Sheralyn was the realtor to help my husband and I buy our first home this year. We are so happy that it was her that helped guide us through this process. We even lived 400 miles from Orange County while going through the process and she was always there for us each step of the way. Sheralyn was always responsive to texts and questions and she was always responding to us quickly no matter what day or time. She is extremely professional and kind and honest. We knew we could trust her while we were living such a long ways away. She worked her magic and we found our dream home! Again, I can’t recommend Sheralyn enough for your realtor needs
Sheralyn made us feel super comfortable and at ease during our first home buying experience, especially relocating to Southern California from out of state it could have been super stressful! She was very communicative during the entire process and always has her clients best interest in mind. Sheralyn is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the Orange County housing market and I would certainly recommend her for anyone seeking to buy or sell their home. She also provides great referrals to other home services you might need to buy or sell your home (ie: contractors, roofers, plumbers, inspectors, etc.)
We were very fortunate to find a professional person like Sheralyn. As we were selling long distance she was always ready to assist in anything that needed to be done in our absence. She was extremely energetic and very professional in her counsel. We sold our home in 3 weeks in large part due to her aggressive open house strategy. To top it all off we have become good friends and we look forward to seeing her again when we visit the area.

We were looking to buy our first home and got connected to Sheralyn after spending some time in Zillow. During the first few visits she really tried to fully understand what we were looking for in our first home and guided us through the process as we were trying to figure out what really mattered for us. She listened to how I wanted to approach the sale, she was kind, patient and very empathetic, and brought the buyers too! Not only was Sheralyn the sweetest and listened to exactly what I was looking for but she delivered in a big way! Providing not one but several options and finding THE ONE we were looking for. She went above and beyond to facilitate all documents needed, work with the owners rep to answer questions, and make sure we had everything we needed to secure the property. I would gladly have paid more for the incredible, professional service she provided. She listened to all our needs and requests and provided us with listings that fit our needs. She was prompt to reach out to properties on our behalf and followed up quickly on any concerns or questions we had. I’ve house hunted in several different parts of the country, military moves, and Sheralyn understood all our limitations and was able to work within our parameters. Seriously the absolute best, and any future real estate transaction will definitely be sticking with her.
