Kyro was able to take the time to help pinpoint the issues of my laptop (Black Screen) and offered a resolution, alongside great recommendations. Kyro was extremely knowledgeable about Computers and it’s obvious his experienced is extremely extensive. I would recommend MediaVision Computer Repair and IT services to anyone in Computer issues especially if they need genuine experience help at a very fair price. My experience with Mr. Carlos has been one of a kind. He has been quick on handing me a hand all my devices which I have had working issues. I come in to his office and he right away put hands on my computer or cell phones problems, solving the issues in no time while I wait. He is always available for you over the phone when you need the help with any electronic device. He guide you as much as possible so you get things done even in the comfort of your home.

Mr. Farrah was incredibly helpful in fixing my MacBook! I ordered a logic board on eBay but was sent an incorrect model. He shipped it back for me and also managed to find and order a different one that was half the price. He gave me a great deal on his services as well and was very communicative and patient.

I have come here for 3 different PCs with 3 different daily uses and components. He was kind enough to enlighten me on all the parts and features while also letting me know what issues he had and how he was fixing them. Very communicative and great service. I really recommend this place. I was looking to fix my old windows surface 4 but Kyrollos told to me to instead buy a good condition used surface 4 instead of fixing as it will be cheaper that way. That made me believe Kyrollos is a trustworthy person and very knowledgeable about computers/laptops and IT. 1000% recommend after my experience

Mr Farah is one the best consultant I’ve ever met. He was very professional, supportive, patient, and kind. He knows what he is doing. I had a problem with my TV programs, I called him and walked me through the troubleshooting step by step. The process took a long time as my problem was a little challenging, but Mr Farah did not quit, I on the other hand I was giving up and got very upset but he kept his calm and kept going till he fixed the problem. I truly appreciate your help Mr Farah.Guys make sure you don’t try anyone else out there because Mr Farah knows what he is doing and he is good at it.

My laptop did not open for a while, so I decided to change the battery thinking it was a battery problem but it still did not work after getting the new one. Then, someone referred me to Mediavision. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix the issue and got my laptop up and running again. Their customer sercice is excellent and prices are reasonable. Id definitely recommend this place.

Im usually not one to write reviews but I had to do one for the services that I received today. Through all the different issues I had with my computer, from the broken plastic part of my SATA data port to copying the data over to a new SSD to making sure that my computer booted properly, Kero was so patient with all my questions and able to help me through every step of the way. I cant emphasize enough how kind and helpful he was, going over and beyond to make sure that all my needs were met and taken care of, not to even mention just how knowledgable and experienced he is in the realm of computer hardware. Truly, truly, Im so thankful and grateful for the kindhearted care I received today. I would confidently and even go so far as to fervently advocate for him. Located on the 2nd floor of a not-so-clearly advertised building, this place is a haven for those in need of expert assistance, whether be it repairs, building a gaming PC, or purchasing a built computer ready to go!I recently had the pleasure of visiting this computer repair store when I called to inquire about purchasing a tool to modify a computer cable for my nonworking computer. The owner, Kyrollos, asked me to come in so he could assess the situation in person. Upon arriving, I found the front door closed, but I was able to enter through a door near the parking lot on the back side.Upon reaching suite 2M, I was greeted by Kyrollos, who welcomed me into his store and offered me a seat. There was a problem with the laptop and it stopped working after it was very slow. It took more than five minutes to start. I went to the office and Mr. Kirolos examined the device and repaired it completely. Now I am happy with the device even though I was scheduled to buy another one, but he fixed it and it starts in less than Five seconds and he was quick to respond to commands and became like new.
