McGee, Lerer & Associates is truly an amazing firm! I was very lucky to have worked with the incredible Fima. Words cannot describe how caring of a person she is and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. She made sure to get me the help I needed for my injuries as well as trying to make sure I get what I deserve at the end. I highly recommend this firm!

I’m very lucky to have found this law firm. I had Fima working on my case and she did an amazing job getting the max settlement for me after a car accident. I could not be more happy with the outcome. Highly highly recommend for anyone who has been involved in an auto accident. I just wanna start off by saying Fima, Catherine and all the associates at McGee Lerer are absolutely outstanding. This was my first time in any auto collision incident and I was very scared and confused as to what to do next. I called around and looked for places with the best reviews, and people who seem to be the most personal. After asking them a lot of questions and comparing them to other firms I chose them because they made me feel the most safe comfortable, and were completely transparent about all necessary steps, fees, and the fact that they would not charge you unless you successfully had or won a case. My accident was in March and it was resolved in a matter of months, the person who hit me was uninsured so they were able to help me file an uninsured motorist claim as well as a personal injury claim through my insurance. I would strongly recommend any and all of my friends and family here. Also just wanted to note that coming from a customer service field myself their service is absolutely outstanding, will even answer all questions on the weekends as best as they can if yours advisor is not there! Hopefully I will never have this issue again, but if I do I know exactly where Im going!

Negotiating costs as low as possible and ensuring everything went smooth. This is my second time working with McGee Lerer & associates . The first time they really took good care of me making sure all my injuries were taken care off and was paid for my injuries they way I deserved That is why when I got into this accident I knew right away who to call. My second time around was even better than the first . Everyone always answered all my calls and followed up with me in a timely manner. Paul was assigned to my case and he always kept me up to date with what I was feeling and what treatments I needed . So grateful for everything he helped me with. Then I was assigned to Nick and let me tell you this guy will go above and beyond for you. I had some issues with me agreeing to what I would be settling for and man nick when above and beyond to get me more than what I was expecting . When I say nick will fight for you I mean it! I will defenetly be sending them over any of my friends or family if they are ever in a car accident and need to be represented . I got into a car crash while making a delivery. The insurance adjuster at Progressive gave me the runaround and basically called me a liar and denied coverage and wanted to come after me for payment. After consulting with McGee Lerer, they provided assistance and ultimately Progressive accepted responsibility for payment. I have been in a pretty hard situation involving a hit and run where the driver at fault was denying responsibility. Unfortunately, this made me settling a little bit more difficult. Nick Ramirez was brought on as my case manager and he completely sped things up, informed me and cleared any confusions I have. He made sure I am ready to make the best decisions for my case. Within a week of him becoming my case manager I have a VERY generous check on the way that is completely separate form my final settlement. After fighting with Liberty Mutual, I did some research on the internet and found McGee & Lerer Associates number. I called on a Saturday and spoke with Catherine Lerer. She was empathetic to what happened and told me that the best course of action was to reach out to a car appraiser and I for sure had a case. She took the time to help me and steer me in the right direction even though she felt it was in my best interest to do it all myself. I had a great experience with McGee Lerer & Associates. There staff is amazing! Especially Kelly and Catherine. Car accidents are never good especially when it happens when you are in vacation. We were hit by a drunk driver in the middle of the day! I was so upset and it messed me up because I was in the back directly where we got hit. The great part was they were able to help me out even though I live in Las Vegas and they are located in CA. There costumer service was amazing and they would call me to let me know how my case was going and If I ever had any questions they would respond right away. I called this firm early on a Sunday morning, after I got home from 10 hours in the ER thanks to a drunk-driver who rear-ended me. I actually spoke to the attorneys - both Dan and Catherine, on Sunday. I met with them the next day. Then handled everything. They helped me get medical treatment. They took care of all my bills. I was a victim of a terrible Head on Collision in June 2016 At the time i was a Dental Student, and head of a family of four. I had no time to handle the insurance companies and the bills associated with my accident.I literally did a google search for a lawyer and randomly picked Mcgee Lerer and Associates because they had an office a couple blocks from my apartment in Pasadena. This is the firm you want in your corner if you need a lawyer. I was viciously attacked by a neighborhood dog. The bill from Huntington Memorial here in Pasadena was over $7,000 - insane. I had no health insurance. The dog’s owner originally promised to take care of my medical bills, but once he learned the amount, he stopped returning my calls. I hired an attorney who ended up dropping my case because he couldn’t find any insurance on the dog owner. A friend suggested I call McGee & Lerer. Best decision I made. They tracked down insurance on the dog owner, got my medical bills paid, and there’s enough left over that I can get plastic surgery in the future, if I want to.If you want an aggressive lawyer who isn’t just out to make a quick buck, but who really cares about justice for their clients, this is the firm you should hire.
