found my car at this dealership

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Adrian at Mercedes-Benz WC. He was super helpful and kept great communication with us. Since we were looking for a used car, he would constantly keep us updated with anything new coming through the dealership. Because of his great communication skills, we were able to find the exact car we were looking for. Everyone we came in contact with during our buying experience were super helpful and kind.
