5 stars for Justin, who was friendly and great. 1 star for everything else. I came in for a new patient exam and it took almost 1.5 hours. Between the x-rays and a quick peek into my mouth most of it was wait time and the discussion of the Financial Agreement that was produced while I was waiting. The x-rays showed a cavity but Dr. Mendoza didnt even do the filling - another appointment needed. The Financial Agreement sounded more like a sales pitch - donate money here and save on your bill. Your insurance wont cover this but youre getting a great rate. All the while I was wondering why they are letting me leave with a cavity when Im already there. A $120 filling is probably nowhere near as sexy as all the other items on the 4-pager. I tried to get a regular cleaning scheduled instead of the $800 one they wanted to do and ended up on hold for over 5 minutes until I gave up. When they called back a day later they said they wouldnt do a regular cleaning because the treatment plan said otherwise.So $800 or find a new dentist who will do a regular cleaning? Gladly.

Best Dental office Ive been to in a long time! So far, every staff member Ive had to deal with has been professional, respectful, patient, kind, informative and helpful. They are willing to work with you when it comes to financial situations. Im not necessarily a fan of going in for dental procedures and they are very accommodating. Showing concern by asking for my comfort level during treatments and so on. Very welcoming office. Happy to continue being a patient here.

Dr Mendoza treated my emergency dental need. was caring, knowledgeable, and professional. Jessica is a great hygienists. Brianna was wonderful. She went above and beyond her job to help me. I recommend Menifee Smiles.

My husband and I both are patient at Menifee smiles dentistry. We are very happy with their services and appreciate the financial help available. From the denist to the office staff, to all the employees, they are all very helpful and pleasant.

This is best dentistry office I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming here for around 5 years or so, and the whole office is great. The front desk, the dental assistants, coordinators, everyone. I had an emergency on 3/21/24 and I left in tears of joy and relief. I was in so much pain, and at 4 am I was able to make an online appointment for 10 am. It was so easy to do and they had availability to see me right away. The ladies at the front desk were eager to help me get things going. This review however, I really want to shine a light on these people: Justin, Vanessa, Layana, and Dr. Tran. An assistant named Justin took my X-rays and got me set up. He was so kind, so gentle, and so understanding. He set me up last time I was here as well and he still had the same warm approach, this helped to put me more at ease and I’m so grateful for him! My coordinator Vanessa was so helpful. I was in so much pain and it’s like she anticipated everything I needed to convey so I didn’t have to even speak much. She was so on top of everything and her sweet disposition reassured me that I was in good hands! Layana. Wow. She was the amazing assistant that helped with my procedure. She was so gentle, kind, and patient. I could tell right away I was in good hands, and I felt so calm knowing she was with me every step of the way. Last but certainly not least, my dentist, Dr. Tran was just outstanding. This man will make you so calm, secure and glad to be at the dentist! I was in the most vulnerable state, in so much unbelievable pain. When you are experiencing that on top of the typical “I’m afraid of going to the dentist” thoughts, it’s a nightmare. Not Dr. Tran! He was amazing. He took such good care of me, talking me through each step and assuring me that if I needed any more numbing or anything at all, that it was no problem to ask. He was gentle and efficient, kind, nonjudgmental, and sweet as pie! I just adore him and I’m so thankful that he is taking care of me during this time. I’m looking forward to my upcoming appointments because I know that I’m in good hands! I left in tears of relief and thankfulness. Truly. Thank you so much to this staff. You all made a huge impact on me, and I hope you all know how amazing and appreciated you are!

My visits and the work done for my self esteem of new false teeth and getting check ups for any problems with Menifee Smiles is above and beyond great. Office friendly and doctors and staff were informative in every step of my getting things done.

Absolute ripoff, I haven’t been here in three years, every time we were there they billed us for our copayment and then three years later I get a collection notice that we owed $1200. No phone calls, no letters in the mail, when I go in to ask, they said that the office manager would call me and explain, never happened. Rippoff joint!!

The team at Menifee Smiles Dentistry is sooooo awesome! I had a horrible experience on getting my wisdom tooth extracted at Murrieta Dental Group, so I was so nervous coming into my appt today. Dr.Andrei Marechek was so compasionate and made sure I was all numbed up! It literally took him less than 2mins to extract my wisdom tooth. I left with NO pain! This is not my first time visiting this dental office. Dr. Margarita Mendoza is my primary dentist. She is awesome as well . Always making sure I am comfortable and going above and beyond! Excellent customer service

Dr. Mendoza, Alicia, Justin and the whole team were great! I’m a new patient of theirs and immediately felt taken care of. They spent time to educate me on my teeth and he best to care for them. I plan on continuing with them for the foreseeable future. Thanks gang!
