Ordered spicy chicken with extra pickle meal. Using the screen inside instead of the app still worked out great. The place was clean and the food and drink delivered to the table. Sandwich was served on a potato bun though I prefer to get the chicken grilled not fried still well worth it. 👍🏼👍🏼

This McDonalds location gives you a feeling like you are in a high-end restaurant. The staff are so nice. Food came out fresh and hot with a big smile on the face of the waitress. They take time to clean the floor and everything. Wonderful.

I was here all alone, it was a depressing day. I just wanted an iced tea and a Big Big Mac. And so I ordered, I thought I said big Mac but I kept thinking about those nuggies I saw before I walked in. The posters really made me change my mind. It shivered my timbers, gave me Goose and duck bumps. And I got a fun drink and went on with my day. Anyways loved it!!!Ryan Im after you.

Sorry, but McDs has never been haute cuisine, but it has declined steadily even from when I worked my way through college at one. The plastiburgers have become smaller, and even something as impossible-to-get-wrong as a Filet-O-Fish came out wrong. Everything was over-cooked, assembled incorrectly, and came with an air of quiet desperation. And lets talk about the customers. I avoid Wal-Marts because the people who go there are crazy. Add this McDs to that list -- I havent seen such a collection of aggressively stupid idiots in a very long time. I would like to point out that the staff was very nice, and did what they could to ameliorate some of the worst experience Ive had in the last 10 or so years. I wont be back, but Im fairly certain their usual customers will continue to flock to the worst meals in town, because they deserve that.

As with any fast food place, you take the good with the bad. McDonalds has the best fries, and everything else is a great value period their rewards point system is probably the best in the fast food business as well. Unfortunately, the volume means the orders are going to be wrong fairly often. I dont worry about them getting my orders wrong unless Im in the drive-thru. This particular McDs is better than most!

One of the better McDonalds. Its pretty clean they have ice tea at the drink station not just an empty container like so many others. When I order a tea with lemons I actually get lemons, something I cant say for most other locations.

I love the service at this store but when it gets busy, the drive thru gets disorganized. It’s irritating when I reconfirm the drink and they say yes and it’s wrong. If you don’t know it, don’t say yes! However this is strike two, one more, I will go to another store. Usually the morning rush hour crew is excellent this is why I still give them a 5 star!

Our entire order was not cooked fresh as ordered. Meal was cold and stale as if the burgers sat for a long time. The fries for my wife and son were stale and cold as well. Two burgers were ordered with no salt and both were prepared with salt. I have a dietary issue with salt due to a heart problem and I explained this to the person who took my order. After I asked for the order to be repeated I got attitude and a refusal to repeat the order back to me. Poor quality food and horrible service. There are much better McDonalds in the area and I highly suggest that everyone stay clear of the mcDonalds franchise. Eventually someone is going to get served food that may create a health issue for them as what happened to me.

Update:I take it back. Customer service has definitely gone downhill. They treat you like you owe them. Very rude. Will think twice before going there. Recently my bf introduced the McDonalds Application to my life.Wow if you havent down loaded this yet. You will be amazed on the daily Deals thats offered every day.Second best thing about this application. Everytime you buy anything using your app you collect points. I consistently order the same thing…..a “special” frappe with extra drizzle. Only one manager, Maria, can make them correctly. Maria is a great employee. There are other “managers” there that are SOOOO sub par it’s hard to believe they keep their jobs. One gal named Inez is particularly rude. She’ll huff and puff and act irritated if you ask (and PAY) for anything extra. She’s a nasty young woman, and it’s always a drag if I interact with her. If Maria wasn’t there, I’d never go to this McDonald’s location again.

This particular location cant seam to understand simple order. I ordered a large diet coke no ice and two Sausage McMuffins.even though I tried to place the order with two different cashiers and the manager. Neither of them could take the order.I tried to explain repeatedly that what I wanted was two sausage McMuffins, when the asked me if I wanted the one with egg. I told them the ones without egg. But they kept Charging me for the sausage McMuffins with egg. It was unbelievably frustrating that both workers and the Manager couldnt get the order right.

Make sure you check your order before leaving the drive through. I come here everytime I have to go to a Micky ds since its 5 minutes from me. Just like any other Mc ds except, their drive thru is one of the clumsiest - I cant count how many times Ive come home to realize something is missing. I ordered a mc chicken one night at this location and got home to eat it, I realized there was NO CHICKEN in my mc chicken..!!! Just the buns and condiments. Another time I came in to order a deal for my family. They couldnt get the deal price right. They kept over charging the listed price. The manager came and got it figured out but he wasnt very happy to do it. Also, another time I ordered a mc caffe iced latte and they literally handed it to me with NO ICE. Just the drink. This place is just odd. They make the weirdest mistakes but it gets frustrating when you dont realize until u get home.

My order was taken by a short Hispanic woman by the name of Maricela, I could hardly understand what she was saying and she seemed very impatient me as I had asked her what composed the Cesar salad, she told me but with the worst of attitudes. I received my salad after 5 minutes. I saw her package my order and the container opened when she grabbed it, lettuce and cheese fell out and she picked up what she could and shoved it back in the salad container, i was astonished by her poor work ethics and disgusted. Not wanting to deal with her horrible service I asked to speak to the manager and she (with an evil grin on her face) said she was the manager. This McDonalds has implemented the self-service order and pay touch screen system. In my opinion, this is alot more efficient to place orders at your convenience and you simply have to wait for your order to be delivered to your table when it is ready.Crew at this McDonalds need a bit more attentive though. Delivered my order with no cutlery and condiments (cant eat hotcakes with no whipped butter nor maple syrup), had to ask to get what I needed.

McDonalds delivers food service fast at a great price that is convenient. We love McDonalds French fries, chicken nuggets, ice cream sundaes, hot apple pies, and it is not unknown how unhealthy of a choice it is. Limiting the portion size and frequency you eat fried foods is the key rather then accuse fast food being there to make you unhealthy and gain weight.
