Ordered 2 mcflurries and a large French fry. Frys are stale. Mcflurries come with a wooden spoon with the m&ms on top of the ice cream and oreo & green syrup on top (neither mixed) of the other. Since I have to hand mix our ice cream next time Ill just buy it all at safeway and mix it at home.

Don’t bother ordering from the kiosk, the staff doesn’t bring it to your table. By the time you realize they aren’t coming, food is cold. It was amazing to see how many people were frustrated today during our visit with the service. Then when they missed items on the order or you asked them for missing items like straws for the drinks, they got upset! 🤦🏽‍♂️ Honestly save yourself the headache, just go to Jack in the Box across the street.

There was a very different policy maybe because there were a lot of strange people. The employees were unkind and talked without looking at my faces,We dont have a place to go, so were not just sitting and spending time, its just that the Internet connection is not good on the camping site. There are not so many people sitting so we after breakfast and ordered another coffee, Anyway talking like that, but it was unpleasant.If she was annoyed because she is tired of working, I think she shouldnt work at service work industry .Inside of place was big and well-organized, and there were facilities for children, so it looked good.The problem is always people. If they have such an internal policy, she can explain it well, but its not right to treat people as beggars.The situation here seems to be urgent for employee training.Oh, and its impossible to park an RV here. You have to park in parallel on the road.

Its weird how the locals seem to be jazzed about this place, clearly people around here have low standards. I just wanted to thank this McDonalds for convincing me to never, ever eat at McDonalds again. The food here sucks but then you already knew that, the service also sucks, no refills on the drinks, now theyre forcing everyone to use their digital menu system, oh yeah and they locked the bathrooms. Luckily I live in an economy thats driven by capitalism and there are plenty of other choices. Bye bye McDonalds.

Nice restaurant with a lots of seating areas. Clean and well cared for. Very fast, you have your food within a few minutes. Big plus is the fries. They are fried a little bit longer so they have a nice crisp to them. We tried the spicy nuggets and they were okey. Wouldnt say the best I ever had, but had a nice heat to them. Kerr all a really good Macdonalds.

I used to love McDonalds, but lately, their prices keep going up and its just not worth it anymore. Every time I go, it seems like theyve changed their pricing again, and its getting too expensive for what you get. They need to reconsider their pricing strategy if they want to keep loyal customers.

Review for August 2021. I have been coming to this McDonalds for a very long time. And I find it very fascinating in the way it is fashioned aesthetically. It has a old western look to it. I mean after all we are in Acton California. I am not guilty, to say that I absolutely enjoy stopping by and getting myself an iced coffee. The service is pretty fast. And I mean its McDonalds so McDonalds or the same pretty much anywhere. Nevertheless, I gave them a good review.

Chicken nuggets were good and crunchy, fries good, but the apple slices had a sour taste and the chocolate shake tasted like it had peppermint or something in it that had gone bad, threw it away. The service is not great, you order at the kiosk and get a large number just to be called up to get your food. They dont have fountain drink refills (??), and I had to go back and ask for multiple missing items while I waited at the counter for an employee to stop telling her story of driving to another employee, while looking right at me. She didnt. Luckily another employee realized I needed help and came around to get the items I was missing.Were traveling to see our children, and stopped for a quick bite. Never again will we stop here. I dont recommend, find somewhere else. I only gave 2 stars for the food that was ok and the mostly clean dining area.

Western decoration is a theme of this place by the greater scope of deserts that soothes me because of its beauty and my personal comfort for it. Basically, beauty and comfort go hand in hand on so many occasions. So I can crawl through the door and see chairs with nice logos or walls with images of a cowboy and a cactus, thus my experience is partly from a building standpoint as well as the services and food. In particular, the image of the cactus is metallic with black and I can stare at it while eating nuggets with sauce that is sour and sweet. Atmosphere is brown, black, silver, and lots of small colors. My family stops here for retreats from driving out in the sun and Big Macs that help them remember what the outposts are to the exquisite dining. I’m being figurative about the exquisite part. But it’s true that so many McDonald’s can help you like this one can, yet overall there’s magic from all the McDonald’s uniting by some standards at least. Going for a dessert couldn’t be harder depending on where we are. A guess has to be made of the cheeseburgers that they can be very cheesy if you add some more cheese to one or two. The Quarter Pounder is actually a sandwich with extra cheese on it, although I’m wondering, ‘How does this all come to play with so much cheese?’ The Big Mac is a sandwich with a good amount of cheese also. I can go over to the counter near the western decoration and request for more cheese whether I’m talking about a chicken sandwich or some hot bread. Interesting enough, cheeseburger buns can be pretty toasty. Chili’s has a burger with bread that is toasted well, but for some reason the taste and flavor is just not there. With McDonald’s, I can get a nice taste of beef for a more-than-fair price since markets across California tend to sell costly ingredients to help you make a burger in the first place. I don’t know. Why not get extra pickles and onions at McDonald’s and leave ketchup and mustard behind? It’s not like Burger King is the only restaurant with these options. Besides, how much ketchup do I require when the mustard seed on some day kind of tastes more strong than usual? McDonald’s keeps up with demand almost entirely except for the sundaes and cones which come from a machine that at various locations from time to time breaks. Fudge is pretty awesome when you consider that you can get a cone to have for a while before switching off to the sundae a few moments later. Ice is well kept in my soda cup for those sweet moments because the bubbles of diet cola actually help me taste the ice cream better. I’m a bit vague on my use of the term “ice cream”. Anyways, this McDonald’s in Acton can truly keep up with my commands with a personal rush and reality has me in on the clean tables for cheap fish and taste.

Angelica has the worst service I have ever encountered. She’s the manager and basically kicked me out discriminating me since I drive a semi and can’t go through the drive through . She made me walk outside in the cold and walk thru the drive thru window to take my order. Mind you the door was open and I was inside already prior to this . No type of accommodation or respect . She doesn’t deserve that position or job .

Ive never been to a slower McDonalds. Ive been a handful of times and have waited a minimum of 20 minutes in drive through every time. They generally seem like they dont know what theyre doing, or maybe theyre new. Or just dont care. They arent necessarily rude, but theyre not very happy either.I used to work at McDonalds so I expect a certain level of service, this store does not have that service. It says fast food. If this was a time or two experience I wouldnt comment, but this has been several times.The food has been ok for the most part.

One of the most unwelcoming McDonalds Ive been to. Nothing against the employees but you can tell management doesnt want you there. Can only order through the kiosks and they removed soda fountains and have a no refill policy. Bathroom has a password on it too. Youd think it was in a bad part of LA with how they run this place.

When ordering the 40 peice chicken nugget with 2 large French fries bundle deal make sure they charge you for the bundle and you get your fries because they charge only for chicken nuggets and dont include the fries which states on the board 40 piece and to large fries. The register does not recognize this mistake. Then in order to correct this issue the manager told the cashier to charge me for a medium French fries and she will just give me 2 large in exchange, but I said why cant I pay the difference of the bundle which is $16.00 dollars and the difference would of been $2.89 but they said no and charge me a medium French fries which is $3.99, its only $1.19 difference but the fact of the matter is they are falsely advertising the bundle and then to try to make it right they say theyll charge you a medium French fries price and give you 2 large in exchange, I think its some sort a scheme they are doing to get an extra dollar out of everyone or just make the customers pay full price for large fries which at $4.89 thats alot of money that are profiting off of. Not sure if its illegal or just frown upon feel free to commit if you had this happen to you.

There are times when this place is pretty alright. Usually in the evenings.Still missing basics like no cheese, but tasty otherwise.This place is occasionally OK. Most of the time, getting the order correct is a monumental task. Like not a super special order, just something impossible like no cheese, please seems to be a regular problem they get stumped on. Thank goodness my allergic reactions arent highly anaphylactic since they regularly dont get the order correct. The last time I went in the night, it wasnt too bad. Day crew is a joke, and so is the management. But since theyre right off the highway, they can afford to be terrible to people who will rarely visit.Wrong order, cold food. This one used to be good, but now its horrible. Looks like its time to call corporate. This is why your jobs are getting automated. You had one job, one job! This location also puts a false corporate number so you dont actually reach the headquarters. They do this because they get so many complaints that they have to lie about where to call. Oh, and the phone number listed here leads to a fax.

What a rad McDonalds!!Food wise, it was 100% as expected. Not great, but exactly what it should be. We happen to exclusively eat breakfast there though, so Im really only referring to the Egg McMuffin and items similar.The place is fun and retro! Very cool to see a different McDonalds. We were dinky traveling through and it was a neat little surprise.Nice people and they appeared to be taking care of the building.

On Sundays the drive threw sign says open at 5am . There was a line of hard working people like me trying to get their food or coffee like me . It was 515am and it still was not open. Was trying to get the persons attention inside the restaurant and was being totally ignored. This is not the first time this has happened at this restaurant. Why post a sign of hours of operation if you are not going to honor it.

The food was good for McDonalds. Food was prepared quickly and employees were friendly. You cant fill your own drinks and to my knowledge no refills. The problem I had and it could have been a big problem was they mismarked our drinks. We had ordered 1 reg and 1 diet for my sister, who is a diabetic. Luckily, I noticed that my drink that was unmarked was diet, so I them tasted the one marked diet and determined that it was, in fact, a regular cola. Thankfully, she didnt drink any of the regular because hard as it is to believe she honestly cant taste the difference.

Wow! This place was at one point descent to stop for a quick bite. So im really disappointed, they have failed me ! Im really annoyed with how they handled my complaint.I drove thru ordered a mcgriddle and endedd up with a McBurnt !Extra pissed after morning sickness all ypu want is a good meal...and even tho mcdonals wasnt the best choice i fully regret stopping. I got a coffee there 6 hours ago. I asked for light ice. Apparently that was their que to give me a cup of concentrated coffee. I have had 5 diarrhea sessions since, 3 of them being pure black liquid. I may need medical attention and only drank about 1/8th of it. Please be more careful with making the coffee.

This location is pretty fast on their drive-thru service - it constantly moves. Orders have always been correctly filled. The one thing we noted was if something wasnt ready right at the ick-up window, they have us pull into a wait spot where they deliver the item as soon as it is ready. Quite often, it came out almost as we finished parking, which we thought was odd because we could have waited a minute more at the window for that short of a wait. BUT, the window people might not know the wait time, only that the food is not ready. And, by having people move to a wait spot if all the food is not at the pickup window, it DOES keep their drive-thru traffic moving. So, I can deal with that.

I always stop whenever I see a McDonalds when I am traveling. I stopped at this McDonalds, and they can not make a frappie for nothing. Ive given this McDonalds several chances to get it right, and this is an impossible task for this store. I asked for a frappie, and what I received was a cup of cold coffee over ice. All I can say is keep motoring right past this McDonalds and stop at the McDonalds in Santa Clarita, which is just 10 miles further up the 14 freeway.

There was nobody in the dining room when we arrived, so we had the place to ourselves which was nice.The fries were perfectly cooked. Will never go to this McDonalds again!!! I was in the drive theu and since we had 3 people in the car we decided to add additional orders to our initial order. I was shocked when Klarissa the drive thru order taker said, i cannot add to the order once i was done, i was furious and decided not to take our order. I asked for the manager on duty which was a girl named Luz. She offered no apology and was taking her time when i requested for the corporate number for McDonalds. I was also told that i cannot video record because its McDonalds policy, even thought purpose of my recording was to show the time it took for Luz to provide me the corporate number. I advised Luz, that if Klarissa is having a bad day, she should not be dealing with customers at all. I eventually called the corporate # and filed a formal complaint regarding this McDonalds and worst customer service ive dealt with...

I drive through for my order girl asks me to pull forward because she is waiting on one of my drinks. I walk in 12 minutes later and they still dont have my drink ready she had forgot about it. Disappointed this time around. I was on early commute to work half asleep decided to grab coffee to wake up. I was so thankful that they opened at 4:00am pulled in about 4:20. I could see the disappointment as I pulled into the drive through as the lights were on and staff was preparing. Which I get ivr been in that situation, however need a coffee. I was scolded for coming so early by them letting me sit in the drive through hoping I would leave by not responding for 5min. I was awarded with either a leftover burnt cup of coffee or they knew I would be ordering coffee and rushed brewing it for me resulting in the unfortunate burning of a perfectly good entire pot of coffee. (The brewed fresh daily is what got me) I tired to sip it but dumped it when into work. If we are going to may almost $3 for what use to be any size coffee for $1 based on inflation at least do it right.I really love this McDonalds first time they ever dropped the ball so held back on being rude with a 1 star, after rating them 5 prior.

They gave me a deluxe without the bread when I asked them for my bread they game me the wrong kind of bread not the muffin kind that comes with the deluxe. Horrible it was a twenty min wait to get to speaker to find out the speaker was out and they were taking orders at food windows then a car broke down in front of me in the drive thru so an employee came out to take my order which was done wrong then the car that broke couldnt be moved so I asked the employee to ask the cars behind me to back up so I could get out I asked numerous times and they finally asked the cars to move they finally bring my food out which by the way was only three plain hamburgers so long story short a total of an hour and a half before I could get out then after I move your employee proceeds to tell the other cars to pull up thru drivethru knowing that that car was still broken so this morning I order a burrito combo speaker still broken I get my food and they tell me to park for my large coffee and Im waiting for ten minutes whats going on with this McDonalds not happy at all with you guys right now.

There was only one car in front of me know the drive through and it took over five minutes for me to pay. I understand that there is a shortage of people to work but thats not the worst. I ordered a coffee and an apple pie, the apple pie was cold and the coffee was old and burnt. Please do not waste your money coming in here (or driving through here) it was a waste of my money.

Used up some of my points and got a bunch of free stuff today. Using the app and curbside pickup is a great way to go. It’s really easy to rack up the points for the freebies and very easy to use even for an old broad like me. Be careful because the points do expire after about 8 months so use them all up.

Worst customer service ever! Asked for a sweet and sour. Girl gave me attitude then told someone else to give it to me. Waited a few minutes and had to ask again. Sit down to eat and my Big Mac was a totally mess and the pickles were smashed to one side of the box not even on the burger. This location was great! We stopped because the McDonalds logo was on a huge water tower and my kids were really interested to see what the restaurant itself was going to look like. The stop was definitely worth it. There was a western theme that definitely made it different from other McDonalds we have been too. It was an argument going back and forth between the manager and the person in the kitchen, the cook was complaining that she was alone and she had to much work. This is the kind of issues that should be solve internally without having the cuatomer know it is umprofessional and it looks bad and it is very uncomfortable.

New and clean restaurant, with a nicely decorated exterior. Staff very friendly and very clean. We did not eat here, cannot comment on the food. Our drinks were standard McDonalds cafe drinks, just a little too sweet.

The night crew is all about losers they messed up a simple order the young punk kid argued about the order the shift leader was more worried about a receipt instead of just correcting the order and make it right she decided to hold up the drive thru line.until they found the transaction on the register.

This is a pretty cool McDonalds with a rustic western country theme with a wooden water tank outside and lots of logs and horse posts to compliment the western theme. Everything else was fine..

Not very Happy with the drive-thru,cashier was great read order back to me at the window. Got to 2nd window had to wait, got our mcflurry and frappe lids were not put on securely, the med french fry and small were cold and stale like if were leftover from lunch. The bacon double cheeseburger was fine and the chicken nuggets. Hate to say but the drive-thru needs work on quality and freshness of the food.

You never know what youre going to get when you come to this place. I didnt come here for a whole year, and the night that I did the customer service was bad, had to wait for my food away from the window, when I got my food, my food was cold. And one person got very ill the next morning in my house hold but he was the only one that had a quarter pounder. thank goodness!

Today was not a good day at McDonalds. I asked for a 5 piece chicken nuggets happy meal with apple slices and a star wars toy and got a plain chicken sandwich, extra fries and a princess toy. No drink for my son because they assume that the mocca Frappuccino was with the happy meal. Like Im going to give coffee to a child. My child was not a happy.

They are remodeling the restaurant right now, August 2017. McDonalds is not one of my favorites, whatsoever, but my husband likes their breakfast. It is too bad that McDonalds is not trying to provide non-gmo or organic & safe food. I give this McDonalds 3 stars for cleanliness, friendliness and because my husband likes their breakfast.

It was my first time at this restaurant. They messed up my order and still didnt get it right. I didnt make a special request. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. They didnt put cheese on it. So I sent it back. They put a piece of cheese on it, but no produce. I didnt send it back for the second time. I was a bit disappointed.

I went there for breakfast very early in the morning and ordered a single mcgriddle and a hot latte...thats not 10 bucks. No chance. Overcharged and uncool. I come here often and feel its unfortunate to lose a customer over 3 bucks. No receipt given either...trying to hide the deception.

Very clean interior. Friendly staff, was riding through on my motorcycle and needed to stop grab a coffee and charge my phone. Manager had no problem letting me use an outlet and wait for my phone.

Its a clean McDonalds. Updated. Standard menu options. No play area. Right off the 14 freeway. Its a great rest stop. Lots of parking for cars and RVs and Travel Vehicles. They seem to be really pushing the Kiosk which is unfortunate because the client base is not in to it.

I went through the drive-thru this morning and the attendant forgot to give me my credit card back. I didnt notice at work until lunch time when it came time to pay. I called the store and they were able to tell me I HAD LEFT MY CARD....which actually their job is to return my card to me. So, I traveled about 20 miles one way to retrieve my card. I asked if there was any compensation for the imposition they had caused due to their employees mistake? I was offered a piece of pie!What a joke...how about a genuine apology and a 5 dollar gift card??I spent more in gas 40 miles round trip not to mention wasted time.Needless to say, I wont be visiting McDonalds for some time!Be ware!!
