I went in to purchase an e bike rack for my RV. The customer service is outstanding! They put my rack together and carried it out to my truck as well. All the staff working were very friendly! Amazing bike shop, they have everything you need. Hands down the best bike shop I have ever been to. Highly recommend!

Hands down, Excellent customer service. Called to get some info about getting tires fixed on my daughter’s electric bike and spoke to Brandon. He told me what I needed and said it was no problem to bring it in right away. When I got there even though they were busy, Brandon greeted me and immediately came out to help me with getting the bike out of the car and into the shop. They are not only helpful but the prices are very reasonable. They fixed the tires and even changed the seat out for me last minute at no extra charge. The owner Craig is also very nice and welcoming. Thanks guys!

Came by to check some bikes out on Sunday and ended up leaving with a fantastic experience. We were helped out as soon as we got in. So helpful the whole time. Definitely a family owned business that knows how to treat customers. Came with our two boys and both were helped picking out bikes. I was doubtful about fitting them in our suv but they didn’t hesitate to offer delivery. It was amazing. My wife wants to come back and get a townie go. So we will def be back for anything bike related. Thank you so much for making our weekend.

I dropped in the other day looking for a seat (saddle) for my Evelo Omega and a helmet. Christina was so helpful in helping me choose from a plethora seats and helmets. I told her what my needs were and she explained what to look for from my input. No aggressive sales pitch and a very sweet attitude! After making the picks she took my old seat and had it installed on the post at no charge! They’ve earned my undying business from this point on!

Couldnt possibly be happier, got a gorgeous bike that I love and top tier customer service! First time we came in dealt with Tina (who is awesome) and her dad Craig, they were extremely knowledgeable and answered about 100 questions thoroughly and patiently. When we came in the second time we were initially sad Tina was gone, but soon found out all the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. They got everything fitted to us and installed new seats, and even dropped my bike off. This is definitely the place to go to when you need anything bicycle related, honestly cant say enough good about them.

I came in with my blue bike expecting to pay a fortune. Front wheel and handle bars outta whack. They went to work in seconds, tightened up a few screws and didnt charge me a thing! Customer service off the charts and obviously very helpful. Will come back when Im in need of a new bike based on their repair work. Thank you again🙏👍😎

Really good bike store with awesome selection of different types of bikes. I came up all the way from San Diego, they also give tons of free stuff when you buy a bike so I got a free cult crew poster a free t shirt stickers and a water bottle. now we did buy a pretty expensive bike so it makes sense why they gave us so much free stuff but anyways yeah this store is awesome great selection of BMX bikes they have a lot of other electric and mountain bikes and cruiser but they mostly stocking up on bmx bikes. Ill be back soon to pick up another bike prolly.

Wonderful personalized experience. Tina was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. She outfitted our family of four with bikes and threw in some bottles and bottle holders to get us all set to ride. Their free delivery service, friendly customer service, and reasonable prices allowed us to ride within the hour. We went to three other places before coming here, and so glad we finally came here! Just go here first if you’re looking for a bike!

THE BEST BIKE SHOP IN THE WHOLE COUNTRY!!!!!! No joke! My wife and I spent our Sunday going to every local bike shop in our town (el Cajon, San Diego, Pacific Beach, Coronado) and even driving out a 20 mile radius, with not even a greeting to our faces no place had bikes for our two sons available for purchase same day.I found this shop through the trek website the next morning and it was 60 miles away, I still called and got a chance to talk to Craig and he of course not only had 400 bikes at the shop but also two wearhouses AS WELL AS HAD THE BIKE MY 5 YEAR OLD SON WAS CRYING FOR. His team grabbed the two bikes my kids wanted and assembled them while I was on my way to his shop.BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE’VE HAD AND we purchased everything with confidence that we’re in good hands.WELL WORTH THE DRIVEWe definitely will be driving back not only for our needs but for the friends we made here. Gave lots of helpful advice on things like training wheels and how to help kids learn to ride. Offers a 3 month tune up. Great customer service with knowledgeable staff. I came in and purchased a bike the other day. Staff was helpful, but not overly helpful. I told them I was just looking and the left me alone. When I was ready the dude who initially asked if I needed help jumped on it. He was knowledgeable, and skilled. He put the bike on the stand dialed it in and asked another employee to start the process of ringing me up to expedite the transaction. I appreciate the attention to detail, and the obvious skill and talent exhibited by the staff. I would buy from them again,and would recommend to others.

I took my 15 year old road bike in on Monday afternoon. They called me an hour and half later to let me know my Ultegra shifter was jammed, but it was fixable, and needed a new cable. They fine tuned both the front and rear derailleurs, cleaned and lubed the chain, and aired up the tires. All for $51!?!! Amazing, definitely going back in the future for any service.

Couldn’t have been better. I was assisted by Matt, who was quite helpful, offering perfect recommendations, and cheerfully offering to install the items I purchased. I rode in needing lights, lock, and bottle holder; I rode out with all of them a few minutes later - just enough time to take a breather from the ride. I’m very happy with the recommendations- the lights are awesome. Much appreciated.

Had a great experience at Menifee Bicycles. They obviously care for their customers and work to keep them coming back. Wanted a Sun trike for my daughter. Staff was very friendly and helpful, making several adjustments to the bike just so she could test ride it in the lot out back. No pressure, just gave us all the info we needed to make the right decision. They delivered it to my house within an hour, and we couldnt be happier with our experience.

Id like to give a huge thank you to the crew at Menifee Bicycles! They helped me slap my old KHS Flite back into shape and turned it into my everyday commuter. I brought my bike in for maintenance, new parts, and accessories. After a reasonable wait time for maintenance (due to the huge surge in new riders, bike purchases, and the COVID-19 situation), they left my bike riding like a DREAM. They even finished my bike sooner than their projected wait time! They greeted me as soon as I entered the shop, asked me if I needed any help, and let me browse their selection before I came to them for questions. Everyone at the shop was very knowledgable and quick to answer any and all questions I had.100/100 would recommend Menifee Bicycles to any new riders!

I went to Menifee bicycles with two of my sons flat wheelchair tires. One tire was a skinny specialized tire and the other was a meaty off-road tire. Craig, the owner, immediately realized he might not have the skinny tire on hand but had his crew fix the bigger tire immediately. Craig told me “I’m going to patch the skinny tire free of charge because someone is depending on it, and they’re depending on us to fix it”. I almost cried. I will be going to Menifee Bicycles for all my bike/tire related needs and I hope you do too.

If finding a bike of your dreams (Or your kids dream) is goal this is the place!! They are kind, patient and theres nothing they wont do to make sure all of your needs and desires are met. To say I was Beyond Impressed with their selection doesnt even describe what they have in stock from completely built bikes, to custom tires and what they can build you all in 20 minutes time. Lastly, to make sure you love the bike they let you test it out for a few minutes. I dont even live in the area and they may have a customer for life! Super nice guys. Only shop open at 9 in the area and I pulled up to the trail at 8:30 with a loose drive side crank. Didn’t have a 10mm allen to fix it. Came in and the fixed that problem and also addressed my grindy derailleur shifting. Mechanic was kind enough to show me all the adjustment screws and their purpose. Doubt I’ll ever be able to get my shifting to bike shop level tuning, but I left a bit smarter.

My son was bugging for a bike to ride to and from school. I told him if he could find a shop we will check it out. I regret it, showed up to window shop walked out with a Cult devotion accessoriesed. He was really happy my bank account wasnt. The place is small but high foot traffic. The lady that helped us was... I had been shopping for over a month for a bike for my wife for Christmas. It had to be comfortable (a cruiser), have 7 speeds, fenders, and purple (her favorite color). I found plenty of bikes locally but none that checked all the boxes until I found the Menifee Bicycles website. The perfect bike showing available. I sent an email to the shop @ 8:53 PM asking to confirm the availability. The next morning I was surprised that Craig had responded @ 9:03 PM confirming availability. I wrote back that I would be there today to pick it up. Craig replied that he had put the bike on hold for me. When I arrived they pulled the bike out, made sure everything was tightened and cleaned and I was out the door in less than 20 minutes with the bike I was looking for.Who does customer service like that anymore?Oh yea, Craig and his staff at Menifee Bicycles.Thanks guys so much.

This place is amazing!!! We came in with our four very young daughters, which was a little chaotic, but the staff was so friendly and patient with us! The entire process, from walking into the door until checking our was just great. We were not sure if we were going to actually buy bikes so we said we would be back in 2 hours with our truck and they said “don’t worry about it, we will deliver it to you.” We live an hour away and they delivered our bikes to us! Like I said the staff is amazing and I definitely recommend Menifee Bicycles.

Overall, I would say this is a nice shop, well stocked and knowledgeable. Lot of people working here so they seem pretty busy with repairs and whatnot. My only complaint would be that I brought my electric bike in for flat tire both front and back from thorns in tire (teenage grandson got ahold of my bike). I purchased tube and tube liners for both front and back and paid for repairs. Took my bike home and put it in garage. A week later back tire was flat again (hadnt been ridden). Took it back and had it repaired again (thorn again) and was charged again even though first repair hadnt been done correctly it seemed. Other than that, good bike shop I think.

I walked in Monday morning after buying a used mountain bike from online. They stopped and checked my bike over and did a quick fit and tune up. found out my brake level was on a recall from sram and hes ordering a new one for me. Fantastic service and attitude! I went here to get a bike for my daughter and Im sure glad I did. I buy almost everything online, but I did not know what size bike she should get. I also wanted my daughter to pick her new bike. We were fortunate enough to have the owner help us - what a great guy. My daughter initially wanted a bicycle that was too small for her. The business owner found a bike sized more appropriate for her and it was cheaper than the bike she initially wanted. I am glad he cared enough not to compromise himself for an extra $50. To make it just right, we bought a basket and the business owner gave her a bell for free.It was just before closing time and I said I would need to get a friend with a pickup truck the following day because the bike would not fit in my car. The business owner said he would deliver the bike. Less than an hour later he pulled up to my house with the new bike.Everything was perfect - the business owner was super helpful, my daughter thought he was wonderful, he delivered the bike (for free), and the bike works perfectly (no tweaking needed). I would definitely recommend Menifee Bicycles!

I stopped by Christmas Eve and they were already busy but took the time to investigate and correct some loose spokes and noise coming from my rear wheel. Then they said Merry Christmas and didnt even charge me! This is a great example of a local mom and pop shop that make Menifee a great community to live in! I had an issue with an Electra bicycle foot brake.... apparently some installed it incorrectly at some point. I was told on the phone by an employee they were backed up 3 weeks in repairs...I went there parts shopping instead because I thought I had a broken brake. I was taken care. They fixed my brake on the spot, told me what the issue was. Wouldnt take my money and suggested I think about making a charity donation somewhere. Selfless defined right there. I am in awe of the customer service and the attention given despite having a tremendous amount of work ahead of them. Other customers received the same attention. Im buying here from now on. Just an amazing experience that left me feeling good about people.

If I could give a zero I would. I have been coming in to this place to get minor repairs, e.g. tube replacement. I have always been treated very nicely, however today, I went in to see if they could adjust my disc brake on a new bike. It is simply turns on the correct screws. That I have spent 3 hours trying to figure out. I came in because its a minor adjustment, but the lady I dealt with really made me feel as if I was a different skin color the adjustment could have been made. I have always had the staff state, something minor we can fix and help, however for major repairs we are 2 weeks out. I dont need a repair just help adjusting the tension on my fronbrakes. What a shame time to find a new bike shop.Reply to owner response. 6 5 2021 as I read through my reply from the owner to myself and others with low stars, I found no accountability from owner for his staff and transferring blame to customer.Received my reply and thank you Craig for not validating how I was made to feel and felt the need to jab me. Literally saved Christmas! I stopped by on 12/23 just to take a look if there was anything inexpensive I could grab quickly for my 6 year old son. See I had purchased an inexpensive bike on Targets website and it was damaged being shipped, the forks were bent to the point I couldnt assemble the bike. I came here to see if there was anything I could grab as a last minute replacement. I was approached by an employee and he asked what I was looking for, I told him there really wasnt anything in my budget I could swing at the moment. I explained my situation and he asked if I had the damaged bike with me, I didnt but he told me to bring it in and hed take a look at it. I went home grabbed the bike, brought it in and they had a tool to fix the damaged forks. Took about 10 minutes and he wouldnt even let me pay him for the time. The shop was crazy busy and they took the time to help me fix a bike they didnt even sell me. This shop literally saved Christmas! Ill never shop for a bike anywhere else again.

Just took my byc in for a flat tire and handle bar adjustment. This place is GREAT! Also, a young fella helped me with some questions. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Just got into road biking and wasn’t sure what I was really looking for as far as gear. One of the service guys stopped what he was doing fixing someone else’s bike and came over and asked if I needed help. I told him I was looking for a pump, patch kit etc.... this guy rocked. He helped me out big time. Gave his opinion and it happened to not be the most expensive item. I understand I’m gonna pay a little more at a store than online but people have to make money! I recently had the opportunity to go riding while visiting family in Tennessee and absolutely loved it! I was adamant to start riding when I got back to Cali. Its been a little intimidating figuring out where to start and how to find a bike that would fit my needs. Well, Jonny was AWESOME and helped me through the entire process! I was treated very poorly and I assume it was because of my age. Bunch of kids working in there and been in 3 separate times and all 3 times I had to ask for help and when I did ask it was not very nice reaction. I felt I was annoying them from talking while they sat behind a desk and one or two workers were fixing a bike. They looked at me as just some old man and figured I was just a looky Lou. Well too bad for them because I have money and would have purchased a bike. I read reviews on google and yelp and the owner seems to hate bad reviews and will talk down to those leaving them rather then apologize for horrible service. I recently took a yard sale purchase bicycle to Menifee Bike Shop for a tune up. The bike was to be a gift for a young girl in my neighborhood who had her bicycle stolen, and her family could not afford a replacement. The team at Menifee Bike Shop went above and beyond by getting it back in working order, and even donating a few used parts to the project. This shop is wonderful. I took my Specialized Ruby road bike in because of an annoying ticking noise during rides. They did a bottom bracket replacement and tune up, replaced tires and the computer battery. Well, the bottom bracket wasn’t the source of the noise, although it was still a needed service. After my ride, I took the bike back in and the owner, Craig, went over the likely culprits. He cleaned/lubed/tightened my cleats, tightened seat and seat post screws, removed the seat post and cleaned/lubed the interface. It silenced the annoying sound and he didn’t charge me a dime!

I cant say enough good things about this place and the people who run it! I started riding almost a year ago and had no idea what I was getting into. I didnt know what kind of bike to get, gear I would need etc. they set me up with the basics and answered all my questions. Since that day Ive gotten hooked on riding and have been in to upgrade my own bike, get another new bike and new bikes for the rest of my family, not to mention numerous supplies and gear. The shop changed out my bike tires and failed to put my tire liners back in. I quickly ended up with a flat tire (shocker) and went to change the tube and found the tire liner missing. I called the shop to tell them of the issue and they said that there must not have been tire liners to begin with, or they would have been installed. I explained that I was positive they were there, they insisted that I was mistaken and they could never have made a mistake. They said I could come back and buy new liners and have them installed. I asked if they were really willing to lose a good customer (spent $1000 in the shop this year) over a tire insert and they very abruptly said yes. Mom and pop shop with a Walmart attitude.

I went in to get a cool set of rims for like 180$. I was waiting for about two hours. They barley started touching my bike. They also recommended the wrong rims for brake pads. So I had to wait about a day or two for the rims. They came in and it sounded like he gave me a deal for two (rhyno lite) rims for the inconvenience. Woke up on Sunday and said im going to bicycle warehouse and leaving with a bike. To my surprise they were closed on a Sunday. Im coming from Moreno Valley so I was not just going to turn around considering it was my only day off of the week.
