Great shop. Not a lot of mechanics I would ever trust these days to either A. Not rip you off and B. Know how to diagnose a vehicle without a computer telling you whats wrong. But, I would trust Melvins to work on any of my vehicles. Great place, fast service, knowledgeable mechanics.

He is a sheister. I dont deal with Bill anymore since he tried to charge me 700.00 to troubleshoot my cavalier. He had my car for 4 weeks. Let his employee drive it to TerraBella for lunch. It came back with a blown head gasket He tried to tell me first it was the Catalytic Converter, Then said it was the wiring loom. Maybe he saw the light and changed his methods of doing business,I seriously doubt it .If tiu appreciare your pocket book having some jingle in it,.... I personally would find somewhere else to take youe vehicle. Just veing honest with yall.

Best shop in town. Full service. Highly professional, friendly, and honest. Quotes were spot on and was about half of other major auto mechanics and dealer in town. Absolutely will do business here again.

Bill is a wonderful man. He put two new tires on my truck,at an awesome price, gave a free rotarion and even had the tech check my vehicle for a leak I was worried about for free. Places like this dont exist much anymore. Give bill a chance, you wont regret it!

Ever had a pomelo? I did for the first time I went to this shop. The owner offered me six of them. They were delicious. He also went on to put new tires on my fiances car immediately afterwards. There was a special problem because the last mechanic that worked on her car broke the tire key (a device that unlocks the tire lock on certain vehicles making it nearly impossible to take off without special equipment). Anyways, Melvin and his guys blitzed right through with no qualms and provided me with new lugnuts, all while providing service with a smile. Will definitely return when needed! 10 stars!

Traveling from Vegas to Portland, via Sequoia NP, and the front end started to wobble sporadically. Melvin fit my van in and fix the problem in a few hours. He took the time to reassure me that the problem was fixed and we were perfectly safe to continue or drive. So far, so good, we reached Sequoia with no wobble, no funny noises, and now are confident we will be fine all the way to Portland and back. Even though we were a rush job and unexpected, he charged a fair price.
