2023-12-26 16:45:12Hands down one of the smoothest buying experience I’ve ever had. Purchased few BMW’s before and this is my first time buying a merc. DIEGO went ABOVE and BEYOND to help and accommodate everything I needed to close the deal. If you’re ever buying a vehicle in palm springs look for DIEGO. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hrs (usually 4hr+ at other dealership). Thank you again Diego for your excellent customer service and quick initiatives. 2024-06-20 01:24:02Drove into Service and asked if I could have my MB GLE 350 checked for fluids and tire pressure. Chris assisted me immediately. He was so very friendly and helpful--making sure I was comfortable during my wait and brought me a bottled water. Then he even had my car washed without even asking. Chris went above and beyond with excellent service at our local Mercedes Benz!!

2024-01-20 07:54:22Ive purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime and have since grown accustomed to dreading the typical dealership experience but this entire experience blew me away. I live in San Diego, but was introduced to Cody through a mutual friend in Palm Springs. I was looking for an extremely specific spec and had a limited timeline to find it. Cody is a rockstar - he found the perfect build within a single business day and secured a dealer trade. It took me a week to get up to Palm Springs, but as soon as I put eyes on the car, I knew I was taking it home. There really are no words to express how impressed I am. Im looking forward to working with Cody again to find my wifes next car soon. Lifetime customer, thank you!!

2024-05-13 22:29:13Had an amazing experience purchasing my new car from Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs. I worked with Cody Vierra as my sales associate and he made the purchase experience easy and enjoyable. This is the first car I purchased on my own and he made sure he explained every part of the deal and transaction through the leasing.The facility is beautiful and well maintained and everyone was so nice. I even had to cover a work Zoom call and Cody set me up in a private office to conduct my business.I will definitely go back for all my service needs and to purchase another new car in the future should the need arrive. And I love my new plug in hybrid GLE450e - so hard to find and they had two for me to choose from! I highly recommend you visit them and reach out to Cody!

2024-03-28 06:57:24Great, Service Department, outstanding Customer Service! Traveling through the area from another state I experienced a problem with my car. I called Mercedes-Benz of Palm Springs and was connected to Margarita in the service department. She listened to my issue and while noting the shop was really busy, she asked me to come down immediately to have my car checked. I arrived at her desk...2 cell phones going, a lit up computer screen and Margarita working like a busy bee with customers. I thought she was overwhelmed and that it would take forever to get help, let alone even her attention. To my surprise however, she was on it! She attentively listened to my issue, immediately picked up the phone to talk to a technician and in minutes asked for my key to get things checked out! Ultimately having my issue identified, she got me onto their repair schedule and even better, they completed the repair a few days ahead of the promised completion date! Margarita kept me updated on a regular basis and took the time to double check that everything was repaired! I couldnt be happier!

2024-04-30 18:01:13Emergency Stop feature was not functioning properly. MB ordered a new steering wheel from Germany and after installation and adjustments, our GLC300 now runs better than ever. The whole process took 3 days of which a loaner car was provided. Unexpectedly, it was a very pleasant experience. Thanks to Jenna for keeping me updated on progress and for getting this done.

2022-09-02 16:19:52Where do I begin with this experience after receiving my work van back. Before I left the dealership after taking it in for engine issues and leaving it for the day to get serviced. When receiving my work van back I decided to check the back of the van (always trust your gut feeling) as to my surprise all my work tool fell out of the door! The person who serviced my van I understand had to test drive my van but I didn’t think he would do so carelessly. My shelves that I had installed my self were broken off causing everything to fall and even something to break! This is how I make my living by obviously using my tools for my line of daily work. I went back inside to talk to the service advisor Jeff. Quote on quote Jeff said “well the technician did say something fell.” Why wasn’t I informed in the first place, if I would of drove off and not checked my van I would have been stuck dealing with it. Well let me get to the good part, I am dealing with it after leaving it over night in the dealership parking lot so they can’t state “you did and now blaming us.” to speak with the service manager Michael. After speaking with Michael and feeling very dismissed because he had a doctors appointment, I didn’t have a chance to say anything. I felt like he didn’t want to hear me out. All Michael the manager could state was “well they aren’t industry shelves” so basically oh well! NO THE POINT IS IF YOUR SERVICE WORKER DIDN’T DRIVE SOMEONE ELSE VEHICLE CAREFULLY IF SO THIS WOULDNT HAVE HAPPENED!!! I’ve been driving my work van with my self built shelves for over about 5mon now and NEVER had had this happen to me, even when hauling a dump trailer this has NEVER HAPPENED! They DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS because if they did I would have been heard by Michael and felt better leaving this morning with speaking with him. Their service people do not care for your vehicle when they service them!!! The technician needs to be honest and say he wasn’t driving it properly which caused this to happen. He wasn’t careful Because it’s not his vehicle right. This is gonna cost my company approximately $1,500-$3,000 to fix!! I informed Jeff my table saw handle had broke off that’s one tool I noticed. I’m not really the type of person on leaving reviews at all but after leaving and feeling very dismissed by the manager Michael I have to share my experience with the rest of their customers. They do not treat peoples property well. Michael the service manager also had the attitude as if he couldn’t be touched and that’s not there fault this happened it’s my fault. I mentioned corporate he kinda gave a Smirk like saying in his head let’s see how far you can go with that. I just don’t understand and is this how you return someone’s vehicle and do business? I would leave no starts but it doesn’t let me as I left with not trust in my local Palm Spring’s Mercedes dealer. Attached are photos of the damages, there’s also damage to the body of the sprinter from everything falling.

2024-03-21 14:14:42Had the most amazing experience here. We have a Mercedes Sprinter Chassis RV that started making horrible noises underneath while hiking in the area. We just dropped by to see if they could take a look as we were afraid to drive any further. Nick Shay and Jeff Thush were able to get us right in and determine the cause was a loose sway bar. We were out of there within and hour at no cost ( as we were still under warranty)I have been a Mercedes owner for years and this by far exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend them for your service needs!

2024-06-16 19:41:37I have been going to this Mercedes’ dealership for over 20 years. My go to person is Brenda Dryden. She has sold me at least 6 cars. I am going back for the e-vehicles. I am also a fan of their service team. Polite, courteous, and accomodating. My advisor is Mike who has seen me thru the decades. It speaks highly of the organization where there is little or no turnover.
