Cynthia helped us buy our first home found back in 2015, which was a short sale. Since then she helped us buy a vacant piece of land here in Menifee and then helped us sell it for a good profit. When we had to relocate for a year, she helped us find great short term renters for our home. Cynthia is very knowledgeable about real estate, and she is a kind and caring person! I highly recommend her!

Cynthia Nemelka is an AMAZING REALTOR! She was able to find the PERFECT home for me and my family! In 2015, we had been renting in Menifee for a few years, not planning on buying a house anytime soon. One day, Cynthia had called me and told me about a short sale that she had that was in escrow, but the buyers fell through. She asked me if we wanted to take a look at it and see if we qualified. Once I viewed the home, I FELL IN LOVE with it! She referred us to her lender and within a few months, we were approved and closed escrow on our very first home! The thing that I love the most is that we were still able to stay close to family, friends and STILL STAY in the beautiful city of Menifee! Our home is much bigger than any of the homes he had rented in the past! Cynthia made the process and transition very easy for us! She is an AMAZING REALTOR and we will DEFINITELY use her services again in the future!

Cynthia is the cream of the crop! Sweet as can be until she needs to be that Doberman pincer that goes to bat for you. I have had two home transactions with Cynthia .Her team has been flawless! She’s has the experience and history of the area and she uses it for matching the perfect house with the perfect family!! Cynthia is my go to girl!!

Cynthia helped me sell my house in Lakewood, CA this past April. The process started in about February of this year with her explaining to my husband and I when we should have our house ready to list so that it could hit the market at the best time. We listed the house on March 25th, 2022 and it sold (escrow closed) on April 29th, 2022. We sold our house, thanks to the market and the best realtor ever, for $25,000 over our asking price. Everything from the initial consultation to the close of escrow went smooth and I credit not only Cynthia but also the companies that she chooses to work with for the smooth process. 10/10 would hire her to help me sell or buy a house again.

I wasnt really looking to buy a house because Im REALLY picky--I had been renting for about five years because I wasnt able to find my perfect house. Im also a single mom, and Ive been scared to buy a house because its such a huge commitment, and I didnt think I could find my perfect house and stay within my budget. My sister (full disclosure here) Cynthia Nemelka had tried for years to sell me a house with no luck. One day I got an email from Cynthia with a link to a house and she asked me if I wanted to see it. We went and looked at the house and it was EXACTLY what I was looking for and at a ridiculously low price. My offer was accepted. During the homebuying process, Cynthia educated me about loan options and assistance programs, kept me informed of everything, dealt with all the weird issues, and was very professional. She knows an amazing amount about the Menifee area real estate market, in fact, Ive seen her bet people she could tell them what neighborhood they lived in, in three questions or less--she always wins. Being her sister, I also can testify that when we have gone on vacation together, she works more than half of the time (leaving me to lounge by the pool and read), which to me is a remarkable (and quite ridiculous). I dont always like my sister, but I respect her caring and commitment to her profession.

I love the calendar that Cynthia created! It took her five minutes to put our community organizations regular events on it, with links to our website! Fantastic work!
