Extremely helpful with getting our new car insured asap. All the big insurance companies took our info and said come back in two weeks. Wayne was friendly and a pleasure to work with, and managed to get us insured the same day (although he was honest and mentioned that doesn’t always happen). Comfortable knowing we got a decent deal given the current auto insurance market, and if we ever have any questions would be more than happy to hop on the phone with Wayne again. 10/10 service, thanks a ton!

Where to begin... Wayne is by far the best insurance representative Ive ever had the pleasure to work with. I first found out about Wayne from my significant other and she said he was great, I was naturally skeptical(sadly thats just how I am). I took a look at her car policy coverage and rate and I was pleasantly surprised, so I switched as well along with covering our home, gave us great coverage and a great rate, I know sounds like a commercial, but its true. This is where Wayne shines, he recommended getting more liability for a few dollars more because if god forbid you got into accident and bodily harm did occur they could potentially come after your home as well, this thought never entered my mind.We like to go to Mexico a lot, but were worried about coverage. We gave Wayne a call and even though he couldnt help us directly he recommended where to go and what to get saving us time and money, hes just good like that. More recently I hit a new construction median (about a foot and half wide, not even sure why its there in my defense). Long story short, it damaged the bottom of my car including my transmission, car ended up being a total loss. Im middle aged and had never been in an accident, I had no idea what to do or the steps involved, I was completely shook up about it(I literally felt sick). Dealing with this event Wayne was there to help me, again getting my squared away and offering advice, experience and knowledge in his craft will do that. The service, guidance and reassurance he provided can not be overstated.Wayne has gone above and beyond since weve been doing business with him for the past 6 years and were proud to be clients of his.

My wife and I bought our first home in March 2020, not knowing much about homeowners insurance we went online to do some research and found Wayne McCormick. From the beginning, Wayne has been extremely helpful and always available to answer questions. We have had multiple conversations about the policy and he thoroughly explained everything. He is very patient and understanding and clearing demonstrated his knowledge. A true professional and his customer service skills are amazing. In addition, he took care of everything for us with our escrow company which made the process seamless. I am extremely pleased with Wayne and everything he has done for us, best of all Wayne cares about his clients and is always there to answer any questions. Highly recommend his company and services!

I have been with Wayne since Jan 2016 and he has been nothing but helpful the entire 5 years that I have needed him. I appreciate the quick response times and the fact that he was always so eager to assist me. He helped me with my car insurance policy and with my renters insurance when I moved out on my own. Update to my original review: I wish I could do more than 5 stars! Wayne is amazing! My husband and I unfortunately each got a ticket this past year and our insurance was going up almost $400!!! Ah! Wayne was so on top of it and called me before I even knew the increase was happening. He asked for some info and found a way to get the increase down around $100! Talk about AMAZING service! Weve been with him for over 2 years now and wouldnt change a thing. THANK YOU WAYNE!!!Original review: I found McCormick Insurance through google and was impressed with the reviews so I called to get a quote and decided to use their services! The reviews are right... I will start this review saying that I do not review often due to my busy schedule, but Wayne at McCormick Insurance deserves it! As you see in other reviews, Wayne is not only good at finding the right insurance for you, but also has the gift of knowing how to treat customers and people in general. Customer service in my book, along with a great product of course, is most important! Wayne communicates effectively via phone and email, and is truly committed to his customers. Wayne is absolutely fantastic. Im an extremely thorough guy. Many times, too thorough. Glad I was in this case because I ended up finding Wayne and got my homeowners insurance. I reached out to the top 10 reviewed insurance brokers in San Diego and received quotes from nearly all of them. They were pretty similar in price to what I ended up with but Wayne was able to provide much more robust coverage. My situation was a unique one that many of the quotes I received did not adequately cover. I have a family friend who does insurance but did not have a connection with the company Wayne set me up with. He quoted me $900 higher. As a favor, he reviewed all the quotes with me and said Waynes was far and away the best and actually met my needs. Wayne clearly put in more time & had more knowledge than the others. Super nice guy, as well. Easy choice. I will be using Wayne from here on out and likely look to consolidate my policies in the future. 100% recommended!

I talked to Wayne this week because my home and auto insurance has gone up drastically over the last couple of years. He gave me multiple quotes and options in a very honest manner. With my situation, my current insurance carrier still ended up being the best option, but I was very compelled to leave an unsolicited positive review for Wayne. I had a complex situation, a driver on my policy with an out of the country drivers license. When multiple insurance companies declined my business I found Wayne. I had been seeking a surety bond and found Wayne McCormick online. Wayne responded promptly, processed my application, and I received a quote within days. Unlike other companies that took several days and/or weeks to work on a quote by piecemeal, Waynes application process was straightforward and efficient. Being new to San Diego, I used the internet to find a new insurance agent. I wanted someone who is honest, responsive, knowledgeable and would evaluate my options across different insurance brands. Called to get a surety bond. Was quick, knowledgeable, and very fair priced. A month later I called with my name and he already knew everything we had done like we had spoken a hour prev. Blown away with his customer service skills! I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services againUpdate 7-13-2022 - I messed up and didn’t pay my bond. Insurance is something we need to have but hate to think about and deal with. At least for me. For a several years now Wayne has delivered such great customer service I thought it was time to write about it. From finding the best coverage at the fairest and lowest price to email reminders and even personal phone calls with advice regarding changing plans to save money or better coverage is available. My wife and i bought our first home this year. During this time, one of the hardest things we had to do was find homeowners insurance for our new place. This might sound like it would be as easy as going on an insurance website, typing in a few piece of information, and then out pops your quote but its not. We had no idea what type of insurance we needed (there are different types) as well as what amounts we would need to be fully covered. One of the things I learned through a friend of mine is you can actually delay closing escrow if you do not have proper insurance.We didnt want to take the chance so we took to the internet for help and found Wayne McCormick, From the get go, Wayne was nothing but amazing with the help and insight he provided to my wife and I. We had a short conversation about the place we were buying, he explained everything we would need and why, and took care of everything else for us with our escrow company. Ever since Ive been old enough to drive my endless motorcycles, cars, and trucks, I have relied on Wayne the owner of McCormick insurance solutions. He has been insuring my vehicles and my home for over 20 years. I still to this day shop around on him for a better rate and he doesnt get upset. He gets me a better rate than what I can find and usually (9 out of 10 times) his rate is already the best. Ive had some challenging insurance situations in the past and he always has accommodated me with the upmost respect for privacy. Service was above and beyond over McCormick. Just like anybody would nowadays, I came across McCormicks online while I was doing an extensive research for a Bond i was required to obtain for a new car dealership. Wayne is a very informative and articulate person that notifies you of the methods and procedures it takes to acquire a Surety Bond. From the initial meet, he informed me of all that was required and got back to me with a quote in no time. I had the bond written and I had the original in a very timely manner. Unfortunately, in my case I used my DBA name to get the bond; when i should have used the principal name instead. I remember vividly Wayne informing me and asking if I was sure but came to find out later when I turned in the application at DMV that I needed to fix that. At this instance, I called Wayne to inform him of the mishaps on my part who was out of the office and on vacation, but made sure to email me the documents i needed right away within minutes. Additionally, I asked Wayne to look in to property insurance for my hookah lounge who has went above and beyond to get me a quote. I dealt with Wayne McCormick regarding insurance documents for a home loan. He was professional and prompt about getting me needed information. I had to request several different changes and he did not complain nor argue one time. I work for a mortgage company and deal with insurance agencies on a daily basis. As an international student looking for car insurance, I feel like I hit the jackpot when I met Wayne McCormick. I moved to San Diego to get a bachelors in Business Admin at USD, and knew relatively nothing about the automotive laws or insurance requirements for the USA. Wayne educated me on American car insurance, walked me through all the options I had and eventually got me a VERY affordable insurance for my car. He recommended I only insure it 6 months at a time, as he believed we could get an even better insurance deal the longer I had been driving in California (which he did, my insurance got cheaper every six months for the following four years)!Wayne McCormick always got me the best car insurance deals, but whats even more important is that he always went the extra mile to make sure his clients (me) were well taken care of. In my second year at USD me and some friends had the bright idea of driving down to Ensenada to go surf (a small coastal town an hour and a half drive south of the border in Mexico). I called up Wayne before my trip and made sure my insurance would cover my car while I was in Mexico, which he confirmed it would. Long story short, I had just crossed the border and was driving through Tijuana (sketchy) when a woman in a red VW rear-ended my car. We immediately began to panic, imaging ourselves caught up in one of those tragic Mexican-border-crossing horror stories that we have all heard or read about. Fortunately for me, I had Wayne. As soon as the crash happened, I gave him a call and he proceeded to walk me through the whole ordeal (thanks once again for sacrificing your Saturday to help me out Wayne). I ended up spending like four hours in a Mexican police station with the lady who had crashed into me to get the legal paperwork in order, but I was able to get full reimbursement for ALL the damages my car suffered! Furthermore although the crash happened in Mexico, I was able to get my car fixed by my trusted car shop in San Diego!! Me and my buddies ended up continuing our drive south and had a wonderful weekend of tacos, Coronas and fun in the sun; none of which would have been possible without Wayne McCormick and his guidance.I could honestly not be happier with the service I received over the past four years, and the confidence I gained by knowing me and my car were ALWAYS well taken care of. I also want to mention how amazing of a person I think he is. Only a few times in my life have I met a person like Wayne, who has the ability to brighten up your day no matter what the circumstance. He made getting my car insurance renewed (something I usually dread as much as going for my yearly flu shot) a pleasant experience. Wayne is great!! I have had 3 great experiences with him and the company. First experience was when I need to get information on SR-22 for my spouse and he provided DETAIL information. He was so helpful without even knowing I was going to purchase the quote from him. We did end up purchasing the insurance and it was fast, quick and professionally completed, which leads me to my other 2 GREAT experiences. The 2nd was when we went to the DMV and in error my husband and I provided the wrong insurance card to the DMV worker who told me the insurance didnt have SR-22. I called Wayne at the DMV left a message and he called right back insuring me that the policy did. He walked me through the paperwork and the correct insurance card to provide the employee. Then my last and probably the best experience out them all was the third experience. We were going to go get our new used car smog-ed on a SATURDAY but I totally had mom brain moment and forgot to add the car to the insurance. I called Wayne at 9:00am left a voicemail and guess who called back within 30 min or less...WAYNE!!! Yes on a SATURDAY. He said he could help within 10 min and get me going. I thanked him, even though he wasnt open, for helping me. We got to chit chatting and he mentioned it was his BIRTHDAY weekend and he was at his HOTEL by the beach. This man interrupted his BIRTHDAY weekend to assist me in my situation. I am so grateful for him and this company. This is what you look for in a company. I had a difficult situation where I helping someone whose license was suspended to renew a vehicle registration. To register, they needed to obtain insurance, but most companies will not write for someone with a suspended license. I was referred by another agent to Wayne, who not only got a policy issued immediately, but emailed the proof of insurance card and advised how to get through the DMV bureaucracy to avoid delays in getting the registration. With his help, we got the registration issued on the spot. If you have a difficult insurance situation, Wayne is your guy.
