My husband and I live out of town ... actually 2 states away. We had to hire a realtor that would take care of our long-distance needs. When we met Melissa, we knew instantly that she would be the right fit for selling my family home. Melissa is amazingly quick to get back to you when questions arise and quick to find solutions and resources to fix problems. She is also very thorough in following up with information sharing and providing updates on the sale of our home. With Melissas professional manner, we received an offer on our home in one week. Unfortunately, that offer did go through. However, after two very successful open houses, Melissa presented us with 18 offers, many of which were over the asking price. Melissa provided us with exceptional tools to track the sale processes from offers to closing. We were completely comfortable with Melissas confidence and professionalism. We actually never met Melissa in-person as we primarily worked with her husband, Juan. We worked with Melissa at the onset through the phone and Zoom, and she was still looped on all of our interactions, communications and process. She was doing a lot behind the scenes. They are a great duo and the videos and other stock emails they had ready for us to learn more about every step of the process were very helpful. Juan was immensely professional, responsive, and patient - he was also very knowledgeable about the process and other aspects about purchasing and owning a home that we were new to us as first-time homebuyers. Together, Juan and Melissa ensured that we were competitive homebuyers through our offer and guided us in our counteroffer. We strongly recommend Juan and Melissa.

Juan was the most helpful during one of the biggest purchases of our lives. He and Melissa understood the importance of a sound home for our family, and did everything in their power to help make sure we were comfortable. Because the house we got is so old, they helped with inspections and credits beyond what any other realtor would do. Made sure every request was taken care of and really explained things before we signed anything. Really held our hands during a foreign process to us as we are not in this field of work. Would definitely recommend them to our friends and family!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE SELLING A HOME! This is my first home sale and I am so glad we went with Melissa and her crew. Her confidence in doing a good job locked us in when we met her. She made the home selling seem like a piece of cake! Melissa gave us weekly updates, even if we are just waiting for something on the buyer end. She breaks down what I need to do in easy to understand terms, sends reminders for me to get things done on time, and best of all I love that she gives her honest and professional opinion to best help us sell our home for the best price possible while also not being pushy about it. Our home sold faster and for more than I expected. I am very grateful Zillow referred Melissa to me. She did a wonderful job and made me feel involved yet not stressed at all throughout the process!
