2024-06-25 16:54:36I just recently purchased myself a new/used vehicle from Mercedes South Bay. I truly can say that the staff is so friendly and helpful. Diana was my sales person and she made the process of getting into my dream car a breeze. She walked me through options throughly and I am greatly appreciative. I also would like to mention Jeimy who works in Finance, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. There were a few repairs that needed to be done a few days after I initially purchased up the vehicle and both Natalie and Pablo in the service department helped me tremendously. Natalie was my primary service provider and she made sure I got into a loaner vehicle quickly both times and she kept me update on the status of my car repairs. I also received a video from the repair technician showing what services had been completed. I found that to be so helpful. Overall I had a great experience and I look forward to purchasing another beautiful vehicle in the near future. Thanks again everyone!!!

2024-02-28 18:35:24The service from this dealership was satisfactory. I received a great offer and got a new Mercedes. The dealership give a benefit to me - they delivered my new car to my home. But the most interesting thing began a day after purchasing a new Mercedes... On the second day of owning the car, the headlights stopped work!!! This was a huge surprise for me!!! But an even bigger surprise and disappointment was the Mercedes repair service!!! I gave the car in for repairs on the second day after purchase!!! The next day they called me from the Mercedes service center and said that my car was repaired and I could pick it up. And then I got the next surprise: while driving in a repaired new Mercedes, I saw that the car was in exactly the same non-working condition - the headlights also didn’t light up!!!! I returned the new car I bought a couple of days ago for re-repair! And only this time the service center repaired my car... finally the headlights working!I also requested information from the employees of the dealership and service center - why my new car is missing one function presented in the advertising picture of the official website of the Mercedes dealership for the model of my car. None of the employees gave me an answer, all the employees said that they would find out everything and solve this problem…. but no one contacted with me after and no one gave me an answer or solution to my request!

2024-04-15 14:46:40I purchased a vehicle from this location and the service was magnificent. I had the pleasure of working with Sam aka “Sam I am” and he made the process smooth & stress free. After going back and forth he was able to get me the deal I wanted. He even purchased me a Mercedes umbrella to go with my new car being it was pouring down outside. He was very thoughtful and easy to work with. I highly recommend you see Sam if visiting this location. He’s the top seller there and I see why. 2024-06-19 00:05:485 stars for Emily Solis. You can walk into a dealership and It takes one person to make or break a whole dealership. buying a car pretty much always ends at the service department, they either ruin it for you or make you feel good about owning a Mercedes. Emily has gone above and beyond anything i have experienced. Helping me out with the Issues of my LEMON 2022 EQS580. Yes the car giving me a headache. but the service is Epic. hats off to you. Thank you for always making it easy and being very professional.

2023-12-27 21:03:48Ive never had an easier experience buying, or even leasing, a car in my life! When I made my appointment Monika was extremely responsive and made me feel at ease before I even got there. When I arrived, the beautiful sweetheart Ms. Linda at the front desk got me to where I needed to be -- with Ms. Brigette Barbie, who showed me the car of my dreams! Once I was sold on which car I wanted to purchase, she made sure to pull out all the stops and push things through quickly due to my busy schedule. Once I got to finance, Tom took wonderful care of me as well. Barbie put a ribbon on my new baby, took pics, changed the plates, and I was out of there in no time! The customer service has even extended beyond my in person experience as Barbie and some other team members have reached out to make sure everything was going ok and to schedule my first service. Thank you everyone at Mercedes SB for making my experience so quick, easy and pleasant.

2024-04-11 12:50:44I had the worse experience with the service department. My car was towed into South Bay Mercedes at around 9:15 am. I had already told them it was coming because of a flat tire with a screw in it. I was told the tire was not in stock but it had been ordered and would be available late that afternoon or early morning the next day. I was told that there were no loaner vehicles so I had to miss a day of work. Linda, my service advisor was pleasant. She was able to get me a loaner car. My only complaint is that I called her and left multiple messages beginning at 9am, about the status of my vehicle and I did not get a response back until 12:28 pm after I had left a message stating I was going to return the loaner so I would not be charged the $150 fee that I had to sign and agree to when I checked out the loaner vehicle. I also said I would be there at 3pm and I hope my car would be ready by then. Linda responded that the tire arrived at 10:30 am … but it was then 2 hours after arrival so my complaint was why my messages were stillNever returned, or I was not notified until I reached out about my plans to return the loaner and my expect of the car being ready when I arrived. When I arrived to pick up my car they had gave it a quick wash and I appreciated that. As I was driving to pick my children up, my car alerted me now that three hours f my tires had insufficient air, I immediately called and text Linda, who asked could I turn around and bring it back . I told her that i could not because I had to pick my children up from school. So she asked me to bring it first thing tomorrow morning. So nowI have to waste more gas coming out of my way to bring the car back ! Once I got to my kids school I walked around the car and checked my tires, I noticed that my rim was scratched and the air cap had not been replaced. This morning, I did not go into work again because all four of my tires are at low pressure and I need to get this issue resolved ASAP ! This is my first time dealing with Mercedes and I have to say at this point I am not impressed! I have been driving Chevrolet, from my first car in 1999 a Chevy cavalier, to a Chevy Tahoe, to Chevy traverse x 3 and I never had an experience like this one at Mercedes! My expectations were too high I guess ! But I amFor sure that my future service for my car will be done at a different location! Completely unsatisfied with the service and sales department! THE WORSE!

2024-02-15 19:17:13My sales advisor, Karnel, was excellent to work with. I purchased my car out of state and never saw the car in person. Karnel sent extra photos and videos, and was very responsive. I wish every dealership made purchasing this easy!

2024-06-21 16:15:09Linda called BEFORE the appt to let me know the expectations of the service. She was thoroughly courteous, professional and most importantly knowledgable in the whole process of repairing the car! She sent me constant updates on the car and contacting her was a breeze. Linda will be my only service advisor as long I own the car!
