I recently went into Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia to view a used Hyundai Santa Fe that was posted on the internet at the dealership in Arcadia. I was contacted immediately about my interest by Scott & made an appointment to see the vehicle. Great Customer Service by Scott/Stacy. I bought the vehicle and was very happy about the transaction & financing. Mind you I traveled over 60 miles because I knew that the dealership was very reputable. All in all great experience!!

I completed an out of state purchase here on a 2019 e450 wagon and it was great. Scott helped me through the entire process, and it went as smooth as I could have imagined. Stacey also helped me the few times Scott was busy or out of office. I flew out the second it became available, looked at the car, purchased it (if youre out of state you need to pay upfront, not lease), went through the paperwork, and flew home. It still needed to complete CPO certification (including new tires) before shipping out, and Scott stayed in touch with me the entire time and even included photos and text updates from the technicians (even after I had already paid for everything). It would have been easier for him to sell this car in state (it was a great deal on a car with only 7k miles) but he still worked with me on everything. The car arrived today and is in perfect condition. Thanks Scott!

My experience was fantastic. I bought my dream car, and am incredibly excited. But, while I did a fair amount of research, I had some thoughts about a few different models and questions. It is, after all, a large, consequential purchase. Rong was the sales consultant I was lucky enough to get. I was able to establish a great rapport with him quickly. Once he got a sense of me and what was important to me, he answered my questions in meaningful ways, which allowed me to very confidently make my choice. He was never pushy. Only respectful. He also went above and beyond in many other ways. Ted, the who I believe works in finance / is a manager, was also absolutely fantastic. It was an amazing experience I won’t forget.

We spent the day going to a few different dealerships, and it is clear that customer service has definitely declined at most places, especially after 2020. Our experience at Arcadia’s Mercedes was wonderful and way exceeded our low expectations due to our dealings earlier in the day. Jack and Greg went over and beyond to help us find our perfect car. Not only great customer service, but genuine care in getting to know their clients. Even after our purchase, they followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly. The lot is expansive which means great inventory, and the dealership was big and comfortable. Thank you Jack and Greg! Will definitely come back in the future.

The best experience we have had at a Mercedes dealerships was in the market to get a car and went and talk to Amish five dealerships till we, my family and I came to Arcadia. Brian was lovely to talk to very helpful and extremely engage with his customers and eager to assist. A not hassle no gimmick And or games on the deals either. You will not be disappointed. Worst car buying experience ever. Having purchased countless cars over the years from all over the country, this is the only dealer who is giving me a hard time about an Out of State transaction.Worked with salesperson Scott for 4 weeks to get to a agreed price, he was GREAT to work with, once they accepted my offer I called to give a deposit. On a Saturday I spoke to the General Sales Manager Greg to give deposit and get purchase agreement together and he was extremely condescending and patronizing.I told him that I would wire the money for the car, and Id fly down and drive it home and I would handle all the registration and everything. He told me NO you cannot do that, you have to ship the car, and They need to arrange all the shipping. (They just wanted to make more money off of me). He then said and I quote You want to buy a car your way, if you want this car you have to do it our way .... WOW...... so incredibly rude. I told him I wasnt happy about this and I would call him back on Monday (two days later since they were closed on Sunday). Now Monday I call back to finalize everything, no one will take my call. Scott my really nice and good salesperson is out of the store that day, and his associate Stacey was too busy to take my call and deposit, and that yesterday (Sunday when they were closed), another salesperson put a deal together and the client was coming in today to finalize everything.Total nightmare, waste of time, and the ding on my credit for applying for a loan was unnecessary.Do Not do business with these guys, they will jerk you around and treat you like they are doing you a massive favor by taking a large amount of money for a used car. Anywhere else in LA would be better to buy a car. And if you are out of state.... good luck to you.... these guys couldnt be worse to deal with.

My sister is in the market for a GLE 53. I reached out and I was connected to Alex Xu. I set the appointment to test drive and purchase the vehicle. This was the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life from any car dealership. He was not knowledgeable about the vehicle whatsoever. The whole process was very rushed. The vehicle he pulled up for us had the wrong package so I asked if I can walk the lot and see the right package in person. He then proceeded to say he didn’t want his time wasted so he’d prefer if we didn’t walk the lot? He didn’t go over any bells and whistles of the car with my sister at all he didn’t even seem like he wanted to be there. No waters were offered either, he told us we can go down the street to the mini mart if we wanted some. Extremely money hungry. Got my trade appraised at a dealership and when I asked him for that trade value he said “where are you getting those numbers from? Sounds like you have big hopes and dreams!” Just cut me off every time I spoke and talked over me any chance he could.

This was my first and I am sure last trip to this dealership. I made an appointment to take my new EQS 450 ( I got leased it new 2 months ago) since my sunroof wasnt closing. I have been driving like this for 2 days. My appointment was at 7 am. I.netered the facility at 7 and front desk took me to the service advisor saying this is your service advisor and he will help me. The service advisor looked at us and said I am still logging in I could tell he was very unhappy. I waited for 5-10 min and came up to me and we went to look at my car. Without even identifying the problem as we were walking to my car he said you have to leave your car here for 2 days (he doesnt even know whats the problem) . I said okay can I get any kind of a loaner he said no. I said okay is there a rental car place around here, I will pay for my own rental since I need a car. He said I dont know I think there is enterprise I dont know when they open ( and all this with a tone like I just woke him up and he is mad at me). I said okay I will go check out the enterprise and rent a car. So.i asked him again willmo get ny car back in 2 days he said no 3 days (he said 2 days 2 min ago). It was very apparent that my business wasnt welcome here. I mean if you dont like coming to work, get another job. I switch from Audi and really regret my decision. When getting a 120k car tou would expect at least some kind of customer service.

I had a great experience when purchasing the vehicle but when it comes to treating the customer with their concerns they’re horrible. I had a horrible experience with Phill ( service manager) and David (service advisor). I live in Fresno but I purchased my car from here because I was recommended by a family member. We have purchased over 5+ cars from here. I called to book an appointment for my car to be checked out under warranty and needed a loaner vehicle. Lady over the phone told me it wouldn’t be an issue. I came in and picked up the the car and David and Phil gave me a hard time regarding how many miles I can drive or where I can take the car. I have purchased cars from other Mercedes dealers and never gave me restrictions on where I can drive or how far I can drive.Phill stated “I will give you one time courtesy to take the vehicle over 75 miles” and will still charge .75c a mile that I went over. I had to purchase a hotel so they wouldnt charge me for something they originally stated they wouldnt charge me for.Horrible place, look into their policies before purchasing your car here. I’d recommend other dealers.

I had such a horrible experience at this dealership when dropping my car off for a recall service. Mercedes is such a luxurious brand and the people they have working there give it a bad reputation. The two ladies working in the front desk shouldn’t be working there they have a horrible attitude and have poor customer service. Starting from when I arrived no one checked me in, I had to walk to the front of the desk to check in. The lady checking me in for the loaner didn’t explain to me any of the details of the loaner or told me to sign the agreement. The advisor didn’t even do a walk through with me, it’s like they did a sloppy job. They shouldn’t be working there if they don’t like their jobs. One of ladies told the other lady “ I’m going to give her this car since it’s here” and the other very rude lady says “ I don’t care what you do she’s not my customer” that is very unprofessional for customers to hear that. The advisor calls me the next day stating my car is ready for pick up and I have until 8pm to pick up my car through the sales department,when I arrive they couldn’t find my car key and the two people working there looked as confused and lost as I was. They finally found my key with the paper work and I asked them are you going to follow me to get the loaner car key and the girl said “ no you can just leave it there in the car” these people had no care in the world and no sense of urgency to help. I will never go back to this dealership they did not make me feel like a valued customer.

My Fiancé and I were shopping around to get me a new car. I loved my previous Audi and was shopping around between Audi and Mercedes. When we got to Mercedes in Arcadia we were really pleased with how kind everyone was. I guess we were sort of expecting to be pushed around into getting a car, but it was a relaxing experience. We had the pleasure of working with Jay Cao who showed us the GLC 300 I was wanting and gave us the space to consider our options. In the end, we came back and moved forward with the car. Jay was able to get us a brand new GLC 300 with a great deal, and was kind and relaxed which is the only attitude you need when leasing or buying a car. It can be stressful, but Jay and Mercedes at Arcadia made it very pleasant and we feel confident to reach out for anything at all. Super happy with our experience. I’m in love with my car.

Personally wouldn’t work with Bruce he wasn’t the best or courteous salesman just rushed me through the test drive and demo and walked like 3 times faster regardless of us, very awkward experience glad I got another salesman to work with me after. And please be aware of them hiding back on available discounts just because they show you some of them upfront. Also what dealer leaves a vehicle on their website still 4 days after it’s sold.

March 8, 2024 was my first and last visit due to poor customer service. First of all it was my daughter whom was purchasing a Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 Coupe. The dealership is Beautiful but the Salesman are being taught to LIE and keep the Customers there for hours. In my daughter’s case first day 3 hours. Completing paperwork and was approved for 40,000 thur Capital One. However, this is where the lies start. Sales person says that he’s waiting for approval from Capital One stating that they did send the approval letter approve it. My daughter called Capital One and was toldShe was approved. Day 2, because she has an account with a credit union she was approved by them and a check was handed to her. Down to the dealership and a two hour wait before seeing the finance person and handing the check over to him. I would not recommend purchasing any vehicle from them even if you’re paying cash.

I cant say enough about MB of Arcadia, they truly deliver! From the lovely Sadith Ching who helped us with our test drives & made the whole experience special, to the amazing Peter Lieu who made it so quick and easy with paperwork for our lease, this was a truly incredible and luxe experience! Previously my husband and I had shared a Tesla Model 3 for 5+ years and I really wanted an luxury EV SUV (we have solar at our house and are used to the EV lifestyle, just wanted an upgrade to a second vehicle). The timing is perfect as Mercedes has announced pairing with Tesla for a Supercharger adapter coming early next year. What an incredible lease deal Peter and Mercedes of Arcadia gave us! I hate that Rusnak Arcadia was the 5th (!) and last Mercedes dealership I came to when it should have been my 1st choice. Too much time and effort wasted elsewhere. I was 4 days past my lease deadline for my 2021 GLC300 so I was frantically trying to find a good deal on a new lease. Was aiming for the new 2024 GLC300 but because of *inflation* the monthly rates everyone was giving me was ridiculous.BUT I believe fate saved the best for last, because my salesman, Joseph at Rusnak Arcadia, was fantastic. He listened to my needs, stayed in the $ range I asked, was straightforward yet fair, and never pressured or pushed for another vehicle that would “work with what I’m asking.” (All the other dealerships were trying to shove the GLB or EQB down my airways for some reason).I came to their store at 530P on a Saturday. And by 6P I was already signing papers for my new 2023 EQE 350+ SUV!!!! Like whatttt?! I had no interest in getting an EV until that night. And I definitely couldn’t believe we reached an agreement on the price since MSRP for an EQE>GLC!!The ONLY issue I encountered was they had a sudden network/system disruption which held up my paperwork process AND they were about to close at 7P. I was totally fine with this since Joseph and his manager Sam Lee were so pleasant and explained the issue to us.I came back the next day and the process was so quick. I even enjoyed negotiating and speaking with Harry from their finance dept (which usually is the bane of my existence, not Harry, but the dept overall 😜).Overall my experience here was a 10/10. Would recommend to anyone interested in getting a Mercedes Benz…. You will not regret doing business at this location. Thank you again Joseph, Sam, and Harry for my new EQE SUV!

Aside from a select few employees at this dealership, ie…Stacy in sales and Katrina who is a finance specialist, this dealership is beyond a disappointment. I have had many different European cars, interacted with too many dealerships to count and none were as disingenuous and arrogant as this one in Arcadia. I paid cash for my car, no loan, no financing and went into the lion’s den to close the deal with Harout aka “Harry”, an absolute moron behind the desk accompanied by my accountant husband and 22 year-old finance adult son to witness the circus. He tried to sell me a maintenance package claiming one service alone would cost me over 3 thousand dollars and that over four years it would be 6800.00 total. He tried to convince us that my car had run flats when there was a spare in the trunk; therefore, trying to peddle a tire package. I could go on and on. After the first day driving this brand new GLE 350, loaded with all of the toys on it-the car made ticking/clicking sounds every single time I parked the car. The sound came from underneath the car near the back end towards the exhaust area. I have owned the BMW x5, Lexus RX330, Jaguar FPace on and on and none of my previous cars did this. I called service and had hoped to have a better experience but they were mainly concerned about when they were getting the loaner back from me and that the loaner was booked for someone else! Claiming that the parked ticking/clicking sound that’s lasts five minutes each park is completely normal. I had the same vehicle as a loaner and go figure no sound upon parking it! I called a few outside sources of mine who have worked for dealerships, are mechanics and employees to other dealerships and they thought Arcadia’s response was lacking in proper follow through. Don’t even get me started about Mike who is the service manager! I was warned about him before I went in but I was just shocked how he treated me on the phone when he said his shop foreman is the best in the business and that the clicking sound is standard on these cars. He also said, “we need the loaner car back, it’s booked for someone else”-at 9 am the very next day from having left my car. They only put 8 miles on my car to determine the clicking upon each parking moment is just normal. Even if it is, as sad as it is, the treatment, the arrogance, the disingenuous attitude by Mike is so troubling in all of my years owning high end vehicles also raised by film industry parents who only drove mercedes and had wonderful service at Mercedes Beverly Hills. It is so disconcerting to have to listen to a ticking sound on a brand new very expensive car with less than 500 miles on it. You feel like you are walking into a factory at this place and that clients are treated like they are idiots or less than themselves. I wish every single moment I had never sold my Jaguar or left the kindness and helpfulness at Pasadena Jaguar. When something or someone has been good to you it’s best not to switch, so I have learned the hard way. These employees at the arcadia dealership need some classes in basic human psychology, empathy, etiquette and customer service leaving their egos at the door!

Towed my car to this dealership so they could replace transponder & keys, which only they have the capability to make, prior to my vehicle arriving to their premises, I specifically had the towing company along with myself call the dealership asking what their procedure was for when vehicles are towed on arrival for service, I very much wanted my car NOT to be left outside next to the curb ( temp loading zone) of a public road unattended, literally a few feet away from the biggest MBenz dealership in town. An employee over the phone reassured me “ the porters would know how to handle it once the car arrives “ mind you a replacement Mercedes key is like 700+ 500 1200-1300 range total cost. I wasn’t here to purchase a new Merc, just to replace a lost key. Felt like I was asking for too much, when I wanted my car inside their yard, and now they are closed and my vehicle is parked outside curbside, on the yellow loading zone of a city street…

We were out of town and got a “auxiliary battery failure” message from our E350 so we called the local dealer. We called and told them about our problem and they informed us that they could replace the auxiliary battery the same day. We brought it in, had the battery replaced and drove home. A few days later we got the same warning about the auxiliary battery. Since we were home now, we brought it to our regular Mercedes specialist (not a dealer). They informed us that our auxiliary battery was the original from the factory and had never been replaced. Mercedes Benz of Arcadia had replaced the wrong battery!! Beware, and do not have your vehicle serviced here.

I expected that advancements in technology and processes would have streamlined this aspect of the car-buying experience. On September 9 my car was serviced. everything is good, everything runs smoothly, but I remember the tires are still new in 2022 and the brake master is blue. Just 2 months later I noticed everything, it turned out my tires had been changed in 2018, 2021. and my master had changed color to silver. Turns out it was exchanged secretly. In May of last year, I leased a new C300, which proved to be a good car. The salesperson was helpful throughout the process. However, during the lease agreement, the sales manager convinced me to purchase a maintenance package and assured me that it could be refunded at any time if I chose not to use it in the future. Trusting their word, I agreed to include the package in my monthly payments.At some point, I decided to sell the car and requested a refund for the unused maintenance package, which had not been utilized at all. Initially, I called the dealership, and they assured me that the refund would be processed. However, even after six months, I had not received the refund, prompting me to visit the dealership in person.During my visit, they promised that the refund would be processed within 45 days. Unfortunately, another three months went by without any sign of a refund or a check. Frustrated by the lack of progress, I reached out to their customer service online, and a representative informed me that they had passed the message to their manager and assured me of a prompt response. However, another month has passed, and I have yet to receive any communication from them. This level of disregard and lack of follow-up is extremely frustrating and disappointing.

They gave her a loaner, so it doesnt really matter.Right before this service, we took a family trip to Nevada. You can imagine all the dust, watermark, bugs and etc was building up. Kids were spilling drinks onto their seats.When we get our car back after the dupont service, we thought we got a brand new car. It is that amazing. Don’t Buy anything here. They don’t honor the warranty!!!! I purchased an upgraded wooden steering wheel from Mercedes Benz West Covina for my 2018 AMG S63. This wood is defective and peeling with sharp edges. I took it to Rusnak Mercedes Benz in Arcadia to replace it while it was still under warranty. It took 2 months to get a response from Rusnak Mercedes. During the 2 months waiting for a response the 2-year warranty expired! Per the Service Manager Mike Marsh, said they cannot warranty the item and referred me back to the selling dealership (Mercedes Benz West Covina) where I purchased the item. I went to Mercedes Benz West Covina and spoke to their service manager Ryan Liu. He said the item is not out of warranty and could not warranty the item. However as a courtesy as a Mercedes Bens client they will give me 50% off a new replacement or referred me back to Rusnak Mercedes Bens where I originally reported the defective item. I went back to Rusnak and they said there is nothing they can do. Now I have a steering wheel with sharp edges which make the vehicle difficult to drive and I have been driving it this way for 3 months now with no resolution in sight.

Awful experience 3 times. We tried twice to buy a Mercedes from this place and both times the saleperson gave us the attitude and were reluctant to allow us to test drive the vehicles. After some cajoling we were able to drive the vehicles but only around the block for 5 minutes. So this time we skip this dealer and got our vehicle from another dealer farther away that has a much more enthusiastic staff who gave us a total of 30 minutes to drive around. When my wife took this vehicle into MB of Arcadia for standard tire rotation at around 7,500 the service rep (also with an attitude) was doing his utmost to talk us out of it . Perhaps his calculus is that they can make hundred of dollars more doing other things than rotating tire? In any case, it is neither right nor professional. Mercedes need to do better in training its dealers. For a vehicle that cost well over 100K, it is not too much to ask for good service.

Then it was 2022 when eqe350 came out. 5 salesman I talked to on 2 visits didn’t even bother to engage in a serious conversation. Met here with a used car dealer to get a multi-point inspection done for used Mercedes that I was planning to purchase. The price for the multi-point inspection was $420.00 which is OK if its done properly. Unfortunately it wasnt. The inspection was extremely superficial and missed a couple of things, including substantial damage to the active Aero front lip. The inspection report was a link to mobile website that contained a few useless points like tire profile and break pad status. The report did not have the VIN number or milage on it and could have literally been from any car. I requested a proper PDF report to which Service advisor Peng Roy Wu simply responded that its not available before ghosting me. Dont recommend at all that kind of service is a joke for flagship MB dealer.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service that I received at Mercedes Benz of Arcadia, particularly from the Service and Parts Director, Mike Marsh. I recently brought my car in for repair after experiencing brake failure and several other safety concerns, and I was shocked and disappointed by the treatment that I received.When I brought my car in, I was told that it would need to be kept overnight for repairs. I asked if I could have a loaner vehicle in the meantime, as I rely on my car for transportation to work and other important responsibilities. However, Mr. Marsh refused to provide me with a loaner vehicle, stating that it was not company policy to do so.I was extremely disappointed by this response, as I believe that it is the responsibility of a dealership to provide their customers with safe and reliable transportation while their vehicles are being repaired. The fact that Mr. Marsh was unwilling to accommodate this request left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced.Furthermore, I was also shocked to learn that Mr. Marsh had suggested that I take my car to the place where I had originally purchased it for repairs. I believe that this is an unacceptable response, as it implies that Mike Marsh Mercedes Benz of Arcadia is not capable of providing the necessary repairs and service that its customers require.In addition to these issues, I also experienced several other safety concerns with my car, which I brought to Mr. Marshs attention. I called M-B of Arcadia and spoke with Rodney Kordani. He told me that there were three Sprinters available in the configuration that I wanted. They were optioned out and I assumed would be out of my price range, but I decided to check them out anyway. I went to the dealership and looked at the Sprinters before going inside to meet Rodney. It was really good to just be able to look the vans over without the pressure of anyone hovering. Rodney is a zero pressure kind of guy and meeting him was refreshing. He was straightforward and honest with me on every single thing. In fact, everyone I dealt with at Rusnak M-B was 100% honest. Very annoying experience. I probably got close to 50 messages from Rusnak personnel leading up to the end of my lease. It was clear that these people did not communicate with each other. When it was time for me to buy out my lease, I made an appointment with one of the salespeople who contacted me. Bought my wife her new S550 at this dealership and the customer service was great. They treat you like a king at this place. We were actually in the market for a Porsche but they didnt give us the time of day so we decided on the Benz. Great choice of vehicles. We also got the extended warranty so the entire loan purchase is covered bumper to bumper. Cant go wrong with Mercedes Benz of Arcadia. 5 stars and beyond.

I highly recommend this dealership. I have visited it in the past and recently brought my son’s car in for him for a recall. My service advisor, Yohan Chen, was amazing. He was professional, friendly and super knowledgeable. He went over everything step by step and even had some great suggestions for me. My son’s car was ready when promised and was sparkling clean when we picked it up. The dealership was spotless and the rest of the staff there were also professional and extremely friendly- from the receptionist to the porter that brought me the car when it was done. It felt like family. Will definitely be returning and looking for Yohan when I do.

I just got home from buying a CPO E300 at Mercedes of Arcadia and I couldn’t be happier. My experience was five star from beginning to end.Silvia Lee, one of the Internet Managers, was a superstar who took great care of me throughout. She kicked off the process by personally taking photos of a new arrival that didn’t have any photos up yet on the website and sending them to me by email after my first inquiry. She then made sure the car was ready for me to see the next day. After examining the car and doing a quick test drive, I was ready to purchase the car. The dealership put four new tires on the car and detailed it, all while Silvia followed me to Burbank Airport (in rush hour traffic) so I could drop off my rental car and get back to the dealership to drive off in my new car. What a great way to end the day!Thank you to everyone at Mercedes of Arcadia, but especially Silvia, for taking such great care of me today. I have purchased a lot of cars and this was the best experience I’ve had. I can’t recommend them enough!

I brought my car in for an air suspension warning light on the dash. I am very happy with the services that I had received. Perry was able to help me get Uber services to and from work. When I was told that I had to leave my car overnight, Perry was able to get me a courtesy car also. All the repair done were under warranty, and they even replaced my battery free of charge after their routine inspection of the vehicle had discover that the battery had lost most of its capacity. They even washed my car for me. I would definitely bring my car back for future services and recommend others to bring their cars here for services.

Very pleased with the service!!I was so nervous about getting my car maintenance service during Covid-19. After long delay, I finally made an appointment. Surprisingly, this location was super organized. I could get the appointment the same day or the other day.When I arrived, all staff wore masks and social distance has been well-practiced. Rebecca served me. She was so attentive and kind. I had some issue with my prepaid package. I had a wonderful experience buying a car at Mercedes Benz of Arcadia because of Denise. Denise was deeply knowledgeable about every car I inquired about. She was professional, easy to talk to, kind, courteous, modest and not pushy as some sales people can be. I genuinely felt she actively listened to what I was looking for and didn’t waste my time showing me cars that didn’t offer what I was looking for. She communicated effectively and clearly. Above all else, I felt she was completely honest and open about everything during the entire process. When I got the keys to my car, she thoroughly explained every component of the car. We sat in the car for a good half hour while she helped me set up the car to meet my personal preferences. She even put a pretty bow on the car and took my picture with the car on my phone. My engine oil was filled up to min level after my oil service was done. Although they fixed it by filling more oil later, the service manager claimed they did nothing wrong and tried to calm me down by persuading me that driving with the min level of engine oil is fine. You can say what you have to say, but at the end of the day, no one (including yourself) is satisfied with the min level of oil right after an oil service. No mention I will be driving the vehicle with min level of oil for an entire year with many road trips to come and your service costs double or triple than a normal auto shop does.

Great car buying experience. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Was even pleasantly surprised that when I pulled away from the dealership I noticed that the vehicle was filled up with a full tank of gas. Will definitely be back the next time we’re shopping for a car.Update after 2 weeks. Even though I had a great buying experience, I’m not thrilled about the vehicle. When I bought it the salesman raved about how well it was taken care of mechanically and they had just serviced it. Unfortunately for me, it’s broken down 3 times since the purchase and I’ve only put about 200 miles on it. It’s now in a shop for transmission issues. Can’t take the car back because it’s used and probably a lemon. My only saving grace is I purchased an extended warranty. Not too happy. Had to downgrade my rating from 5 stars.
