The main problem with this location has been slow service. It seems the restaurant has listened to people and increased their staffing significantly. If you havent been lately, go now! Encourage their increased customer service standards! The wait will be shorter.Now, if only theyd have more vegetarian choices...

This place is very clean and customer service is good but the reason i edited my review its because manager needs to do better, i asked for McGriddles and Hash Browns 5 min before 12. And they refused to sell it to me because it was already 12 oclock, that they were no longer going to serve it. First you need to respect times, if it says 12, you make anything possible to satisfy your clients. Second, customer satisfaction needs to be your priority, specially coming from the manager (a tall guy) who is leading by the example and was the one to refuse to it Even if it is one minute before 12 oclock, if a customer arrives to ask for breakfast, you do your best to ensure that that client leaves satisfied. Actually you go down from 5 to 1 star

I have had so many issues at this location I keep promising myself to not come back, but its too close to my house! They always seem to screw up mobile orders or have some sort of issue. Ive ordered for counter pick up only to be locked out and told I would have to get in line for the drive through that went out of the lot; being upset made the young lady at the window get a big grin, which made me even more frustrated. I have had my mobile order not show up on their end multiple times (this ONLY ever happens at this location). Aaannnnddd I just ordered curbside and despite my order showing as ready just waited fifteen minutes.. 🙄

My gfs bacon quarterpounder did not have bacon. The chicken sandwich I received looked poorly put together too. Weve been here before one other time for breakfast and got the wrong order as we were ready halfway to our destination when we noticed. The service was fine. When I asked for some ketchup, some of the packets were covered with syrup.

Having not been to this particular location in a while, I noticed that the cashier now hands you a number to place on your table like Carls Jr if you are dining in. Also, someone came by twice to ask if everything was alright. We did, though, bus our own trays to the trash receptacles when we were done. An interesting change!

Spoke to the store manager, Maurino or Marino. Not sure if I am spelling it correctly. Anyway spoke to him over the phone because I received water instead of Sprite with my order. I could not have had a more unprofessional phone call. He was very rude and not helpful. I asked for some type of refund since I didnt get what I paid for. Seems fair to me. I should get what I pay for. Anyway, during our conversation he was super aggressive and rude. It got to the point where I could not talk to him and would rather speak to someone else. So I asked for his supervisors phone number he declined. Then I asked for McDonalds corporate number he declined. He said he didnt know it and I should look it up. He also let me know that its a franchise, ..implying that he can do whatever he wants. I know its just a soda and could have easily dropped it but he really should learn customer service. He is not fit for management at all.

Either your order is messed up or its not, yesterday I ordered a cold brew, the give me the wrong size the first time, they corrected, I took a sip and just tasted pure sugar, sp after mixing it, it became real bitter as if they didnt dilute it, basically was un-drinkable I love spending money on things I cant enjoy

***Unqualified Workers***Today is Thursday 08/03/23 at 12:40am and my order was just delivered by McDonalds “default” delivery service Uber Eats. My order was basically missing everything - missing two, yes, 2 double cheeseburgers and fries. Whomever responsible during this shift does not deserves to work there. You are a disappointment after I had to pay taxes, tip and delivery fees for missing food.

The food tastes good at this location but the sweet tea always has a bitter after taste. I dont know if the container they hold the sweet tea in is moldy thats why it has a bitter taste or if the tea is left over from yesterdays tea and is old, but they need to fix this because the point of getting sweet tea is for a sweet flavor not a bitter old tasting tea.The sweet tea is my go to and most favorite drink at McDonalds, especially for breakfast and the bitter taste ruins it for me. They should clean out the container properly or make the tea properly

Almost all MickeyDs are pretty much the same. One major difference is staffing. I stood and watched my food get cold for about 7 minutes because there seemed to be only one person working the counter. I noticed people in the back look at my bag, some opened it or rolled it closed, several times. I just could not figure out why on the second or third time they could not figure out that they could just bring it out front. When the counter person finally did give me my order it was with 6 other orders. $16 / hour, starting pay.

Basically, it was McDonalds. Nothing negative to say: fast, friendly service and food exactly the way I ordered it. Plus - and someone had just complained to me this never happened anymore - they put ketchup and napkins in the bag.It cost me $11 for a bacon Double Quarter and a small fry, though, which I think is getting out of control. Remember when fast food wasnt a luxury item?

There was a male cashier that an attitude towards me because I used the machine touchscreen and not going fast enough. Then my food was good, fresh but my burger thrown in more messy than and my whole experience okay but I still got negative comments by the male cashier walking around. He didnt nice greeting either. I loved this place because it had great view, it had outdoor seating place and it was great because not every FAST FOOD restaurant has a place like that. And I want to talk about workers, they are the best I have been there for many times and they are always welcome to me.Its a great place for a date with girl or hang out with friends or even celebrate your birthday. They have a great food and menu what ever you see in menu its the same food in a real life I mean the food is perfect and my favorite. So after going there for many times I can say that it is better place than many expensive restaurants. And prices are so low for the food I dont even understand I would like to pay 100$ for each burger it is how good they are and how cheap they are.

It is very bad! I went to get a breakfast at 440am. When I stopped at the drive thru, the speaker asked, Are you going to use app. today? I firmly answered, No For the next a few seconds I waited and waited. I was thinking maybe it is not opened. As I go through the #2 window, I saw that the lights were on and a person was working. I backed up my vechicle, the worker came up to the window but did not open the window. I asked the person several times, Are you open? The worker looked at me & finally nodding her head up and down. I interpreted this as being opened.The next a few minuates. She stacked up cups & covers. I am thinking maybe it will open in a few minuates. Another worker appeared and stacking more cups.I looked straight at them. No sign of opening. It is very important to communicate very clearly to the customers: #1) we are open or close#2) if it is open later & whenNot all Macdonals arent like this one. The one Macdonld in the city of commerce located in Washington Blvd they communicate to you very Cleary. When you approach the drive through speakers 🔊 it tells you that we will be opening in 5 minuates or 515am. We are close. Sometime there is a paper posted Stating that the resturant is close.Again I understand if it is closed. Just please communicate very clearly. If it open later say it. Dont give me very ambiguous sign by nodding head up and down & no indication of opening. It is very poor service.

Lines are rarely an issue at this store. Food is normally of good quality and fresh ingredients. Service is generally speedy with little to no mistakes. Restroom is usually clean and in good shape. Not much to really complain about.

Honestly great for people who are in need of a quick bite at a good price. I recommend downloading the app because the deals that they offer are kind of amazing. I tried to use my deals on my app, and both manager and a cashier couldnt figure out how to submit my deal. Until a good cashier with no attitude helped me out. With no problems. I wish i can rwmember his name. All i can say is he was short about 55 latino or middle eastern. Short hair, very calm, looked book smart but besides that he was very calm and polite. With no problem got my deal. I was in there for like an hr. Until good guy came thru.

Drive through line obstructs access to curbside pick up spaces. If you park there to pick up, you cant get out of the space afterwards, because everyone in line to order drive through is in your path. They need to do pick up spaces on the other side of the building. Im not going to wait in the drive through line, otherwise what is the point of ordering ahead on the app? I had to go inside for my sandwiches, because they couldnt see a vehicle in the spaces that the camera points at.

Ill drive to this location even if I am in another city. The staff are friendly, get my order correct and make a good sausage biscuit with cheese. A good fresh biscuit is light n fluffy inside and has crisp edges. Some other locations have a spongy type that seems microwaved. Its a busy corner however during rush hour.

Youre able to order your food from a large touch screen which is nice since you get to avoid human contact.. Then it asked me to pick a table number upon completing the order and to take a place card which I couldnt find.. After asking a human cashier where I can get a table number, they looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Whatever though. It was mostly clean, theres tablets at 2 tables if you want little games to play while you wait.

Shift Manager DeborahWas very rude to say the least. As we walked in the McDonalds restaurant at 6:30am, we kindly waited as we seen that there was nobody at the cashier ready to attend us. After about 5 minutes of waiting without even receiving a greeting or good morning, my mother asked Is there anybody that can help us? It seems as if that triggered something in her to become very rude to my mother which, all she did was ask a simple question. She approached us and told my mother that she was very busy taking orders. She was clearly upset as we could tell by the tone in her voice and her body language expressed just that. After that she kept moving back and forth taking orders and preparing bags for the drive through, with absolutely no sense of urgency. It seems as she even decided to move slower and breeze by along in an attempt to get us upset. She finally took our order, but was she so agitated it seemed to us, that she took our order down wrong. We received our order and my mother let her know that the oatmeal she asked for was not prepared right. My mother even apologized for the trouble. It sounded like my mother was the one giving customer service instead. Deborah never apologized for any mistake on her behalf. She instead accused my mother of ordering it wrong and told her that she was not going to change it because the order was correct. She got every part of my moms custom order wrong. Ive ordered here many times before the same thing and never have had problems with it. She then set the oatmeal in front of us as if she was trying to say. take it or leave it. When my mom mentioned her rude behavior, and that she was not being a good example of a shift manager, she got very defensive and kept talking over us saying that My name is Deborah just so you know. Her behavior went from bad to worse. Now she is getting defensive about the situation. After that, she puts her hands behind her back in a defensive mode. It has now been more than 20 minutes and we are still here dealing with these issues. We decided to get a refund for the order, because it was very unfair to be disrespected and it has been way too long of a wait. At this point my mother has to go to to work as well so she can no longer even wait. We now have wasted our time and without any of our meals. My experience here today was very bad. I hope to see an improvement in the future.

Pretty bad customer service. I told the manager 3 times about the bathroom being dirty and they didnt clean it. The manager send someone but that person only swept the bathroom and did not clean the toilets. There was a homeless lady showering in the sink and had previously used one of the toilets and left is all wet and dirty. Worst part of this lame experience is that my 6 year old was the one that urgently needed to use the bathroom. We ended up throwing away our food because I had to take my daughter to Burger King next to them because Mc Donalds personnel couldnt clean the bathrooms for waiting customers that need to use the bathroom. Neither manager Ana or the other manager whos name starts with an E did nothing to assist. However, they saw me very upset asking for a supervisor number and laugh. I dont understand their behavior even when they saw my kid jumping up and down because she needed to use the bathroom.

Went there about 730pm ordered 2 big macs. One with extra onions and extra mac sauce. Well I taken about two bites from the burger when I realized they hadnt put cheese. I went and told one of the staff I think she was a team leader and she told the the people at the prep line to redo the burger . What I didnt appreciate was that the person redoing the burger made a comment in Spanish. Not knowing I understand Spanish. Her comment was oh she almost finished the burger and she just realized it had no cheese! I told the the team leader that employees should never comment on things about customers in front of them and in any language. That it was very unprofessional. The team leader just said oh I sorry. I will never go there again.

These ordering kiosks are ridiculous. Most customers DONT like them( info. from a staff member). Looks like McDonalds is worried more with take out/pick up orders than the people standing right there in front. For my to go order I had to get my own straws, thwn got home to no napkins. They messed up my very simple order twice (20 piece McNuggets and a large fry) so I asked for a refund. They asked me to pull up and wait, so I did. The manager came to me with paperwork to fill out that would have given them my personal information. I told her I didnt want to give that out, I just wanted my money back and to be on my way. There was no completed transaction, I never got my food, so I didnt see why simply getting my money back was an issue. After arguing with me, the manager (Deborah) said, Well then give me my damn pen back! I pointed out how unprofessional she was being and she proceeded to snatch the pen from my hand, causing a cut on my hand. She then threw my card at me. I drove off immediately and I will never eat at McDonalds again

TLDR: Maria is incredibly rude and argumentative way too early in the morning, she stole my Hashbrowns, and gave me cool water for tea.Maria the Swing Manager on 8/29 around 9:45AM was shocking rude and argumentative. Her crew gave my dad 2 incorrect sandwiches, and put the creamer in the tea before it had steeped, which makes the water too cold to steep. He didnt notice this until he was home, so my mom and I offered to go back. I want to specify that Rosa, the cashier, was very very sweet. However, Maria immediately started arguing with me- did they read you back your order? They read you your order at the window, and at the screen, and blah blah blah. First off, it wasnt me. Second, do you really think no one in the history of your restaurant has ever screwed up someones order?? Then my mother mentioned the tea, and how employees should be told not to make the tea like that, since literally no rational person who knows how to make tea would make tea like that. Maria pulled a face, mumbled a few wells, and said well you get what you asked for. This all took several minutes of her arguing with us.She then took our bag with the sandwiches and we asked if we had left our hash browns in the bag. She said no. Even though we had left our hash browns. So she stole our hash browns that we had paid for and now driven twice to McDonalds over. Obviously Im not gonna go back, for those hash browns or ever, and Ill be calling to complain on Monday once customer service is back open.Im honestly shocked because Ive never had this be such an issue at any fast food place. And I received a mcchicken instead of my mcdoubble that was very cold and nasty my fries were cold and soggie. The worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The girl who made us the caramel macchiato got really mad because I told her to add extra caramel drizzle which was paid for a $0.30. She throw the old one madly and started making the new one with a stupid attitude. Saying that her employee is not at wrong. The employee name was Alma. At the end of the day, I wish mcDonalds reconsider putting people in the right place. Train their managers to learn to manage the situation and satisfy their costumers instead of giving attitude for their daily costumers. And btw they lost a costumer 😁

There can be three open registers and a long line to order yet management requires the young order takers to use a single self service kiosk. I surmise that the intent here is to ultimately ween customers off of being serviced by an actual human being so they can save a few bucks. Even with the help of an attendant ordering is a hassle. Usually the attendant has to go back behind the counter to get the drink cups. These machines should be classified as illegal aliens as they no doubt will be taking the jobs from our younger workforce. I have yet to receive an order from one of these machines that has been correct. Shame on you McDonalds management. This is not one of your best ideas.
