I’m glad I came across Dr. Fotovat for my daughter’s braces. We’ve been referred to several orthodontists and my daughter felt the most comfortable with Dr. Fotovat. He explained the risks and benefits to us, gave us several options that would suit our daughter’s difficult case. My daughter never had a broken bracket, nor wires poking her. She kept good hygiene throughout the duration of her braces. Through the whole process we were informed and well taken care of. The staff are really accommodating and friendly. Two years later…. We are beyond satisfied with the results! I have a happy 15 year old, who now smiles showing her teeth. Would 100% recommend Dr. Fotovat and his team!

Doctor Fotovat and his team made my Invisalign journey a smooth process. I was initially told it would take 12 months but I am so happy I was able to complete my treatment sooner. Dr Fotovat was very honest with me regarding my treatment plan. He truly cares about the overall well being of his patients. When I was beginning the Invisalign treatment and had x-rays done, he recommended I see my physician for my thyroid because he noted some radio opacity. He even gave me a copy of the x-ray and would follow up with me which made me appreciate him even more for how attentive he was. Thankfully everything was fine. The end results definitely exceeded my expectations and I can finally say I am confident in my smile!

Dr Fotovat and the team are really amazing. Everytime I came in the people in the front were always super nice and accommodating, and the team would always explain the process and what the plan was for my teeth so I never felt confused. After going for about two or so years, my teeth went from an absolute mess to something I can actually be proud of, the work the team did was absolutely phenomenal.The atmosphere of the place was also super comfortable, so there was never a moment where I felt stressed out. I would highly recommend Dr Fotovat and the team to anyone looking to get their teeth corrected.

My teeth look amazing now that my braces are off. I was incredibly happy with Dr. Fotovat and his staff’s service, compassion, and lack of judgment. The atmosphere was welcoming and not scary like some stereotypical orthodontist offices. There was no judgment even when I neglected to wear my bands. Rather, they handled the matter with empathy and offered valuable advice. All in all, you should definitely pay this office a visit.

I can’t comment yet on any experience except for our initial consultation to decide if our son needs expanders, but I absolutely must inform everyone of the extreme discrepancies in cost that they may encounter and why it’s so important to get a second opinion.We initially went to another office for a consultation and were told what our financial obligations would be and went ahead and made future appointments at that time. I then decided to cancel those appointments and get a second opinion just to make sure he truly needed expanders.My son and I just returned from Dr. Fotovat’s office and the price is literally less than half of what we were quoted at the other location.The first office quoted a total of $4,280 with our insurance covering $1000, so our portion would’ve been $3280.The total from Dr. Fotovat was $1,782 with insurance covering half, so our portion is $891.I even considered that maybe I gave the first office our health insurance instead of dental since our dental covers half, but that still doesn’t explain why BVO is more than double. Both offices were clean, welcoming and the people were kind and friendly. BVO was closer to us but that certainly wasn’t a deciding factor in this given the different costs. Both quotes were just for expanders so once again, I can’t explain the difference in prices.I highly encourage everyone to always get a second opinion. Thank heavens we did.

My son was in the care of Dr. Fotovat for the past 2.5 years and the before and after pictures are truly amazing. My son had major problems with his bite and had issues with overcrowding. After treatment his bite is now aligned beautifully, they were able to make room for all of his teeth without extracting any. Ill be sending my daughter next. Found this practice was close to my home and had great reviews. Procedures and plan was clear and price was right. The office and office staff are exceptional- always festive and makes the experience enjoyable and fun. Dr. Fotovat communicates the process and progress clearly and with kindness and respect- every step of the way. You can do your weekly scans virtually which means you aren’t burdened taking time off work to go in weekly for appointments. I am so excited to finally have the teeth of my dreams!After having braces all through high school, and my teeth never being how I wanted them I choose to get Invisalign and the process was so easy and I’m shocked how well it worked!Dr Fotovat does a few extra things that make him the best… first he uses placement dots on your teeth to really help secure the trays. Then he uses an app so that I could scan at home and he could track my progress.. and he also gave me a “pul” which was a life saver for taking them out… and chewing on to make sure my trays were snug. These are all things I’ve heard from friends that they wish they had! I even finished a few months early, with no more witch tooth!The whole team at Dr. Fotovat’s is amazing. And I couldn’t be happier with my results.My daughter is also receiving treatment with traditional braces and we are so pleased with her progress.Highly HIGHLY Recommend.

My son needed a lot of things to happen with his braces (open a space to allow an adult tooth to come in, close gaps, bring his lower jaw forward) and after two years, he got them off today. We are super happy that everything he needed was accomplished in that time and they look great. During the first few months of 2020, I decided it would be a perfect time to straighten my teeth. I had just turned 35, and I had a lot of shifting happening, so I figured Why not get braces? I first heard about Dr. Mehdi in 2003, when my brother was treated by him. I remember how amazing his teeth looked when his braces were finally taken off. I always knew that if my children ever needed braces, hed be the one to go to. My son needed braces sooner than expected, so at 8 he had his first treatment( top braces only) with Dr. Mehdi. Because all of his baby teeth did not come in yet, we had to wait for his second treatment (full braces, top and bottom) when all his permanent teeth came in. We came back for his second treatment at 17. Wed like to thank Dr. Mehdi Fotovat for another great experience with braces. He is very knowledgeable and if there are any issuesthat come up in between he is very good at bringing it to our attention and referring us to someone who can help. Our entire experience with Dr. Fotovat has been a positive one, and that’s especially significant considering that my daughter came in with an extremely crowded mouth, big teeth and a small jaw, and an uneven bite. Dr. Fotovat cheerfully went out of his way to make sure that his method of treating my daughter’s case was the best possible. He has always been patient, caring, and thorough when explaining everything to both me and my daughter throughout the process.The office is always accommodating. They make orthodontics as fun as possible, and my kids never mind going in to appointments. My younger child will be getting braces with Dr. Fotovat as well. I held off on braces for over two decades because I was terrified of getting teeth pulled. They dont pull them here of course and that would be a different review. I could list all the things, but the long story short is just pick up the phone and make you an appointment with Dr. Fotovats office now! He and his team are incredible, very friendly and highly professional. My entire journey with Invisalign has been amazing in his care. I am 51 year old woman who decided to straighten out the traffic jam on my lower teeth when my first born also needed to correct his bite and improve his smile. I thought we could help each other through the process -- and I was right. Though he is still going, I just completed my journey and I love my smile. Dr. Fotovat has invested in all the latest technology that assists the journey beautifully. From the high-tech scans that show you what your teeth will look like at your first appointment to the 3-D scan that makes your actual retainer (thus avoiding biting into molds). The process has been made easy by the app and at home scanner you use with your cell phone. He reports back by the next morning via the app so you can keep pace with your progress. And he only calls you back in the office when necessary and sends you home with enough aligners (that I changed out weekly on average) to keep you on pace. As for my son, there was a time when he wasnt doing so well with keeping up with the regiment required and reporting back, so much so Dr. Fotovat informed me and asked he could have that needed talk. He did so in such a way that my son has done a full 180 and back on track. He now is doing so well and is due to complete his journey soon.
