2024-02-23 04:09:29Dr. Diep has done a phenomenal job! Its been 18 months since my hair transplant and I am completely satisfied with my results! Dr. Diep and his team were very nice and helpful and my surgery went smooth. Also, my hair transplant/hairline looks very natural. Nobody has ever questioned me about getting a hair transplant.I highly recommend Dr. Diep for hair restoration

2023-09-18 21:03:18I recently underwent a hair transplant procedure and I must say, the results have been nothing short of miraculous. The process was smooth, and the medical team was professional and supportive throughout the entire journey. Before the procedure, my hair was thinning significantly, especially at the crown and the front of my scalp. I had tried various treatments but none seemed to halt the progression of my hair loss. After the procedure, I was amazed at the results. The transplanted hair has grown in fully and looks completely natural. The density of my hair has improved dramatically, and the previously balding areas are now covered with healthy, growing hair. The before and after photos are truly astonishing. They clearly depict the remarkable transformation that has taken place. It’s hard to believe that such a change is possible, but the photos speak for themselves. In conclusion, this hair transplant procedure has been a life-changing experience for me. It has not only restored my hair but also boosted my confidence immensely. I would highly recommend this to anyone struggling with hair loss.

2022-12-27 17:19:13It’s been a year since my hair transplant at Dr Dieps office and I am ecstatic about the results! I didn’t realize how thin my hair was on my temple area until I saw the before an after. Wow! The pics speak for themselves! I highly recommend this procedure to anyone struggling with thinning hair.Dr Diep himself is a very knowledgeable hair Dr but he’s also very nice! Best in the business. And his staff is amazing! All are very nice and on top of it! Plus the patience they have is stellar! All such hard workers. They work late to accommodate your schedules so please be kind to them! The process itself was painless. It’s a long procedure but goes by pretty quickly since you are sleeping majority of the time. You must follow the post healing properly for better results. This cost is so worth it. The confidence alone is priceless! I’m so happy!

2023-09-20 06:52:43This place was a class act from start to finish. Dr. Diep went into great detail what to expect before, during and after the procedure. He did exactly what he told me he was going to do and the results have been fantastic. I would do it again in an heartbeat. The place was clean and the staff was welcoming. If your in the market for a hair transplant look no further. You found your guy. Thanks for everything!

2024-03-08 08:57:46I met Dr. John Diep after doing lots of research and was evaluating multiple other clinics at the same time. He gave me lots of confidence from our conversation. He was very patient in explaining the pros and cons of different techniques. I decided to go ahead with his advise (Looking back I am happy I did follow his advise). His team provided all the instruction to prepare for the surgery and I was there in his Los Gatos office early morning. His team asked me to relax and took care of all the initial procedures. It took most part of the day (I was sleeping half the time) and the only painful was sitting idle towards the end as his team was working very carefully. I left the office without any pain with all the medications. The 1st week was little tricky and we made several calls to his office. He has a very experienced team and patiently answered all my queries. The whole vibe in the office is very pleasant. I did have 6 month and yearly check with the Doctor as well.Overall it was a very positive experience. I am very happy with the results and did not expect it to be it this good.

2022-12-27 04:37:11I wanted to do hair transplant for a few years. My problem was that I was not very confident with the result of the hair transplant.I found Dr Diep through searching online and I like his hair transplant result. I had a consultation with him and he went over all the details. The day of surgery went smoothly for me. I did not have much pain on the following days. The only side effect of the surgery was that my face started to swell 2 days after the surgery which went away in a day or two (this is a common side effect).By month 4, my hairline was almost restored and I started to have more hair from there. By 12 months, I had amazing hair!!Overall, I am very happy with the hair transplant.

2020-07-15 01:29:42I first noticed my hair loss shortly after graduating college. It was not very dramatic in the beginning, so I dismissed it. However, as time progressed, it became worse and worse. My crown and vertex lost so much density that I felt and looked 10 years older; I was only 25 at the time. Hair means something different from one individual to the next. For me, it felt like I was losing a part of myself (quite literally, I suppose) and my identity and confidence took a hit. I thought I was doomed to suffer this fate, being dealt a losing hand in terms of the genetic lottery, until I stumbled upon hair transplant videos on YouTube. I fell down a rabbit hole, and thus began my hair transplant journey. I scoured the internet – forums, reviews, reddit, you name it – for potential doctors that I felt comfortable with. After all, this was going to be a big investment.Fast forward, and I eventually decided on Dr. Diep. This was due to several reasons. Firstly, he was one of the few doctors who had posted videos of his work before surgery, 6 months post-surgery, and 12 months-post surgery. If they say pictures are worth a thousand words, then videos are like full blown novels. Secondly, Dr. Diep seemed to have worked with a wide variety of hair types in his YouTube videos – Caucasians, African Americans, Asians, Hispanics; this was a definite plus. I am Asian myself, so my hair is thinner, and it was very important to me that the hair transplant doctor knew how to work with my hair type. I finally took the plunge and scheduled a consultation. I was classified as having a Norwood 3A hair loss pattern. Much to my surprise, he was fully booked and the earliest date they could squeeze me in was April of next year! I was a bit bummed, but I guess all good things are worth the wait.During my time leading up to the surgery date, I corresponded with the office regarding paperwork, payments, and any general questions. For the most part it was fine, a bit disorganized at times, but nothing major. It was mostly repeated questionnaires or notifications, but hey over communicating is better than under communicating right? So, on the big day, I arrived for my 2,500 FUE procedure bright and early. The office was clean and tidy, and the receptionist was very warm. She had me fill out any remaining paperwork and asked me to select my lunch option from restaurants nearby, which was quite unexpected since it was on the house. After a short wait, I met with Dr. Diep to go over the procedure details. He had excellent bed-side manners and was very thorough. He took the time to listen to my concerns and made it a point to ask what was most important to me when drawing up the lines for where to place my transplanted hair follicles. After I took my pre-op medication, we started the procedure. I was partially sedated but still semi-conscious. Dr. Diep personally extracted all my hair follicles (which I read is the most important part), and continuously monitored my pain level throughout. If I started to feel pain, he would reapply the local anesthesia. We took a break for lunch, and in the afternoon, several technicians implanted the extracted hair follicles per Dr. Diep’s design. After wrapping up, the office gave very specific post-op care instructions and sent me home with some meds, gauze, liner pads, and a hat to cover up my scalp. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and even more so with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Diep to anyone who has been thinking about doing a hair transplant but is on the fence; it changed my life. I can go on and on, but it is mush easier to just show the results.

2023-01-02 07:33:54Lost some hair due to radiation treatment, I was really disappointed when it never grew back. I tried everything to make it grow back and nothing worked. Then I got an appointment with Dr Diep and he was able to give me my hair back. I’ll be honest the procedure was a bit long and at times painful, but completely worth it! The best money I’ve ever spent. And just FYI, when your new hair falls out about 2 weeks in, just know it’s part of the process and you didn’t get ripped off…;)

2024-02-27 20:10:14It has been 6 years since my hair transplant with Dr. Diep. I am 28 years old now and did the surgery when I was 22. Before the surgery, I was always wearing hats and was so embarrassed of my hair loss. I was way too young to be balding! After extensive research, I decided to book a consultation with Dr. Diep and I immediately felt comfortable and confident that I was in the right hands. Fast forward 6 years, I am now engaged and getting married soon. I look forward to styling my hair and getting my haircut now! My hair still looks amazing and I have done the necessary routines to maintain it. I use Minoxidil foam every day in the morning, and 2mg of Finasteride every night. This has been so necessary to maintain my hair as I know many people who have gotten a hair transplant and do not use the proper medication afterwards, and their hair thins again. I cannot recommend Dr. Diep enough and his team will take care of you! If you are thinking about doing a hair transplant, THIS IS YOUR SIGN!
