Absolute top-rate facility ~ along with all the individuals working in it!! I haven’t felt this high of a level of professionalism at any type of dental operation for close to 15-20 years, the best since moving to California.They have always been good to me, but I recently had a dental emergency that was driving me insane. When I called, there were no openings, but the front desk did all they could to get me in ASAP. At my emergency appointment, April listened to my concerns and put me at ease when I felt like I wasn’t making any sense, bringing my panic level down to manageable. Dr. Walters assessed the situation and got me going toward relief; was very direct about my situation with perfect “bedside manner” throughout. The technicians, Bri & Laura, were very nice and helpful also. And Carla was amazing in explaining my benefits, made everything work out well for me in completely understandable terms. (I hope I got everyone’s name right!!)10 out of 10 and would recommend to anyone!

I recently had an emergency with a chipped front tooth and reached out to Menifee Lakes Dental Group office for help. To my relief, they were able to accommodate me immediately. The care and attention I received from the moment I walked in were exceptional. Dr. Moretta was incredibly professional and gentle, making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The results were fantastic—my tooth looks as good as new!I was also incredibly impressed with the dental technician who assisted during the procedure. Their expertise was evident, and their meticulous work contributed significantly to the excellent results. This visit has undoubtedly been the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Both Dr. Moretta and the dental technician did a fantastic job, and I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking top-notch dental care.

Dr. Andersen is amazing.She is so nice, she is so patient, and has so much empathy. I was so nervous due to another a health issue going on, she brought me a soda, and covered me up with a lab coat because I was cold. And then thoroughly explained everything to me regarding my treatment plan. She was so good to me when I felt so much anxiety 💜.Dental work has gone seamlessly thus far. There’s a dental assistant there with red hair idk her name, but she is the sweetest thing and was so warm and compassionate. Best dental office I’ve ever been to. If you want compassion, and patience, come here! My great grandmother and mother have booked appointments now too after the amazing experience I’ve had .

From booking my appointment until the end of my treatment was an amazing experience. The most kind, respectful, professional staff. Very informative. I felt extremely comfortable and heard when speaking with Dental Assistant Breana and especially with Dr. Kelly Zeta. She was so kind, so professional making me feel completely at ease. She took her time to explain in detail the diagnosis ans suggested treatment, giving me many options to decide whats right for me and my treatment with zero pressure. I felt comfortable as soon as I sat in her chair. Very fortunate to have complete faith in my dentist and her team. A positive experience start to finish.

I came in today for a cleaning with Anthony. He did an amazing job making me feel comfortable throughout the process and making sure to explain each step. I have also seen Dr. Walters for dental treatment and he was super gentle during the procedure. Thank you to Yuri at the front desk for helping me get scheduled last minute. I am more upset at them lying about coverage and what needed to be paid when they were specifically told that if insurance didnt cover services I had a dentist I confided in in Tijuana. They assured me services for my daughter which was a deep clean were covered. I paid what they said the day of and now we get a bill 2 months later saying she owes $1700. This is so wrong on many levels. Liars, dishonest. If you arent sure what insurance covers then dont lie to your customers. We will NEVER return. I had a bad first visit and now 2nd had to poat

I have been coming here for a few years now. Dr. Poulson and the entire staff are always courteous, friendly and professional! There is never any attempt to upsell services which is quite a difference from where I used to go. This visit I was seen by a hygienist that I had not seen before - Anthony. He was great! Anthony was very thorough, explained exactly what he was doing, friendly and courteous and no time was wasted! Kudos to everyone- see you in 6 months!

This is our dental home forever! We moved to the area in 2020. Our insurance company gave us their info as well as several others. We tried the nearest 2 first because they were closer to our home, but they couldnt provide the work my husband needed. Menifee Lakes makes same day crowns and were so wonderful in everything else that needed to be done . They say the best is the last one you try... you can skip the others and just go there!

In searching for a new dental office, I found this office with stellar reviews and decided to give them a chance. As a person with dental anxiety, I went into this cautiously and wasn’t sure what to expect. What I was met with went above and beyond what I could have hoped for. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed into a friendly office that makes you feel at ease.My x-rays were taken by Marilu, who was so gently and efficient. Amy, my care coordinator, also gave me a clear breakdown of what my treatment would cost, no elusiveness. Everything was presented upfront.I then met with Dr. Poulsen who put all my worries at ease and explained what we would be doing. His bedside manners cannot be understated. He made sure to prioritize my comfort and wellbeing during the appointment, the first time I have found this in a dentist.My hygienist, Jazmin, offered me the best cleaning I have ever had. She took her time cleaning and making sure my teeth were in superb condition, the best cleaning I’ve ever had. I don’t believe my teeth have ever looked better. She also explained to me how I can better take care of my teeth and what to look out for.Overall a wonderful experience with friendly staff who put you worries at ease. I highly recommend them for those who are looking for a new dentist.

Not at all pleased that my cleaning was nothing more than a polish. No scraping or even floss. The Dentist referred me to a specialist due to the CT scan that he ordered. Also the dental hygienist was not at all gentle or pleasant. Everybody else was friendly.

Jessica was really helpful from the moment we called to get a last minute appointment with the oral surgeon. My only disappointment was after getting my wisdom teeth removed they did not give any post op instructions no paper work, nothing. We didn’t know when to remove the gauze, what I could eat after, how to take care of myself after the teeth removal.

Service has been fine however they try to sell you extra treatments that you don’t need. In 2 visits I have been asked to spend $1000 in extra cleaning. That should be taken care of at check in not when I’m back with a hygienist trying to get my cleaning doneUpdate: I have gone to a few appointments and been forced to wait 30-45 minutes between getting my X-rays and seeing a doctor or hygienist. For their huge push to make more money off you by pushing extra unnecessary treatment, it doesn’t seem like they want to. Leaving for another dentist office.

After having consulted with PHAM, who is the oral surgeon here, on two separate occasions, she told me both times I only needed one upper molar extracted. I made the appt, paid in cash and sat in the chair. Pham came in, looked at the x-rays (for a 3rd time) and tells me I need to have a second molar extracted at double the cost. I asked her why she didnt tell me this on the two previous visits. She didnt have an answer. I asked her two more times and she looked very uneasy. At that point, I KNEW SHE WAS TRYING TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF ME, OR SHE IS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. Either way, I stood up, walked out, got my money back and went for a second opinion, who told me I only need the one tooth extracted. YOUVE BEEN WARNED! KEEP AWAY FROM PHAM, SHES EITHER GREEDY OR COMPLETELY INEPT.....

I have recently started attending this office and have had a positive experience. Especially when compared to other dental offices I’ve previously visited. The staff is friendly and Dr. Zeta is SUPER nice and comforting. I also had a cleaning which was very thorough. This dental office is the best around. I had Severe anxiety when I went to the dentist, my whole life. I am 62. I would have a severe panic attack, Shaking like crazy to wear the whole chair I was in was shaking, I was so so scared of dentist, unresaable afraid from childhood.Dr Paulson was so patient with me. He let me take my time trying to calm down he would go through every step of what hes doing and would stop if I was even a little bit scared,I final found the perfect Dentist. I hadnt been to a dentist in a couple of years, The staff at Menifee Lakes Dental was amazing. Dr. Patel was very helpful and gave me great recommendations, and his assistant Lauren C. was very helpful and very attentive. She stayed late and helped Dr. Patel with my dental work. The next day I went back because the temporary crown I had came off and Lauren assisted me and put the temporary crown back on and was very attentive and made sure the temporary crown stayed on and cleaned the excess cement and she took her time. After not being seen for years, I was really anxious coming into the dentist.I saw the amazing Dr.Zeta and was helped by her equally fantastic assistants April and Tausha who ensured all of my questions were answered and everything that the doctor recommended was clear.I then had a deep cleaning done with Jazmin and I was surprised at how comfortable it was, and I felt a dramatic difference in my mouth overnight! I hadn’t been able to find a dentist that I feel safe and comfortable at in a long time until now! I’ve always had really bad anxiety when going to any doctor appointments. But the staff here really helped me. One of the assistants, April was so kind and patient with me. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She knew exactly what she was doing and she didnt make me feel bad or embarrassed about all of the dental work I needed to get done. And my dentist, Dr. Walters was so caring and careful. Had an amazing experience at this office. I’ve been to a couple before and found this to be my favorite place for my dental work. I get a bit nervous with dental stuff but was assured the whole way through and my mind was at ease. One of the assistants, April, was so nice and patient and reassured me I had a great doctor (dr. This was my first visit to Menifee Lakes Dental Group. I had been with my previous dentist for many years, but due to insurance coverage needed to change. Very friendly staff that remember you from visit to visit. I had a crown/implant put in and Dr. Zeta and her assistant April were great throughout the last few months.I do not recall ever experiencing long wait times. They confirm your upcoming visits well in advance so no keeping track of an appointment card for months.The real big plus for me is the music play list. From what I have been told is that everyone in the office has their input so you end up with a really enjoyable eclectic mix.

10/10 experience every single time. I have the worst dental anxiety, I hadn’t been in the chair since 2018, so I was expecting a plethora of issues. Dr. Anderson, (I believe her new surname is Zeta) is hands down one of the kindest dentists I have ever encountered. She didn’t make me feel bad or ashamed & offered solutions to all my oral concerns. Her & the dental assistants have been amazing through my exams & checkups - even through our online chats via patient portal.Dr. Izadi is an amazing oral surgeon as well. Went in on Saturday to get an ankylose tooth root extracted & obviously had some intense anxiety, as this was my first extraction being awake and I get anxiety with male doctors. Him & his assistant made me feel so comfortable & relaxed to the point of not even realizing they had pulled it! Procedure was done so quickly & with care. I have had little to no pain & Dr. Anderson has since checked & we are healing up nicely!!!The front ladies are amazing & the x-ray technician with the long hair is such a sweet personality. I really enjoy going here, my coverage expires in June & I’ll be making sure I purchase new insurance that is accepted at Menifee Lakes so I can continue my care with good people. My father had the pleasure of seeing Dr Walters and staff on 8/17. Usually my father asks for me to come along on his appointments so I can explain anything he might not understand in English. After I called him to see how it went, he could not stop raving about the friendliness and professionalism of the staff as well as how they were able to explain everything to him in Spanish without hesitation. My 92 year old mom got some great care and attention when I brought her in last week to have 2 teeth pulled. Jessica, in the office, checked in on her frequently with offers of water and even charged my phone so I could keep the rest of the family filled in. The oral surgeon, Dr. Faraji, was gentle and even went the extra step to double check whether 2 or 3 teeth should be pulled. He wanted her to have the use of as many teeth as possible at her age. I was so grateful that only 2 HAD to come out right now. My mom and I were both appreciative.

I want to start off by saying I have a horrible fear of needles, which is why i waited years to see the dentist knowing i have a cavity. Dr. Kelly is amazing, they numb you with the gel before giving you the real stuff.. and you can’t even feel the needle go in, she is so gentle and so good at what she does this is the first PAIN FREE filling i’ve ever had. Everyone is so nice with a comforting sense of humor to make sure you’re not even a little nervous. I’ll never go to another dentist, they’re amazing!

I have had my share of poor experiences with dental work. I must say that this office has treated me well, from the dental cleanings to more serious issues. So this counts as a good experience, and I have had several reasons to feel so. The staff is friendly, and Dr. Poulsen has been very professional. He will work to come to the best case scenario with difficult issues (like a not so easy crown) and he made sure it was a good outcome. Although I dread visits to the dentist and hide my anxieties (through humor, or lack thereof) I do like the outcome, so it is worth it. And seriously, does anyone really like going to the dentist anyway? So it’s a tough sell to begin with. And they do very well. Kudos to the dental hygienists as well.

OH my goodness! I have never left a dentist office this Happy. I had a cracked crown, Dr. Andersen not only replaced it but built the new crown that actually flows with the rest of my teeth. The old crown was small and just looked odd. My beautiful 4 year old son who is diagnosed with Autism had his very first dentist appointment today at Menifee Lakes Dental Group. The entire MLDG Team was so amazing!Starting with Breana who was responsible for taking pictures of his little teeth. She was sweet, patient and responsive to his needs. We were able to capture some quick pictures without occasioning any maladaptive behaviors.Dr. Zeta was also very patient and kind during his exam. She explained the entire process to both of us and requested his consent before moving forward. She introduced all of her instruments to him and eased into the exam. He allowed her to probe in his mouth and count all of his teeth. We considered it a win!The dental hygienist completed the visit by attempting to brush his teeth however the noise of the machine was too overwhelming so we adapted by allowing him to brush his own teeth with the toothbrush attachment. He tolerated their “cool” toothpaste and he brushed his teeth several times.Overall, the entire visit was a success. Our plan was to have a positive first experience and with the help of the MLDG Team we succeeded! Thank you so very much!If you have a child on the Spectrum and are looking for a facility that offers a supportive environment, this is it! Highly recommend!

I went in for a cleaning today and there was some confusion with the price and what I agreed to get done. The staff were all so patient with me and explained everything to me in detail and gave me an itemized bill showing what each charge was for. I really appreciate when people take the time to be kind and explain things to someone who is very new to understanding dental insurance and all of the procedures. They showed great professionalism in dealing with all of my concerns. The hygienist that did my cleaning, Kiara, was fantastic and so sweet. There are bad providers out there. This isnt one of them!I suffered mouth pain that a Dentist caused by replacing a crown sometime before C19_so thats been a few years.His temporary crown came off as well as the permanent crown, needing followup appointments to cement them back on and also caused an uneven bite.I quickly saw another Dentist who I hoped would correct the bad bite, and to my shock he told me the root to that tooth was calcified and that a root canal was necessary. He also had no Endodontist in his office. He didnt fix the bite either, just said it would level in time with wear.I had several conversations with my insurance attempting to find an Endo, but they either wouldnt take new patients, werent even open anymore, or were too far from me. I finally was accepted to one office in Hemet for an Endodontic consultation last year, but after a tech took a battery of painful and gagging Xrays, I was told the Endo only came in to do scheduled work. I asked if they were going to clean my teeth then while I was there and she said no, because the X-rays used up all the allowance my insurance provided. The bill for X-rays was over $1300!It was a nightmare, and I also suspected ins. fraud.My friend gave me the info for Menifee Lakes Dental Group so I looked up their website and read their mission statement. That was enough, I called immediately. They absolutely impress!The appointment setter had me scheduled in 2 bus. days. The X-ray Tech was incredibly gentle, and Dr. Poulsen was a patient and kind listener, advising me after reviewing the x-rays how there was an infection and we could fix all this bad stuff. Then I had an enlightening consult with his Coordinator Atalie, who worked out a very reasonable interest free payment plan. A joy, since Im on a fixed income.Dr. Poulsen ordered antibiotics for me to pick up on my way home and before I left the appointment, he offered to fix the bite problem for me which took 5 min at best! Its such a blessing to be relieved of that bite pressure on a bad tooth.Im looking forward to meeting with the Endodontist in about 10 days when the infection is gone, and Dr. Poulsen will replace the crown with a new one of quality after the root canal is performed.In addition, Id like to say that the x-ray tech was so gentle with the apparatus in my mouth that I didnt even gag. Worst place to go, I went for first time, they did not explain to me my cost of my treatment. They just gave me the total without breaking it into whats covered under insurance & whats not. I had to pay a hefty copay for deep gum cleaning, when I contacted my dental benefit insurance I was told my cost should be only $100. I called the Menifee lakes again to let them know. the lady spoke to me over the phone told me the Lazer treatment is not covered under your insurance. I was never told that to start with. If I knew I would have skipped that Lazer treatment. They dont disclose properly a breakdown of the treatment and they dont tell you what covered under your insurance and whats not to make a better decision on your treatment. I am never going back here again. Worst customer service as well.

This place wanted 2900$ for teeth cleaning. Dentist said I had a 6 periodontitis so I got a second opinion and and my teeth were fine. This dentist should be reported to Board. Upfront they asked for $59 for teeth cleaning but after you see Walters he robs you of that 59$ and doesn’t clean your teeth but tells you you have periodontitis so he doesn’t have to clean your teeth but instead sells you a whopping amount of $2900. But if you pay the $129 membership fee he lowers it to )1100. What a joke. I found a dentist an actual dentist (not the hygienist) who cleaned my teeth for a decent price of $120. Don’t go to this place this place will not only rob cash payers but your insurance too.

This place is a scam!!! I have PPO max. My husband went in for an appointment. They charged my insurance for all these things. When he only got some x-rays. They failed to mention that some of the x-rays were not going to be covered by my insurance, and they didn’t even bother telling him. They didn’t even do a cleaning, or any dental work. They just billed my insurance. My insurance paid $1500, and I had to pay $600 for ONLY for x-rays. The dentist also told my husband that he needed 2 crowns. My insurance would cover 21 or $22,000 for the 2 crowns, and we would have to pay $7000 out of pocket. Stay away!!!! don’t recommend unless you wanted to throw your money away.

My dear fellow Menifee residents… this place is a SCAM! They will upcharge you, sell you expensive services that you don’t need, and have you book MANY appointments when all you should need is one.1. BOOKING MANY APPTS: At my first appt, I expected to have my X-rays and cleaning, like I have with the last 3 dentists I’ve established care with. No. Here, you get the X-rays and a description of a treatment plan, but no cleaning. You have to book ~another 2 appointments~ for your cleaning, because they do only HALF of your mouth at a time. What other dental practice does this? None that I know of. I asked about my follow-up appt in 6 months and if that would be a cleaning. No, it wouldn’t be - it’s just a check-up! Who runs a dental practice like this? I don’t have time to make so many trips to the dentist.2. UPCHARGING: Based on my dental insurance, I should have paid $0 out of pocket for a cleaning. I was told that I needed a deep cleaning and scaling. This would be $184… out of pocket… for HALF of my mouth. Not only that, it was actually for cleaning anywhere from 2-6 teeth. I paid $184 for cleaning 2-6 teeth!!! When I usually pay $0 for an entire cleaning!!! My previous 3 dentists have never stated that I needed deep cleaning, so I suspect that this wasn’t actually needed at all.3. SELLING YOU EXPENSIVE SERVICES: Laser treatment was included in my dental plan as a matter of course. The cost - an added $270 - is what made me ask to remove it. This is madness. I work in a private practice and I know that providers get to set their own rates. Whatever insurance won’t cover, the company gets directly, as you pay out-of-pocket. (In other words, they don’t have to wait to be reimbursed by insurance.) This company is essentially lining their pockets, profiting off clients’ goodwill and naivety. If I had just gone along with their plan, I would have paid $900 in all… for cleaning not my entire mouth, but 4-12 teeth… when I usually pay $0.I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I will probably never get my $184 back, but SAVE YOURS!!

I have been trying to go to this dentist since they opened because they are down the street from my house. It has been hit and miss. Today, I received a call that my appointment that I scheduled over six months ago is canceled and I’m now on a waitlist bc the dentist has moved. I now have to wait to see how long it takes for me to get a new appointment because I’m on a waitlist or find a new dentist. For some reason they couldn’t do all of it that day and I am still waiting for the second half. They are unorganized and too busy. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I know I will. My first time in this office today and it was great. The moment you walk in the door, you get greated with a sweet receptionist. Dr Paulsen was personalable and listened to me and gave me great options. The whole office was wonderful and clean, top notch! I love it here!

I highly recommend this office.👍 My whole dental experience was great. I recommend Dr. Kouros Izadi, he was my oral surgeon. He was fast and gentle, my tooth extraction with 2 wisdom teeth was done in 7 minutes with NO2 or laughing gas.

Called ahead of time to let them know about wisdom tooth removal, asked if oral surgeon available and was told YES we have one. If you need a surgeon we have one here. Made appointment and on my visit, today 3-3-2021 dentist said that they cannot extract my wisdom tooth and that I need an oral surgeon who will be available 3-31-2021. So I sat here for 1.5 hrs to be told that I may need an oral surgeon. Thats what I asked when I made my appointment.

If you are looking for dental work, this is the place, it’s so pleasant & professional starting from Dr, to all the staff, they are honest & they do excellent work, I had my teeth cleaning & new crown, Dr, Patel has so much experience, & carful with his work, he make sure his patient have no pain, & his lovely assistant dental Iris she is so energized & pleasant to do the work, & all the staff working in this place great & wonderful, they welcomed patient with big smile 😃I recommended this dental office for any dental work.
