2024-03-11 23:41:56Had the worst experience here out of all the Mercedes Authorized service center. I was here twice previously for some problems on my car and were told they “can’t replicate “ the problems therefore no repair was done. I went to Beverly Hills Benz and they were able to fix those same problems. Last time I was here for a misfire on my car. I was told the same they couldn’t fix anything and they are charging me diagnostic fee for a car that is under warranty. My service advisor Tyler usually takes at least 3 hours to reply to a text message and were slow to give me any updates or answer my questions. I got charged $200 more for the same work that another Mercedes service center performed before. I only agreed to do the work if they could waive the diagnostic fee which is common practice since it’s the same area of the engine. Tyler made it sound like he did me a favor by “waiving” the fee. And when I picked up my car the technician left trash in the cupholder(some opened gelatin snack ) I was told the manager would be contacting me but never got a call. Still waiting on that call

2024-05-24 04:24:19The service guy Perry was so so awsome, kind, helpful and prompt. Everyone was helpful even the guy in the suit I think he was the manger he was keeping me updated on what was going on with my car. Perry made sure they washed my car which it needed so bad Im so thankful for that. I had to get 2 front tires plus alignment the price was just fine compared to other places I had been looking at another place wanted more than the dealership. Some places didnt even include the alignment. I will be returning to get an oil change and to fix a recall my car has, they will provide a loaner which is awesome. When Im ready to trade in this Mercedes for a new one I will be coming to Mercedes Arcadia.

2024-06-19 02:45:45Service is usually satisfactory but today was a disappointment. They had my car the whole day and waited until the end of the day to let me know they could not service in honor of the initial appointment. It is very inconvenient especially because they don’t provide a loaner anymore - they provided Uber - but I was on my own trying to figure out a way to pick my kids up from school. Literally wasted today.

2024-04-10 05:42:01Best service I’ve had from a dealer. Kudos to their management team.Our 2023 C300 sunroof glass spontaneously shattered and we were really stressed by the expensive bill ($3-4K).We first got turned down by west covina MB because they insisted MB manufactures perfect glasses and it must be the customer who broke the glass (even though I pointed to the manager that the shattered glass were going towards the sky) they just want our business and make 4 grand from us.It wasn’t a fun experience.We then decided to walked in to this Arcadia dealer and got well communicated that they’ll need to go through MB to approve the warranty but the manager Phil will try his best to fight for us.Manager Phil is very kind, patient, and professional. He listens to customers needs and fights for them with MB for warranty approvals.He made the process as little stressful as possible to us and we really had a great experience at this dealership.And we weren’t let down in the end!Even they were really packed we got our car back in less than a week with a new sunroof covered by warranty.MB should feel proud about this dealership.

2024-06-05 02:42:20This dealership has the best customer service. I’ve been a customer for the past 10-12 years. The employees are all very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. No matter what part of the dealership you visit everyone is nice. From the parts department, sales front desk, service front desk, cashiers office, sales representatives, everyone is great. John R. normally assist me on the service side and he is the best. He communicates well. I have never felt the need to reach out to him, he is constantly updating me. I purchased a vehicle from them 3-4 months ago and I had the best sales experience. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase, and was not forced to purchase additional services. It’s amazing that they don’t have hidden vehicle add ons. I own 3 Benz and they have all been serviced here. I’ve always have had a great experience. My sister also gets her vehicle serviced here and she would agree with me. Not all Mercedes dealerships have the same customer service. I scheduled a serviced appointment at another local Mercedes dealership couple months ago. They do not belong to RUSNAK and I will not be going back again, they couldn’t compare to this dealership in Arcadia.

2024-04-29 22:55:08I had a great experience with my service by the Services Manager Perry. He made sure to check with the parts department and techs that they had everything to provide my services that included a brake job with new rotors, and other parts. He also made sure it would be ready for me to pick up the same day even though I didn’t get checked in until 10A. This dealership is lucky to have Perry helping customers.

From the minute you are welcomed by the reception area to the incredible customer service to the video shared by the technician checking my vehicle is an 100%+ positive experience. But who really makes the experience is Tyler. He is incredible, excellent, so easy going, make you feel that he is 100% taking care of your needs with my vehicle. Awesome job Tyler. Thanks for everything you do and for a painless experience taking my vehicle in for maintenance.

2024-03-27 23:57:39Another outstanding service experience at Rusnak Arcadia. My vehicle was thoroughly inspected and serviced…giving me continued peace of mind. And this happened because my service advisor, Ophelia is top notch! She reviews with me the work that needs to be done and is patient and complete in her explanations to me. I feel like a “top tier” customer with Ophelia…not just another person walking through the door. Completely satisfied with the work of Rusnak
