My little sister went here for an interview . Mom wasted gas and time . My sisters first interview went like whats your name, whats your number and asked if we had the McDonalds app so she could show us how to get free fries . Thats all. She did this to about 3 other people. All the employees are probably her family, theyre always on their phone. Get a life and actually learn how to do your job. The manager here is cheeks.

The last two orders I received from their drive through both on Sunday evenings between 9:30-10:00 pm have been disgusting. Once a month my mother who is sick will request a Big Mac and Fries. I work approximately 10 hours a day so I will occasionally surprise her. The first order last month was a Big Mac. I received different. It was a spicy chicken sandwich and a hamburger with fries. She told me not to go back. She could not eat the chicken and shared the burger with her chiweenie. Last night night, April 21st 2024, I came through ordered for myself and her. Naturally her a Big Mac and small fries. No fries at all even though I paid for them. Her Big Mac Mac was worse. Edges of burger hard. Barely any lettuce. One pickle which was in the box not on the burger. No special sauce. I was saddened really because I could have gotten a better burger with fries for pick up at Red Robin and been at least I would know my mom would be happy in her condition. See I get wanting 20 bucks an hour. Question is. What are you doing to really defend that? People have to show their work for raises. It’s earned.

My grandkids love it, besides the happy meal and toy, they especially like the play room. It makes for a fun time for little ones. And of course I always enjoy eating a fish fillet. I gave 3 stars for service cuz its do it yourself now and you have to ask for napkins.

Well if you come here right now, you should know that its drive thru and curbside pickup only. They closed dine in ordering for some reason. I thought all fast food places open their dine in now but this Mcdonald location is not one of them. I was going to do curbside pickup but I heard from my cousin that they are very slow and they put you after the drive thru order. So I went to the drive thru line to get my 20 pcs chicken nuggets and 3 large fries. I told them I just wanted ketchup as my sauce. The drive thru line took forever, like 25 minutes. When I got to the pickup window, they give me BBQ sauce when I said I wanted ketchup so I had to ask for some. The lady apologized and said they were really back up and there a ketchup shortage. When I got back home to eat my food, the fries were very Crispy and salty so they werent the delicious fries Im used to.

This is literally my favorite place to eat. Ive been coming here since 2020 and Ive never had a single bad meal. My favorite currently is the quesadilla taco but the fries are good. They have amazing vegetarian options too.

Bacon Fries!?! Im not the biggest fan of McDonalds but their french fries and Sweet Tea are 2 guilty pleasure that I find hard to say no to once a month.When I need something, fast, cheap Ill swing in and pick up a $1 sweet tea, rarely a french fries as they are overpriced.I missed lunch today and wanted a snack to hold me.over till dinner. When I came up.to the drive thru I saw on the menu there was Bacon Cheese Fries, something Ive never seen in my life at a McDonalds.I gave it a shot, and here is my review of just the Bacon fries. First the box they came in reminded me of Wienerschnitzel chilli cheese fries box and I thought thst was convenient and smart.When I opened the box I was immediately disappointed with the bacon. It looked undercooked and soggy, I dug in to the classic fries and took a bite having no hope that the cheese sauce would be enjoyable.I was pleasantly surprised, the cheese was pretty good and the hot fries were cooked perfectly cooked. The flavor of the bacon and cheese was overall pleasing and filled me up till dinner.I think there is ropm to improve the bacon quality but overall better than I was expecting. I will probably buy this from time to time and more often If I could get the cheese sauce, ok the side.

So I ordered my Food got to pay window 8:37 pm payed went to next window sat there for 10 minutes just to get the bag handed to me that was next to window hole time. The manager was sitting there talking to his friend that was not working whole time. The. When I asked for fresh food he refused. Then I went around to door he locked me and my 8 month and 4 year old out. I had to call phone several times to get inside. Then I talked to some one else said they would get me fresh food I waited another 5 minutes for the first guy to come hand me cash when I payed with a card and told me get out my money was no good. Look, I do not like Mc D, the staff here is friendly while being professional, and the kids eat the food happily. Additionally, I have examined the food, and it seems clean and well prepared. I have a preteen on the spectrum, and I certainly aint a gonna fight over his choice. I am just happy that he will eat the dry, plain, crispy chicken sandwich.

I used to come to this location often until a week ago when I waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told to pull over and park so they can bring the food out to me. 30 minutes later, still no food and they came out with a mobile order I had added on after parking. They brought me the wrong burger and no drink and all I ordered was a Happy meal. Then they brought out my original order and it was missing several items and it was all very cold. I had to go back through the drive-thru line because their dining room was closed which took another 15 minutes. When I explained what happened, I only got a blank stare and had to ask for my missing items only to be met with another blank stare. They refunded my money and I went home with cold gross food that I should have just left there. I will not be coming back here again.

My visit here today was great I was able to quickly get into the drive threw and back on my way with very little delay maybe 6 mins, the food was fair the pretzel mcflurry was ok not as amazing as the photo.. The location was very clean outside and in the drive threw, the parking lot was clean as well and trashes not over flowing especially the one at the end of the driveway which is how most are at the adjoining locations in the area.Overall a good visit Thank you working staff and team members Much Appreciated!

I was supposed to get a free cheeseburger for my reward. They tried to charge my $2.99 and argue with me. I showed them it was clearly on the McDonalds app and when I got my cheeseburger, it was cold, I asked for extra onion and it had no onion and I asked for no pickle and it had pickle. I think it was a cheeseburger that just had been sitting there and they threw it in my bag. No napkins and no receipt.

I am very disappointed in the in person service with two toddlers and a mom asking for a hot latte - they told me that the only way that they get their lattes hot is putting them to the microwave for a few seconds ☹️so after that type of comment and being completely ignored and the DoorDash orders being taken care of before a mom and two kids in front of the staff, I asked for my money back. I can give grace to being busy but don’t ignore people standing in front of you. It’s call human courtesy. Especially when I choose your establishment to spend my money.

This was my favorite McDonals. I cant say the same now. I ordered a frozen Coke and wasnt informed until after I paid when I was at the pick-up window. They usually have ice cream ready, guess what? The last 2 times it was unavailable because it was being cleaned! Maybe do this in the morning and not at peak times that someone would want some. The BIGGEST problem I have is when I am the only person in the drive-thru and waiting over 3 minutes to place my order. However, the person that comes after me has their order taken. Really irritating! So much so that my husband has left 3 times this has happened to us. That doesnt include the times it has happened to me only.

Avoid this location like the plague, or whichever pandemic you prefer.Tonight, the inside of the buns of all the sandwiches I ordered were blackened, and when I bit into one of them not seeing this, my mouth was filled with a disgusting charcoal taste. Its completely unacceptable that $24 worth of food was given to me in such an indigestible and nauseating state. I shouldnt have to disassemble a burger at the pickup window to make sure it was made right, but theres no way Im wasting more time driving back and sitting in that endless drive-thru line.Ive given this location many chances because its close to my house, but its quality has gone barreling downhill in the last year. They constantly miss items so Ive learned to check the bags before I leave. And now the food has begun to get worse and worse. Everything is dry and overcooked. My fries, $4 for fries, which is already outrageous, were only 2/3 full (this location is notorious for under filling their fry containers) and were basically lukewarm cardboard sticks, lacking seasoning, heat and any kind of freshness to speak of. The service and attitude of the staff is good. I dont know if theyre just understaffed or under-skilled, but the food has become inedible and the drive-thru takes at minimum 20 minutes to go through, and its not worth the wait.I called the number provided on the taped-up sign in the drive-thru window and left a voicemail for George, the general manager. I sincerely hope hes able to make some changes for the better. This is the last time Ill come back to this location, and based on this experience, to McDonalds in general. Their pricing is ridiculous for what you get, especially with incidents like this. If you dont want to waste you money, find a different location or a different restaurant altogether.

Really frustrated writing this review. This is my neighborhood McDonald’s, and quality of food/ freshness is sub-par. The restaurant is a mile from where I live, but will drive 2-3 miles to other restaurants to get better quality & freshness with my food. Fries are ALWAYS cold! Very disappointed in the service, quality and price of this location. The manager treated me like I was lying when I told him I was missing one of my items. Good thing I had my receipt to prove otherwise. The hash browns were cold and hard. And they charged nearly double what the store a mile down the road charges for a few of there breakfast items. Careful of this restaurant. If you do not immediately order an item their manager will accuse you of theft/breaking into a vehicle... that you arrived in. When you contact MCD corporate they will say that they are going to investigate it... investigating themselves, what a joke. They will unapologetically accuse you of breaking into vehicles and threaten you with the cops. Plenty of good resturants around this place, avoid this one like the plague unless you want to be treated as sub human.

The parking lot is set up for easy traffic flow. But if you order curbside pickup the app asks you to pick stalls 1,2 or 3 and McDonalds has the spaces listed as A, Band C. This could have set up confusion but luckily we were the only people there and since we claimed spot A, I inputted space number 1. Now when I pick up food for curbside or takeout the better organized restaurants have spaces defined specifically for online orders / takeout / delivery driver pickup both inside and outside in the parking lot. This is so you dont wait in line or feel uncomfortable cutting someone off asking for your order, then it doesnt matter if you order ahead online. The weird thing is some McDonalds are set up very well while others are not.

I ordered a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich. Substitute the tomatoes for pickles. What I got was a spicy chicken sandwich with a pinch of lettuce in the box not even on the sandwich, no spicy sauce, and a drop of mayonnaise.I called and spoke with the manager named Chris who said he would replace the sandwich and it would be free of charge. Four times in as many months I have ended up having to wait in the Drive-Thru line just to not get anything. They would not offer a coupon that would have been a better deal simply because they already had a deal going on on a product. It says on the coupon cannot combine but I wasnt trying to combine I just wanted the better deal. They didnt tell me they had an extra charge for orange juice until I got to the window another time and so I cancel my order due to the deception. Another time they said they could sell me a 20 piece chicken nugget meal and when I got to the window they said oh Im sorry but we no longer carry it so I had to wait and go around and not get something again. The addition of the ordering touch screens causes the line for the counter to be confused, ending up blocking the entrance or super close to diners at nearby tables.The designated parking spots are also suffering from poor design: backups with confused drivers not sure how to maneuver into/out of the parking spots and driveways in front of the restaurant.The food and service were excellent, the staff is very nice and the restaurant & grounds are clean & well kept.

First visit. Before entering, I noticed a very large wet soap spill puddle directly in front of the door and a caution cone obstructing entry. I had to jump over the puddle only to slip on the tile. Most recent:I wouldnt have thought it could get much worse, but oh how they proved me wrong. The wait times for my last 2 pick-up orders were 45 minutes and 1 HOUR 15 minutes. The last one was also missing a quarter pounder while the previous was missing sauce for the nuggets. (have you ever tried to eat chicken nuggets with no sauce?)The doors seem to always be locked with no inside dining or ordering. JUST CLOSE THIS DUMP and save us all some aggravation. Explained this to a worker (seemed like the manager) who talked down to us, tried to say we still got a discount when we did not, and did not even apologize for the mistake. George lied to me and said the lobby was closed due to a city ordiance, but the Carls Jr. Was open across the street. I was overheated and feeling horrible. A drive thru employee recognized it and gave me an extra large water cup instead of the regular size cup I requested. She suggested I park there, drink the water, eat my food, and rest a bit before driving further. Yes, its common sense, but when you get so overheated like I did, logic can go out the window. I just wanted to get home. I believe I was close to a heat stroke, and it snuck up on me. Anyways, I really appreciated her concern and desire to help me feel better. She also helped to keep me off the road while I was in that state. I ate and drank that whole water before taking the 90 minute drive to get home. I do find it irritating that I order a burger minus everything and add one item and am charged for that one item, Mac sauce, and a different amount almost every time. It ranges from .50 to .85, not a big deal, except I am not getting any of the other condiments and the amount is not standard. Some restaurants dont charge.Staff is friendly the majority of the time. I have been to this McDonalds many times. It seems to be run good at certain times of the day. I am very unhappy that during my visit I placed my Rayvl Ban sunglasses on my table with my tray. She uses an iPad with speech synthesis software as her primary form of communication, and it has been heavily customized to suit her needs. The entire place, (including the parking lot), is very well maintained. The inside (counter, dining areas, and bathrooms) are always clean, and is open from 5am to 11pm daily; and the drive thru is 24 hours.

Its a McDonalds. Drive thru is usually pretty quick. The food is hot. The only problem I have when I go here is the sweet tea is inconsistent from one visit to the next.

The staff at this location have been seen providing excellent service as though its personal for them. People seem to be the reason for this McDonalds being open, complete with ample outlets for ones 21st Century needs.

A much needed building overhaul is exactly what this MCDs needed. Order from a touch screen with your card or from the employees up front. Ask them to unlock the clean restrooms. All the MCD faves are here! As a bonus Wifi is offered. Often a survey on back of your reciept gets you more MCD goodness.

There was a chubby manager with a blue shirt I went in this morning I dont work at McDonalds but I know they have a 2 for 4 deal Im sorry are there apparently they went up I did it came to ask for anything for free I just wanted to get what I wanted and I took it back and they have no egg and she said I told her with no egg on it which she never asked me they do not come with egg if you want it for four dollars which I didnt care I told her I will pay for it and she gave me the worst attitude that is a terrible customer service and the worst manager she was not in a good mood she needs to quit her job today or get fired

There are much better burger places around, including Smashburger, and The Habit to name a few.Just look at the ingredients in the french fries, All 19 ingredients that go into McDonalds famous french fries include:1.) I ordered an Egg McMuffin with hash brown I got home as I was eating my hash brown I noticed that the bag was still full on the bottom as I Look to almost eat the last order of the hash brown there was a half inch pool of grease on the bottom of the bag in liquid form it was disgusting
