Weve been using Health Covers for our telehealth needs, and I have to say, its been an awesome experience. Working with Nicole has been great—shes super quick to answer any questions we have, and the onboarding process was a breeze.Once we got access to the software, it was really intuitive. We were up and running, processing GFEs, within just 30 minutes of setup. The experience for our clients has been fantastic, too. Health Covers promises that clients will be able to speak with an NP within 2 minutes of submitting a request, but in our experience, its usually under 30 seconds!I also had the chance to speak with the owner, Medi. He was very helpful and could answer all my questions, even the technical ones about the software. Overall, were really satisfied with Health Covers for our GFE needs.Highly recommend!
