Martha was responsive and made my calls a priority not matter what else she was doing at the moment. Being a first time buyer I had so many questions and what if scenarios, but she listened to each one and explained the process in a way that made sense to me (that to me was very important). Even after she sold me my property she still checks in with me from time to time to make sure we are still happy with our purchase. She truly cares about each of her customers and puts herself in your shoes. I never felt rush to make a decision which made me feel comfortable. I just closed on a condo with Melania representing me as the buyer as well as the seller. I found her very responsive, professional and a straight shooter. But what I was impressed the most was her fairness in representing both parties; to the seller benefit she convinced me to increase my offer significantly and rejected few (non-traditional) requests that I had from the seller as she mentioned those are not in sellers interest, and yet she kept a fair and neutral stand during the transaction. She has a law degree and that shows up in the way she handles the transitions. I will definitely consider her for my next transactions.
