My oh my this place is high tech! I was impressed. If the line is long, simply order your meal at the touch screen counter. There’s always an employee there to help you out and make your experience quick and easy.I got a sugar-free vanilla latte, and it was delicious. Full of froth. A perfect start to my morning!Clean, spacious interiors. Bring your laptop here to do work. Lots of space for kids to run around. They also have a really nice drive through, plenty of parking, and sparking clean bathrooms.

This is a horrible McDonalds because even the drive thru which is suppose to be fast is slow. We stopped by here during our way back from Topanga Mall since I wanted to use the deal on the fries. There was no cars in the drive thru so I figure it would be quick. I put in the order for my 10 pc chicken nuggets, a large fries and a large drink. After I paid, I was told to park in reserve parking #1and I saw the car behind me had to go park in the reserve parking too. It took an extra 10 minutes for my food to come out to get delivered to us and they brought out the other car food too. So you know they waited for both food to be done before bringing out the food. The spot where the reserve parking is at is also horrible because its right next to the entrance and exit area from Victory. They also didnt fill up the fries all the way and only give 2 ketchup packets.

If the McD signage/kiosks werent around, you would think u were in a trendy, specialty restaurant. Sharp decor, high ceilings, many convo group tables with upholstered seating. Prices + menu regular. Only complaint: order takers focused on drive-thru.

I love how this location is very spacious and how u dont need to walk up to speak to anyone and sit right down like in a restaurant. All is needed is to download the McDonalds app and start to order and put your card information and they bring it right to your table. So convenient for big orders or just want that restaurant experience.

Every single time I go here there are issues. Today, a guy held up the drive through line for 15 minutes because of a problem with his app. Then, I’m told I Diet Coke. Get to the window for my drink and no Diet Dr. Pepper either. Just drove off. This location has always had a management problem. Fix it! Oh, and you owe me a large Diet Coke!!!!

I dont expect much I mean this is McDonalds after all. The first two photos are from about 6 weeks ago. That is supposed to be a deluxe quarter pounder with bacon. besides the fact it looks the way it does, there was no bacon on it. Pretty much inedible. Tried again today with some fries. I just spent more on this order of french fries than I spend on 10 lb of potatoes and theyre going straight in the trash because they are inedible. What a waste of resources. And my money. Thats the third photo. Im disappointed and ripped off. Lesson learned. Never again.Oh my God I just went to eat the french fries and theyre the mushiest soggiest floppiest things ever. Very disappointed for this location, I ordered a large coffe no ice because i was kind of sick and they give me a half of the cup!! i asked them to fill up little bit more and the manager said “you want free food” I told her “what??” I isaid: it’s just ridiculous to order a large cup and get only half of it, the lady was so rude cause I told her others mcdonals don’t do that and she told me “this location is different because is different owner she said: i am an owner of 8 Mcdonals” i told her it is fine just charge me another one but she said “you want free food”again and again, plus i went to the badroom no toilet paper no towel nothing and pee all over the badroom the location lookss nice but it needs a better management…

The worst !! I mean the worst ! I would never EVER step foot into this McDonalds. It was filthy in every aspect. The service was poor ! It took them more than 10 min to FINALLY SERVE me my apple pies after it had taken them 15 minutes to serve my food and what do I get ?! COLD APPLE PIES I went in with my daughter and anything we ordered for here they put it in a bag. My 12 year old daughter made a comment that was true mommy maybe they dont give us trays cause they dont have any clean take a look at the top of all trashcans she was right it was so bad there was maybe 3 sets of doubles trash bins and they were all overflowing customers were leaving trash on their tables. I wants going to write a review but it bothered me that this even triggered my daughter. This morning is Sunday why not get some McDonalds before church right ? Well when I offered McDonalds my daughter told her younger sister NO NEVER McDonalds again let me tell you about this place and she went in and on so no more of that for my kiddos. I agree that the food taste is consistent across McDonalds franchises, but the customer service at this particular branch left something to be desired. This place has definitely changed a lot - for the better. The interior decor was redesigned and changed to make it more relaxing. It is really spacious and friendly to dining out for large groups of people. The music is another plus - piped music with a variety of choices to listen to while unwinding. It’s worth a visit and a revisit!

My last four experiences here were all bad. Im not even being emotional or vindictive about this. They just couldnt do things right. They kept getting my order wrong. Once they charged me separately for my coffee which was part of the combo. I mentioned this on the review-website on the back of their receipts. Then, on my last visit there, I ordered a semi-large order for four people through the app - how could they mess this one up, right? When I got to the window, they told me to park and the food would be brought to me. In my rearview I saw them serving all the other customers behind me and then there were no cars. Despite this and having waited for 10 minutes, my order was never brought to me. I walked into the restaurant and asked about it. They looked at me as if I never placed the order. I waited another 10 minutes as if they hadnt started the order at all until I walked in. So, for me, life is just easier just avoiding this specific McDonalds. The one by my houses fine. The one by my work, fine. But this place . . . Man, I couldnt even read the menu on the screens they had in the drive thrus because of these huge black blotches on the screen blocking the information behind it. Its like people just dont care here. To me, this place gives other functional McDonalds a bad name.

Fast service opened late night well drive thru I mean and always have a fun experience after a crazy day or night, I always run into the homie Chris brown everytime I visit this location, so weird considering he li es in the neighborhood somewhere lmao 🤣 ... but McDonalds is still #1 of all fast food chains in the country . in my opinion Carls Jr is over rated and has prices like fatburger but stilk is at the bottom of the list for the fact the prices r at the top for a fast. Whenever I go to McDonalds I usually order a Filet-O-Fish meal, on the Filet-O-Fish you get cheese and tartar sauce...... Right..... for years McDonald gives you a half a piece of cheese ok..... but now McDonalds want to give you very little tartar sauce this is not acceptable and it happens quite often at different McDonalds all over the city but L.A mainly ...... Plus the self service kiosk is time consuming and its not a good idea

Terrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes for my order. Manager told me I never placed an order so, I left. Checked my bank account and I was charged for the food. Went back and wasted 15 minutes more talking to a manager who Is not properly trained to deal with paying customers. Very convenient location with drive thru, curbside pick up, and plenty parking. Please Please always check your order before leaving!! They always seem to get something wrong at mobile ordering or drive thru.Don’t recommend going when school’s out, gets very crowded indoors and drive thru. I live across the street and visit all the time. Orders are not made by request and quality is down. Fries are not cooked to order even if requested. And filet o fish is double fried vs. cooked to order as requested. Customers can clearly notice these things. I don’t mind waiting but to wait and still not what I ordered saddens me. This is a busy restaurant with a lot of high schoolers before and after school but I think management has changed and it shows in the food. I will be visiting Tampa/Wilbur location from now on.

Bathroom is unreliable, sometimes no soap at all, or no towels. Food taste is inconsistent and, some days the food is made new for my order, and other days its pretty cold. One big issue is that their chicken patties in the chicken sandwiches are horrible. Not tender at all and seem impossible to chew. Theyre super spongy and rubbery so it doesnt break where you bite. Its like as if it was prefragmented into pieces and you must break along those precut lines.

Horrible service and location. The manager Miguel refused to give me my food after I already paid through Apple Pay and it said pending in my apple wallet. All I wanted was my food and that’s it. I have been here before and the dining area is gross and dirty as well as the bathrooms. There is always bums and homeless people hanging out the front door asking for change or talking to themselves. Never a good experience here. I thought Tarzana was a nice area until I ate at this McDonald’s a few times but never again. Miguel you and the this McDonald’s are trash and I would never forget my experience here.

I sat down at a table and made a mobile order with Table Service (Table #114). The order never came. Ten minutes later I noticed that the McDonalds worker kept yelling out number 1679! No one responded or claimed it. I finally went to the counter to ask on the progress of my table service delivery and found out that the unclaimed food (#1679) was mine. The receipt on the tray had huge letters (TABLE #114) and in small print #1679. The staff dont recognize that its Table service. I asked why it was not delivered to the table and the staff member didnt speak English. The staff member asked me to wait one moment (I assumed she would return with an English speaking representative) but she never came back. My party ate our food and when we were finished, we made a mobile order with Table Service for dessert. Minutes later, we experienced that the staff members were calling out a number for unclaimed dessert 🍨. We called out is that for table #114? And the staff member looked at us as if were speaking a foreign language. Again, they dont recognize the moblie Table service and just treat it as a regular order. I asked at the counter if this restaurant honors mobile table service orders. Response sorry, no English. I can hear English language being spoken by the staff serving drive thru, but it appears that indoor dining is Spanish only. At this point, after getting the sorry no English response twice, I decided that if I insisted on asking for an English speaking staff member, that Id have to accept the fact that my future food would come with extra saliva. This restaurant is clean, it has a great location, and the staff are polite. As for the food, burgers were delicious. But the fries were cold, I am assuming because they sat unclaimed at the counter for so long. I hope they sort out the whole table service issue. Unfortunately, it appears that a customer must be bilingual to fully enjoy this restaurant.

Ordered a frappe without whipped cream. It was watery. Told the employee but she didnt understand English. I asked for someone who spoke English. The person who came to the window was rude and assumed she knew my complaint and was trying to tell me that I got what I ordered. Today Nov 23, 2022 I pickup a mobile app around 9:20 pm. I order 20 piece chicken nuggets with free fries, which was their deal online they charge me for two 20 piece chicken nuggets which was $18 but in the bag there was 20 piece chicken nugget with 2 large fries. Missing the 20 piece nuggets that they charged us.we went back to Mc Donald before 10pm but their dine in was close called no one answered. They got our $8 for free . What a rip off.

They gave me my food on time but it lacked a little bit of taste they did forget one item with my Happy Meal but anyone makes mistakes, I understand some people are young theyre working and its their 1st job; but theres no excuse for silly mistakes--but Ill let it pass. Seems clean (in the restaurant tables area) and in a safe location. The bathroom had poop in the toilet seat. They should clean it every hour or 2.

Today I came to this Mdcs in come here a lot and know some of the employees as I live next door. My experience was horrible! I almost $17 for a happy meal, and a meal with CARAMEL Frappe. First of all I stood there and a manger came and told a girl to take the order as I had waited for a long time. I waited over 20 minutes for my order. She hands me a chocolate frappe with whip. Not what I asked for. She turns and I see how another person gets what’s left over which is like water in a cup and hands it to me. I told her is this a caramel Frappe? This is almost water that you are giving me. I paid for a caramel frappe no whip. I told her to keep it. To just give me a cup for a lemonade as I was frustrated that it was now an hour since I was there. I live next door for the record. I was upset! Desiree was either not focused and no one else checking. Just like anything double check your work. Two people came back because their orders were wrong. I asked for a lemonade which took another wait for me to get. I threw it away! I think the McDonald’s in Woodland Hills and surrounding ones have better service. This one is very disorganized. Horrible customer service. I pull into the driveway at 243 AM I tell the cashier Maria Flores that I forgot my wallet and that I would be right back. She says ok. I come back in less than 2 minutes and theres a cone in the driveway. I literally live across the street. So I moved the cone and proceeded to ask why they are behaving as if they are closed when online closing is listed at 330 AM. The swing shift manager John Ankit stated that its because of covid that they close at 245 Am and Reopen at 415 AM. I asked him why his employee did not advise me of that when I stated that I would be coming back to pay. WHY waste my time if you are going to turn around and close the store ? You would think at the very least they would offer me some type of olive branch after wasting my time but no.... I was given the too bad attitude that is until I hard pressed the manager for his name his employees name and the name of the store Manager who I will be in contact with as well as corporate. After asking for his higher ups info he then tried to offer me something but I had my feel of Mickey Dees brand of customer service. The good news is I went to Carls Jr up the street and got a better meal quickly and great customer service. Waco Arnolds is trash as usual.

Only used the drive-thru; didnt go inside. Obviously, a lot of options, with different combos and deals. Single lane drive-thru. Service was pretty quick, there was no line. Drive-thru operator was good, friendly and quick. Condiments and extras, we had to ask for. They provide some but its never enough; napkins and ketchup. They did provide extra dipping sauces, BBQ and Sweet and Sour, at no extra charge, which was nice. All the food was there, nothing was missing.

Customer Service We order 2 burgers 2 large fries, they gave us 5 ketchups and when we asked for more the attendant ANTHONY was kind of upset and wanted 1.25 for 5 more ??? McDonalds Its a joke, keep your burgersto the reader try Douglas burgers on Vanowen.

Drive through was very long and slow and the person at the drive through window couldnt seem to understand what I was ordering and got my order wrong which had to be corrected by the person at the pick up window

The environment itself is nasty the very rude and the food sucks and does not taste the same like it used to french fries always soggy nasty and greasy and they up the prices you believe for 20 peace chicken nuggets and a large Coke combo cost $13 I remember it was $7 and every time I drink the sweet tea is rotten

Its very annoying to see food getting smaller and more expensive. I got the parfait with yogurt, fruit, and granola, and it was half the size and more expensive than it was last year.
